Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! To you Dr. Conrad and your amazing staff from beginning to end. And to Sharin your lovely secretary who helped me make the right decision when I almost canceled. So glad I listened to her!! After breaking my nose last November and having to deal with doctors who treat you like a number, it was truly a blessing to have found you. You let me know from the start that you cared and that you would make things right again. I’m still in the recovery stage of my surgery but couldn’t wait to let other people know about Dr. Conrad. I wish there were more doctors like him. If anyone has had an injury and is scared to do something about it, then go see Dr. Conrad and he will make it right. I was so confused and scared to go through yet another break to fix my nose. Saw other plastic surgeons and walked right out after being treated like a number and rushed me out of their office. Luckily, my family doctor referred me to Dr. Conrad and gave it one last chance to see what needed to be done to get my breathing and appearance back. It only took 1 minute in his office to know he was the right fit for me. He gave me all the time in the world to listen and to reassure me that he would make it right. There is a lot of hate out there in rating doctors and I found it scary to trust sites to make decisions. But I’d like to give back the blessing I received by sharing my story and help someone out there who is as scared as I was to make the right decision. Go see Dr. Conrad! After I graduated, I was interested in getting rhinoplasty. My sister referred me to Dr.K. Conrad as she also went to him for the same reason. She had previously gone to another establishment and was not happy with the results. Dr. Conrad did a wonderful job on her nose and she was very satisfied so when I informed her of my intentions, she made an appointment for me. Prior to seeing Dr. Conrad, I went to another well known plastic surgeon but the consultation was a disaster. The specialist did not ask me many questions or listened to me. He pretty much said what he was going to do to my nose and had two other patients in the same room whome he was assessing at the same time!. Due to this, I was very skeptical and uncomfortable and left undecided. I almost changed my mind about the surgery because I was scared that my nose might look bad after and I cannot undo the work. But when I went to Dr. Conrad, he was so professional and kind. He listened to all of my concerns, took photos and took his time to answer all of my questions. I also met him I believe two to four times after that and he gave me as much time as I needed to think about the procedure. After my surgery, I recovered rather quickly and had a lot less discomfort then I thought I would have. I was able to return to work shortly after. After all the swelling was gone, my nose just shaped better and better over time and after 1 year, no one could tell I even had anything done to my face. Shortly after, I went to Dr.Conrad for lip fillers and again he gave me a very detailed consulting. I was very satisfied with the job and it lasted me 3 years so far. Im planning to go in for refil but practically ,I really do not need that much. Im going due to personal choice. I will definitely recommend Dr. Kris Conrad and will not consider anyone else for anything to do with my face. Thank you Dr.Conrad

My wife had a laser procedure performed on her forehead and the results are awful. None of her concerns were addressed, and she got scarring and fat atrophy. This left her worse than before. For the first time in her life, she is in deep depression.

Dr. Conrad is an amazing Plastic Surgeon who is very supportive and definitely a ‘miracle worker’. Recently, I had a bad fall where my nose was shattered when I hit a cement block and I was very worried that I would have to live with the disfigurement for the rest of my life. Luckily I was accepted as a patient with Dr. Conrad who gave me confidence that he would not only repair my smashed nose but also include a procedure to allow me to breathe through my nasal passages normally again. He actually put my nose back together so well that my friends and family (even my own mother) do not notice that I had been injured in the first place. Now thanks to Dr. Conrad, I can also breathe normally again!

Dr. Conrad is fantastic surgeon to say the very least. I was in grade 5 when I had broken my nose in a soccer game. I had never had any problems with my nose inside or out until it happened. I went to a specialist the day after and he said it was indeed broken and I would not be able to get surgery until I am fully grown at 18 years old. Years go by and my nose grew into this crooked nose with a massive bump that changed directions mid way through my nose. I'm not exaggerating at all, it was genuinely so bad it became my signature feature and the number one choice for jokes and punchlines used against me. I never let those things get to me and knew it was all jokes and fun but despite all that my nose was obviously a major insecurity for me, not to mention that I could barely breathe through my nose which was really frustrating for so long. After I had completed just a septoplasty with a different surgeon a year before, not only did my breathing issues continue but my nose looked even worse! This is when I was referred to Dr. Conrad's office. Dr. Conrad even admitted to me that the operation was very difficult to do especially with all the scar tissue and displaced bone. Today it has been about a year since my operation with Dr. Conrad and I couldn't be happier. I have a natural looking symmetrical nose with 0 breathing problems! Him and his team ensured my needs and concerns were addressed and accommodated. Thank you Dr. Conrad and team! You all truly outdid yourselves!

