Really loved the honest opinion down to earth opinion when I seeked a rhinoplasty consult from Dr. Esmail. I had about 300 questions and their office manager, Angela, was more than happy to answer them all while not seeming annoyed (it’s happened at another clinic I went to in the past). He’s not the doctor that will tell you he can give you a celebrity’s nose (that’s a quack), but what’s able to actually he done. I’m now 3 weeks post op from my rhinoplasty and though I still have lots of swelling (takes up to a year to fully go down), already so pleased with my results. Huge difference to me but still looks like my nose (will post pics further into my healing !) I like that I can text the clinic with any questions and get a reply pretty promptly during business hours! I like the ease of booking my follow up appointments and feel supported from the clinic and staff even after surgery. My rhinoplasty itself was pretty pain free and their entire staff is so sweet and kind, from the front staff to nurses; he has a really good team. I’d do it all again if I had to (and there’s always a chance of a revision with any rhinoplasty) so that itself is a good thing to feel after coming out of surgery. Would definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Esmail thus far! Very pleased!????????????

Shafroz listened to my concerns and was extremely kind to me as I was truly afraid of the cannula procedure. I can say that I feel ???? comfortable with doing this procedure again. I’m 50 years old. I have very thin crepey skin underneath the eyes along with festoons, under eye hollowing and wrinkles. A superfecta of aging issues. Going forward I will do all my cosmetic procedures with Shafroz.

I had a large cyst on my face near my ear. At the initial consultation they said it'd be a minor procedure, just a small incision and quick extraction. So I figured why not. On the day of the procedure, I met Dr. Esmail. He took a quick look and confirmed it'd be very minor, just a small incision, extraction and small set of stitches. I asked if I'd be able to play sports that evening, and he told me yes. I was led toward the operating room, where I met the two assistants who were very nice. But suddenly as I was laying down and we were about to start the procedure, I was told the two assistants would be the ones doing the procedure, not Dr. Esmail. They said they'd call him if there was any problem. I was surprised, but I had been told it'd be very minor/easy procedure, so I wasn't too worried. Well a minor procedure turned into a fishing expedition, with a lot of cutting, digging and much more pain than expected. They explained the cyst didn't come out in one piece and getting the cyst capsule out was a lot more difficult than they thought it'd be. Dr. Esmail checked in and I was hoping he'd take the reigns, but I recall him saying "just take that out and it should be good". To make matters worse it sounded like they weren't entirely confident they got all of it and the cyst may return. At the end I looked in the mirror and saw a long set of stitches, at least 1 inch. If I had known there was a risk it'd turn into a procedure like that, I wouldn't have done it. Especially knowing the cyst may still return. Now I'll likely have a longer scar than expected and the thought of what's the point if it comes back? After that bad experience, my questions are: Before the operation why didn't they examine the cyst more and ask about the history of the cyst and explain there may be complications getting it out? Why didn't Dr. Esmail perform the operation himself or at least be in the room for more than just a quick check? Overall a terrible experience. I'm giving 2 stars because everyone was nice and I'm sure the assistants did the best they could. The procedure was covered by MB health which was good. But I wouldn't recommend Visage to anyone.

What an amazing and pleasant team. I have nothing but positive things to say about Visage Clinic. Dr.Esmail is very kind and informative. He answered all of my questions and took the time to show me the expected outcome of the procedure I was inquiring about. He went over all of the options and discussed any concerns I had about the information I received from him. He did not make me feel rushed or silly for asking so many questions. Most of all he was honest with me about what type of results each approach would yield. That was important for me. I did not feel pressured about anything during my consult with him. His staff team was a pleasure to deal with, they greeted me with a smile and made me feel very comfortable in their clinic. This is a stark difference from other cosmetic clinics I have visited in the past. I can not leave out how beautiful the ambiance in the clinic is. Very posh and luxurious, just how it should be !

