I opted not to return for any follow up as I am quite leery. When I entered there were two different reception desks so I went up to the one closest to the door, after they talked about yoga and snacked on some strawberries I was told that I'm at the wrong desk... but she'd sign me in. How nice. The nurse that saw me was an angel. She was genuine and calming. The Dr came in acting all cool and distracted. He asked why I came, so I started pointing out my skin. He tells me it's acne. Seeing as though I usually get one breakout a month... this came as quite the surprise. He tells me he's going to refer me to a colleague that deals with skin texture, but he would recommend Botox & chemical peels. So I had the Botox done and bought the home chemical peel kit. After I came home I discovered that my eye cream pump was only half full and I had two exfoliating scrubs and was missing a moisturizer. After three weeks, I never did hear back about a referral. While I am quite happy with the Botox results, I just don't feel confident that he knows my skin condition and the proper course of action. Why the need for a referral if peels are what I need?

Insensitive, judgmental, cold and unprofessional. I will never go back to this place. I got dermatitis from following their procedure and using their products. When I asked what was going on with my face and why was it painful and red and bumpy, I was told to go get another microdermabrasion. Thank goodness I didn't. Instead, I found an actual dermatologist, who gave me advice for my skin, cleared up my dermatitis, and is working with me compassionately.

It’s really too bad that this business doesn’t have enough REAL happy clients to leave reviews! I can tell you that every review with the name “google user” is a fake review. I myself get offers atleast once a month (from companies in China) to pay a fee and have plenty of 5 star reviews, bumping my business up to the top but I don’t need it because I would rather earn them with old fashioned hard work and giving amazing experiences to my customers. I booked my first consultation at CosMedics for a filler on my nose. I always had a problem with my nose and wanted to get a nose job but didn't like the idea of going under the knife. Exceptional staff; Exceptional service. My skin was beginning to look tired, my skin tone /texture wasn't great, and gravity was doing its thing. I wasn't sure what services I needed, but knew I wanted a refreshed version of me. Dr. Singh recommended a Halo facial for my skin tone, a few units of botox for my frown lines, and filler for my temples. What?? Filler in my temples?? Yup. He saw what I had missed when I looked in the mirror. He explained that as I aged I lost volume in the top part of my face. Soooo.. I don’t know why I feel the need to make a review , but quite honestly displeased with the outcome of my result and the money I have spent here. I was recommended to see Dr Singh and that fell short when he gave me Botox prior to my lip fillers stating my lips were too narrow and needed that done first, I took the advice and saw no result of the “Botox” done around my lip area to open them up. 1 week later I go for my lip filler appointment, super tense & awkward... not sure if I was truly given 1 full syringe as I cannot tell the difference of before the lip filler and after. I went for a follow up and was advised that everyone’s lip is different and all I need is more filler. I voiced my concern over paying $600 for a procedure to see virtually no difference in the fullness of my lips is not something I am happy about as that kind of money is not pocket change. Needless to say he didn’t seem to care and offered a small discount on my next filler appointment. I won’t go back because I feel that the money wasn’t well spent here. Be cautioned results aren’t what you expect from this place ! :)

I went to dr. Ashwani Singh for Botox to treat chronic migraines. Dr Singh is not a physician who cares about ensuring his patients are giving informed consent about his procedures, and in fact, my experience in requesting an informed consent process was to feel hostility and shaming. I realize Botox is a low risk procedure, but was shocked to hear dr. Singh state “there are no risks” and “maybe we should reschedule for a time when you’ve done more research.” After 3 requests for him to explain the risks, he finally muttered the list in an annoyed tone. He was likewise annoyed when I asked about the protocol for migraine treatments, and handed me a pamphlet without offering any counsel, except to inform me that I’d obviously need to come to the clinic repeatedly and pay for ongoing treatments, since it doesn’t work immediately (which is not the experience of most who benefit from Botox for migraine). It is a physician’s ethical and clinical responsibility to explain the procedure and risks, thoroughly and kindly. What a total failure of competency and ethics. The clinic itself was also an unpleasant experience, and they made an impressive number of errors in the course of the two appts I attended there, but this is not even worth elaborating on. I hope that other people don’t have to experience similar treatment, but I’m sure they have/will. I am getting migraines all the time still, but I’d rather wait for a publicly funded physician who cares about their accountability and patient care. It was too disgusting to pay for and receive care from someone who places his profit at number one, and can’t even pretend to care about informed consent. Stay away.