Dr conrad is not just the best plastic surgeon in north America.. he is the only complete artist and specialists combined with master doctoring techniques that sets him above any of his colleagues. He is an absolute genius in this field and will only do the best possible techniques on his patients to make them more comfortable then when they first met him. He is a true master in his field and patients should feel nothing except comfortable with him. I have known him for over 23 years and just think the world of him. I have had two ‘procedures’ done by Dr. Conrad (so far). One of them took away the large ‘carry-on’ bags below my eyes which had bugged me for many years. I was terrified of this procedure but the doctor and his staff were amazing and calmed me down very quickly. The results are amazing! My fictional Hollywood agent hasn’t found me yet but when she does I’ll be ready for my closeup. Dr. Conrad also fixed my nose after it had already been botched by another surgeon. It also looks amazing and I’m even breathing much better. I wish I’d gone to him first, I’d have saved many years of problems. I’m not big on decorating or fancy things but from the moment you enter the office and see the understated but beautiful surroundings you are reassured that you’ve made a good decision. A nice touch is that you are asked to put on little cloth booties after taking off your shoes to keep the very clean space even cleaner. I have sent many friends and family members to see Dr. Conrad and all have been very pleased. The most notable referral was to a distraught colleague whose very young son had been mauled by a ferocious dog and left with terrible facial injuries. She was astonished with the results of her son’s repaired and restored face. Some things are meant to be, my experience With Dr. Conrad truly helped her family get through a terrible situation.

He messed up with my rhinoplasty in an attempt to cure my deviated septum. I ended up worst than before and the surgery process was devastating. I get complete congestion now when I lie down and sleeping is impossible without nasal sprays every night. Shortly after surgery I had severe bruising and bleeding for over a month and it was unnatural because I have had family members and relatives who had rhinoplasty before with minor side effects. He showed very little regret and wanted to book me again for second surgery. I highly advise you to find another doctor.

I have had 2 surgeries with Dr. Conrad over the years, and he in my opinion is the best facial surgeon in Canada. People still routinely compliment me on my perfect nose! It's instilled a great boost to my confidence, and was worth every penny. I also had an unsightly bulging vein removed from my temple area, and the scar is unnoticeable ( a white line finer than a hair). He is a master with the scalpel, and will definitely book any/all work with him moving forward. He also possesses a kind and gentle bedside manner that puts you at complete ease. You will find no better!

I had contemplated doing a rhinoplasty for many years but I had always been scared of surgery. I had a deviated septum and my nose had a bump on the bridge; a slight dorsal hump. This bump is hereditary in my family and I had always been self-conscious about it. My aunt had a nasal correction and my dad suffers from breathing problems. I would only ever pose from the left side of my face because from the right side, my nose would appear crooked and the bump was more apparent. Aside from the vanity downsides, I had serious trouble breathing through my right nostril; I always felt stuffy and blocked. When I met Doctor Conrad, I was using nasal decongestant spray three times a day and couldn’t be without it. I had it with me when I travelled because airplanes were a trigger; the air up there had my nasal passage blocked with recirculated air, compressed air, and air conditioning. I would sometimes have to stop while trying to enjoy a meal to spray, then wait for the taste to fade until I could finish. I even carried a mini nasal spray to night clubs. It was highly irritating to say the least but I didn’t think there was a solution. Nasal spray was not a solution because prolonged use of nasal spray decongestant can lead to chronic sinusitis and other long-term problems. A friend who owns a beauty bar recommended Doctor Conrad and said he is ‘the best in the business’. I am a curious person who likes to do my research so I did online research on the rhinoplasty procedure and then I set up a consultation. Upon arriving at the Richmond Hill office, I didn’t know what to expect. Doctor Conrad came into the office and his light and airy nature made me feel at ease. He was so comfortable to talk to so I asked every possible question I had, which he answered straight forward and informatively. Doctor Conrad has a great sense of humor and personable approach. I was sick of struggling and felt I could trust Doctor Conrad with performing my procedure. I had a second consultation where he took pictures, which he does himself; a strong point for a perfectionist. Then he sketched out my nasal shape on the photograph to thoroughly explain the changes he would make. Then I booked my surgery. My surgery was performed at his Richmond Hill office, which is clean and comfortable with a beautiful living room to relax. I was nervous about anesthesia and Doctor Conrad held my hand, joked about not giving me his tartare recipe and before I knew it, I was fast asleep. I stayed overnight in the recovery suite with an overnight nurse. Doctor Conrad was there early morning to check on me and remove the nasal packing and his calm demeanor made me feel like I was in safe hands. He has great bedside manner. The cast came off in seven days and I felt like a brand new woman instantly. I was amazed that there was absolutely no scarring. I had a closed rhinoplasty which is Dr. C’s specialty; the work was internal not external! I have an amazing side profile now from both sides, the slope is completely straight, and my new nose is slightly upright. And the most important thing is that I breathe better than I ever have in my life. You want a doctor you can fully trust who doesn’t require much direction? Doctor Kris Conrad is dedicated to perfection; a true sculptor in his field that I highly recommend. I am so happy with my results!