***BE CAREFUL when you book a skin consultation!!*** I booked a skin consultation from the website. Consultation was very interesting and informative, but I was charged $50 (plus tax) at the end of the consultation. I was shocked. On their website, it did not say anywhere that the fee is $50.00! When I asked Farzana, the owner, she said, "Yes, it says on the website.", so I paid. I was not convinced, so I checked the website again. The fee was not indicated anywhere. It will be a credit towards any service if I decide to book a treatment, but I would appreciate if this type of charges are clearly indicated on the website, and in the booking confirmation email. On the booking confirmation email, it says if the apt was cancelled within 24hrs, they will charge $50.00....I just don't feel right to be charged for $50.00, when the actual apt was cancelled, they penalize you with $50.00!!??

Made an appointment for a Saturday online which they have availability for, then went in for my appointment to be greeted by no body. Saw a man sitting in the back who didn’t even acknowledge me while I waited for 20 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes I left and emailed them and got no response. Terrible customer service. I have been here before this and they were fine but this made me not want to come back. Not impressed.

For the longest time, I struggled with thinning hair. I had a bald spot right on my crown and covered it as much as can with hair fibres. There were numerous times where I just could not go without putting it on. After further consideration, I decided to go forth with the hair transplant procedure. From the consultation to the day of the hair transplant, the entire process was very smooth. The staff there were knowledgeable and would answer any questions you may have, including the treatment that would best suite your the state of your hair. It was sure quite an experience, but one I will never forget! Thank you to the staff at Visage, Kristina and her team!

My son-in-law went to the clinic for consultation and had to wait for about 1 hour to be seen. The evaluation was poor, the Dr. didn't even see his scalp to identify his type of alophecia for treatment recommendation. After the appointment they said to contact him and that will send him a prescription, which never happened; however, after 1 month he called to ask for results and they emailed him that need a transplant and included an amount. He knows that he needs a transplant. What kind of place is this which doesn't take care of their clients and good service? Can't provide a fair answer of what kind of problem you have and why the treatment they are recommending is the best fit to your needs. I WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Not only is the clinic itself absolutely beautiful, the staff is so incredibly friendly and welcoming and I felt super comfortable. I was even late for my appointment but the staff was really accommodating and made sure I had enough time to complete my skin analysis/consultation. I had my skin consultation with Shafroz Velji today and she was so amazing. She was totally honest with me and helped recommend the skin care products that I should be using for my skin type, what to use to fix the skin issues I currently have in the most affordable way possible (she was extremely accommodating with figuring out payment plans for an expensive item that was recommended so that I don’t have to spend weeks saving up to afford it!) and also gave me Insight into what skin care products are currently in my routine that I shouldn’t be using. She shed light onto some things that are affecting my skin that I never really considered might be causing some skin problems for me which I’m looking forward to trying out to see if It makes a difference! I even got some free la Roche posay products to try out and replace some of my current products that are not Good for my skin. Overall I would definitely recommend anyone to go to visage for the skin consultation. I got some really helpful advice tailored Specifically to my skin and routine that I wouldn’t be able to find online through just research or any of those horribly inaccurate skin analysis apps and I definitely think that I’ll start seeing improvement on my skin in the near future!

This place is great! I have came a few times following my dog attack last year to try to get rid of my scar. I had an assessment and some injections from Dr. Esmail to which he did for free. They also got me in fast even though they were very busy. I had some laser sessions with Farzana and one microneedling session with Shafroz so far. Everyone was very nice and patient. I am scared of needles and they walked me through the process of everything. Not to mention they have an convenient portal to access your appointments and a great cancellation policy. Would definitely recommend! I’m liking the looks of my face way better than last year but I am not sure of exactly how effective the sessions have been to reduce my scars so I am hoping after a couple more sessions to get another assessment and compare it to my initial photos. And then decide how to best move forward from there.