I found my this clinic to be very typical of these medical spas. You go in inquiring about one little thing and the doctor/nurse comes in telling you a list of things you need to fix about yourself. A lot of these medical spas are like this, if they beat you down you will feel horrible about yourself and spend money. Simply point out all their flaws. I went in inquiring about cellulite on my thighs and was recommended to get my entire face done told I have bad sun damages and pours and texturing, and that I would need more then just my thighs done. The two girls sitting at the front were gossiping loudly and being obnoxious and unprofessional. Almost all the woman that worked there had so much filler in their lips they look like they just came from Beverly Hills plastic surgery. I have found a professional place to go to that isn’t all about money, won’t work on fake girls, and won’t ever beat you down and make you leave crying feeling horrible about yourself. Will never go to this place. And just FYI. All these reviews that say 5 stars named google user are not real reviews. They’re paid fake positive reviews.

My fiancé and I tried the EMSculpt NEO which simulates doing 20,000 crunches in only 30min. It was the most unreal thing I’ve ever felt and I can say I could feel my abs are stronger and were more noticeable after only the first session! Dr.Singh and his team are so friendly and accommodating and they checked on us throughout the whole treatment to make sure we were comfortable! I have also received a facial here and have recommended my mother in law go as well and we both had amazing experiences! I booked a consultation with Dr. Singh to ask about belkyra and he put my mind at ease regarding my concerns. I may regret putting this on but all day it's been bothering me and on my mind. Overall they do know what their doing. But didn't feel welcoming at all. Or professional. I felt really, really judged. I'm going in for more treatments so I hope it gets better. But with the amount of money you spend....I just expect better. Maybe they don't need my business, but I just wish they asked more questions about me instead of telling me what they thought. Felt like bursting into tears and on top of it, it was for my birthday. My feedback is Dr Singh is amazing. He’s very pleasant and always does a good job overall. My concern is more with the receptionists at the front desk specifically the ones to the left of the office. I feel at times their attitudes can come off as rude and short. They act as if it’s almost bothersome to book an appointment or gain some sort of information. I referred my friend to this facility and she also felt the same way. From the way they answer the phone to cashing out at the end, always attitude. The other day I called the office and was on speakerphone while getting a pedicure to confirm my health insurance for a certain procedure and once I came off the phone the nail techs in the salon all commented on how much attitude and how rude the girl was to me over the phone. I feel when customers are spending high amounts of money for services overall we want to deal with friendly people. I almost feel as though some of the receptionist talk down to certain people that enter the facility but it does make me uncomfortable and almost defers me from wanting to return. Customer service is everything!

Quality advice and service every time. Unlike most doctors, your input is requested in order to access needs better, and I have never pushed in certain directions in order to sell more products. In fact, they have fine tuned my needs to what I think I wanted to what I actually needed - selling less products than I would've spent money on had I not been advised. Of course all businesses need to look out for their own bottom line, but a business I trust makes it clear that they are looking out for my needs as well.

I recently had my first consultation and treatment at this clinic. The front house staff was friendly and very helpful. One of the girls in the spa even gave me her personal cell phone number in case I might have any questions regarding the product I purchased. It has now been a week since my first Botox injection at CosMedics and so far I am loving the results and am looking forward to returning for a spa treatment next week. Dr. Ashwani explained everything to me before the treatment and yes, he did give me other suggestions to help fix my complaint, but it didn’t feel like just an “up sell”. I appreciated his suggestions and look forward to returning to this clinic in the future. Also, I am a real person (unlike what some of the previous comments suggested).

I have been seeing Dr. Singh for a number of years and am always happy with the experience (and my face!). Dr. Singh is truly an expert injector, painless and very minimal (if any) bruising! Getting routine Botox treatments help keep my wrinkles at bay (they were getting very pronounced after an interruption due to Covid) and from showing my real age. Fillers look natural and make me look youthful and refreshed and never 'overdone'! The spa staff are also all extremely knowledgeable and have had incredible results from Halo laser treatments!