Dr. Conrad completely changed my life. I wanted to have my nose done since I was 12 years old, and knew I needed to find a surgeon I felt very comfortable with. Dr. Conrad was so warm and comforting from the very first consultation. After meeting with other surgeons and then meeting Conrad, I knew he was the one. After the few appointments before the surgery, I couldn't wait to get it done. At age 16, I was way more excited than nervous lying on the surgery table; I had full confidence in Dr. Conrad, from all his years of experience, his knowledge, ability and sincere care about me. Dr. Conrad would be my surgeon of choice for any kind of facial cosmetic surgery. He performed a revision rhinoplasty for me which is generally considered the most difficult of procedures. He did a fantastic job correcting the work of another surgeon and the entire experience from beginning to end was exceptional. I would highly recommend Dr. Conrad for any kind of facial procedure. He has also done some cosmetic work around my right eye which was not closing properly as a result of an acoustic neuroma which has caused some facial paralysis not unlike Bell's palsy. I could not be more satisfied with my surgery and the patient treatment received from Dr. Conrad. Earlier this year I severely damaged my nose playing basketball. Dr Conrad is the best!! Absolutely!!! He really does fix other cosmetic surgeons mistakes. After several botched surgeries he agreed to fix my nose when other surgeons said they wouldn't touch it. He was so patient and so reassuring and I was so confident in his approach and ended up very happy with the outcome. My only mistake was not doing my research thoroughly in the beginning when I first decided to have rhinoplasty. I should have gone to Dr. Conrad first. I first went to see Dr. Conrad 15 years ago and every time I see him he is unfailingly patient. His staff could not be nicer! Linda is such a star!! -1 Star: Felt compelled to advise you that Dr. Krzysztof Conrad is not the best. He is Fired as I have yet to build up the guts to undergo a ``3rd`` Septorhinoplasy. February, 2012 Dr. Krzysztof Conrad did botch my Septorhinoplasty on right nostril - the pain and suffering. February, 2012 1st check-up appt. he advised he did not get it all - need some tweaking - a second surgery was booked a year later in January, 2013. Subsequent to surgery, I sustained traumatic glaucoma and put on eye drops, a very narrow nostril that constantly plugged up, hard to breath, rot or bad smell, infections, antibiotics. February, 2013 1st check-up appt. (lol he assumed he did a great job, yet my right nostril opening was still collapsed and inside the nostil was still very narrow). You know what he said to me ``you came in here looking like that``. Yup I did come to his office looking bad and unable to breath as I broke my nose on my Cube Van door in 2010! I refuse to go under the knife with that rogue a 3rd time - no way in Hell! To date, it is still hard to breath, feels plugged constantly, have a rot or bad smell in right nostil, get infections, take antibiotics, take Saline, take drops for traumatic glaucoma and the collapsed nostril is not symmetrical to the other which looks odd and does inhibit breathing. Use him at your own risk as you sign the waiver.

