Dr. Kathleen performed a blepharoplasty on my left eye as the skin was sagging over my eye to the degree it was interfering with my vision. I would have liked to have both eyes done, but she didn't feel the right eye would qualify for insurance. I still would like to have it done as it is getting worse, but since I'm on a fixed income it's difficult for me to come up with that much money. I was very pleased with her surgery & the improvement of the one eye & would recommend her to anyone. Dr. Ryan did surgery on my left upper lip to repair a protruding blood vessel that would overfill from time to time rupturing & causing a portion of my lip to turn black from the blood until it could be absorbed. There is a small amount of scarring from the repair, but I am much happier with it as a blemish than having the enlarged blood vessel. I would also recommend Dr. Ryan. He & Dr. Kathleen both seem to be very professional & skilled from my experience with them & they are a good team together.

I had some moles taken off of my face, so nothing too dramatic. He didn’t make me feel uncomfortable by looking around at me and pointing out things that “I should fix” (I had that happen at a different doctor’s office.). He didn’t point out what’s “wrong” with me, just asked what I was interested in doing. I was very comfortable in their office, and Dr. Flannigan was serious about what we were doing, yet joked around some, which I enjoy. The places are healing up nicely, and if I have any more need, I will definitely come back to their office.