Ive changed my review a few times but I now know I will have to leave it at a 1 star. I am a little disappointed because I came for my first ever botox treatment and one part of my face was left deformed from not being injected properly. I went back the following week to get a touch up to fix it and again it still didn't work. I noticed that Kristina injected way too high to where it actually needed to be fixed so instead of going back for a THIRD time I knew I had to go see a professional to get it fixed. I went to Dr Minuk and he was able to fix the problem and inject into the proper spot to make what he calls "the Spock" go away. I strongly recommend for future, if clients need to go back for a touch up to have the nurse injector supervised by the Doctor or by the senior nurse injector to make sure they are injecting in the proper areas. I got charged by Kristina when I had to go back for the 2nd time for her mistake and I unfortunately won't be back ever again. To end this on a more positive note, the clinic itself was beautiful, Kristina did have great bedside manner and the front staff were friendly and professional.

Dr Esmail has literally changed my life! After multiple attempts by my original plastic surgeon to fix a botched nose job I was left with a large dent on the left side of my nose. My nose looked droopy on one side and pointy on the other and the tip of my nose pointed to the left. The doctor had tried using some of my own body fat to fill the dent but I was left with a totally misshapen nose because the fat settled above the dent. I had three consultations over the years and was told by all of the surgeons that my nose could not be fixed and that any further surgeries could in fact cause my nose to cave in. I was devastated! I started to wear my reading glasses all of the time to cover the dent and whenever I left the house, I would be sure to wear a hat so I could avoid eye contact. I went from being an outgoing happy person to not wanting to leave the house to even see my friends. Last year by chance I was talking to a nurse and explaining everything that I had gone through with my nose and she suggested that I go see Dr Ali Esmail at Visage. I didn’t think he would be able to help me but she was so certain and had seen first hand the results of what he could do that I called and booked a consult for the following week. My first impression of Visage was that it was definitely upscale. I found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. I was greeted at the door and after filling out some paperwork I was taken to a small room for photos and then to meet Dr Esmail. He took a look at my nose and then brought up the photos that were just taken on his computer. Then he used a program to show me what he could do and the results that I would be able to achieve. He told me flat out that he couldn’t make it perfect but he could make it a lot better. My surgery was on a Saturday and at the clinic so it was very convenient. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the anesthesiologist and nurses were very friendly. The surgery performed was long and required a lot of skill since Dr Esmail had to basically reconstruct my nose using cadaver rib. After the surgery was done Dr Esmail met with me and my husband to go over what to expect and we were on our way home. He didn’t put any packing up my nose so I could breathe freely. All I had was a small cast that went across the bridge of my nose. I didn’t have any black eyes, major swelling, or even much discomfort or pain. In all honesty I didn’t have to take anything for pain at all. It was simply night and day from the previous surgeries that I had experienced. The after care was great. I had my regular follow up appointments and couldn’t be happier with the results. My nose is perfect! I love it! After everything that I had been though and previous consults with other plastic surgeons I would have never believed that my nose could be fixed. I am so grateful to him and his staff. After years of feeling insecure and hiding I am back to myself and I feel great!

I WISH I DID MY FUE HAIR TRANSPLANT SOONER!! Visage is top notch when it comes to Quality Care and Service. Kristina and her amazing Team did an Fantastic job on my FUE hair Transplant. For Plastic Surgery and Nose jobs DR. Ali Esmail is clearly in a league of his own. He restored my self image and more importantly my self esteem. I am so pleased, I cried when I saw the results (1 week post opp). DR. Esmail took the risk of completely reconstructing my nose, which was left severely deformed after 3 nose surgeries by a local butcher. There is absolutely no surgeon/specialist who is more qualified, precise or capable than Dr. Esmail. My nose was previously destroyed, so mangled it lacked any sign of recognizeable nose parts internally. His honest and confident approach put me at ease from start to finish. Dr. Esmail evidently cares for his patients and their results long term. I will forever sing his praises. I am convinced DR.