Several years ago I had rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Conrad and another procedure last week. If his long list of accolades was not enough to convince me he is the surgeon I needed, the instant compassion I received from him upon walking into his office was. I saw Dr. Conrad earlier this year for a deviated septum operation as well as Rhinoplasty. I knew from my first meeting with him that he is a very experienced and knowledgeable surgeon. He was very kind and answered all my questions. Leaving his office, I felt extremely comfortable so much so that I called his office the very next day to book a time for my surgery. However, I got sick a few days before my planned surgery so he had to cancel the operation. Once he saw my disappointment, he went out of his way to have my surgery done on a day which was not even a scheduled surgery day for him. He had his entire staff come to the clinic just for my operation. The operation went beautifully and I had minor bruising/swelling. I can't thank Dr. Conrad and his entire staff enough. This experience has been by far the best experience I could have ever imagined or expected. I am so very happy with the result of my surgery, my breathing has improved greatly and I now have this beautiful, natural looking nose that no one would even suspect that I have had surgery. Doctor Conrad is a world class expert in the field of facial surgery and my life wouldn't be what it is today if it wasn't for him. I was never happy with my nose , it had a bump and I felt it looked big on my slender face. Driving by Dr. Conrads clinic in Richmond Hill one day and noticing a big C in front of the clinic (at that time ) I decided to go in and ask questions about changing my nose. This was in 1996 (before google was so popular) . I was greeted by friendly staff and made an appointment to see Dr.Conrad. I was a shy and nervous person at that time and Dr.Conrad joked a little with me and put me at ease. He asked me why I decided to come to his clinic and suggested that making a decision to change something on my face shouldn't be based on just walking in blindly (or because I liked the C on his front lawn) or without any knowledge of a surgeon. Dr.Conrad showed me pictures of his work and his revisions of surgeries gone bad done by other surgeons. I felt confident with Dr. Conrad and was pleased with my new nose and appearance for many years. I was involved in an accident that had injured my nose , I didn't notice much difference, but Dr.Conrad did. While I was in a consultation with a friend earlier this year Dr.Conrad offered to fix the flaw because he is very precise and takes pride in his work. I also was now concerned with my aging face and decided to have a face lift procedure I am happy with the results and look as young as I feel. Being in the entertainment industry I have seen many unnatural and overdone botox, lips, fillers etc. I have trusted Dr. Conrad to do these smaller procedures for me . I was very anxious about surgery but had suffered breathing issues for years due to a fracture and deviated septum. He explained the whole procedure and was very understanding. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Conrad for my Septo-Rhinoplasty. My nose looks completely natural and as if no work has been done at all, which is exactly what I wanted. I appreciate the amount of skill and experience that it took to deliver the results that he was able to. To friends & family, I would not recommend any other plastic surgeon other than Dr. Conrad. I shopped around and did a lot of research before choosing Dr. Conrad. I visited 8+ surgeons for an initial consult, and no office or surgeon gave me the calm feeling that I would be taken care of like at Dr. Conrads. I felt like just another $6,000+ sale at other surgeons clinics. At Dr. Conrads, I felt like a real person that was being listened to, not a dollar sign. The office is extremely sterile, and their policies are strict. I appreciate that and know that others will too. From initial consult, to pre-surgery to post-surgery, my experience was amazing. It has been 4 years since my Rhinoplasty and I know that Dr. Conrads office is fully available for anything I need. In fact, I have a minor scar removal operation with Dr. Conrad tomorrow - a botched biopsy on my chest that was performed by a dermatologist in Aurora. Dr. Conrad gave me a totally botched rhinoplasty and then threatened me if I complained. He admitted it did not turn out but warned me that I had no recourse and to not try and take any action. There was no empathy from him or attempt to correct his poor surgery. He was only concerned with his own reputation. This transpired over 26 years ago. I was very young and new to Toronto and Dr. Conrad was a bully and charged over $5000.00 for his botched surgery. This was a lot of money for me at the time. I continue to live with a nose I am so embarrassed with but terrified to get it fixed again. I rarely allow my photo to be taken and turn my head a one-quarter turn away from the camera to disguise my nose as much as possible. Worse than this though is the memory of sitting in Dr. Conrad's office and him threatening me if I dared to publicly complain or take any action against him. I can accept that mistakes happen, but his response of bullying me in the face of his own shortcomings is the sign of a megalomaniac. He could have refunded the money or arranged for a trusted colleague to review the results and make revisions. He did not care about anything but getting me to go away. Simply writing this today all these years later makes me feel that I have voiced the truth of my experience with Dr. Conrad. He did not treat me in a decent way. He should be ashamed of his conduct towards me. I had to click one star in order to post this - but my actual rating is no stars.

Dr Conrad is a very experienced and competent plastic surgeon. I had rhinoplasty in 2007 and I see Dr Conrad regularly for Botox and Fillers since 2014 (approximately). I always feel safe and I know that I am in good hands, with a doctor I can trust who will leave me looking great. He strives to enhance my looks but strongly believes in creating a natural look, rather than artificial, overdone features. When I had the rhinoplasty back in 2007, many people noticed that I looked refreshed and younger, but no one noticed that I had changed my nose. Dr Conrad will provide solid, honest advice and works with you to decide on the changes that will optimize your look. Sometimes, I’ve wanted to do more work such as add more fillers. Dr Conrad would explain to me why I would not look more attractive if we added more fillers. If retouches are needed, he will tweak his work at no extra cost. After receiving Botox and fillers, he schedules free follow-ups and he doesn't leave you on your own with concerns. Your well-being and appearance is definitely his number one priority
