I was super nervous about getting my son circumcised. They made me feel so comfortable and my son as well. They nurse spoke with me and even joked with me to take my nerves away and it worked thank you. Although i did not stay in the room during the procedure my sons grandmother did and it was amazing they played music to calm him down they made sure he was ok during the the whole process. After the procedure we got to stay in the office as long as we needed to calm our son down they spoke to us about the healing process with great detail. Also insured us that if we needed or had any question we could text or call doctor Nguyen. My son had a doctor appointment a week later and his doctor loved it said it was healing wonderfully and even wanted to know where we got it done and by who for her patients. thank you doctor Nguyen and Nurse you Guys are amazing.

Front staff was great at explaining tbe procedure and post care circumcision. I like the multiple freezing factors and waiting time between topical and injection and post procedure for infant. Price is decent. Only downfall is MD did not respond to text via pic regarding concern as they provide his cell number for such reasons. Wouldn't depend on him to respond and go to walk in if concerns come forward. Will return if i have another boy in the future.

Dr. Nguyen was amazing with my son in this entire procedure, the staff/nurses were also very professional and kind. I would recommend this place for circumcisions. They went above and beyond what I expected. Even provided his personal number to allow follow up questions if we had any concerns when we where at home. I thank you for this very much. They did a great job with our newborn son, he was about 2 weeks old and it went very smoothly. It healed up very well with the instructions the doctor gave us to follow up and it really was as gentle as it could be, the doctor & nurse did a great job, our son barely cried.

This clinic has the worst customer service. The receptionist is unable to be professional with patients who have inquiries. She is very rude and hangs up the phone on patients if she doesnt wanna answer a question. I haven't even had the appointment for my son yet and due to her lack of professionalism and understanding i find it very hard to book with this clinic. The receptionist is the first face you see before an appointment if they are unable to be polite and professional with patients via telephone prior to an appointment really leaves me questioning a lot.

I recently had my procedure done here , and i couldn't wait to write a review for this clinic . Dr.Nguyen was absolutely Amazing, i was very scared until i spoke with him , and i felt very comfortable and confident in the procedure afterward . He and his assistant were very gentle , the procedure was fast and virtually painless , They are honestly Amazing . If you are thinking about having a procedure done i would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone . Thank you Dr.Nguyen for taking the time to answer all my questions , being so patient and gentle as it made the entire process so much better and peaceful .

Just got my circumcision on Thursday September 7 2017. I am 34 years old so I don't need to burr you with how scared I was. The doctor was was excellent I am happy so far and today is day three. I do recommend this place. Staff was also very friendly love them too.

Circumcision I went in for he said there would be very low chance of a scar and I have a very noticeable one. Which is fine, I guess. The receptionist was very rude and ended up making me wait over an hour past my scheduled follow up appointment. Because she dismissed me at the counter when trying to check in. The pharmacy I was sent to in the building somehow didn't cover my medications even though I'm in the canadian forces and have great coverage through blue cross. They told me they dont know how to use my card information like somehow thats my fault. Overall the surgery was 3/5 scars happen. but the people experience made it a 2/5 maybe even a 1/5.

I would definitely recommend this clinic for your son's circumcision. Making an appointment was very quick. The clinic is located inside Rexall. Dr.Nyguen and staff was very informative, kind and gentle throughout the process. The doctor allows you to video record the clean up process so you don't forget how to do it. The doctor provides you with his email and phone number to make sure everything goes well during the healing process after the procedure. Even though the procedure is about 5minutes, prepare to be there for about 1.5- 2 hours as they have to make sure everything is okay before you leave. You will have the chance to feed your baby during the appointment.

I am 24 years old and went for an adult circumcision. I just finish completing my procedure (literally like 2 hours ago). Everything was professional with professional equipment and medical set-up, and the result looks great. Dr. Nguyen did an amazing job and his assistant was also great; they are both friendly people. They provided a tablet with headphones, so I was distracted while they were completing the operation. The entire procedure takes around 30 mins after local anesthesia has been administered. The most painful part is the administration of local anesthesia; the operation its self (the circumcision) - you don't even fell it. I recommend coming to this clinic to get an adult circumcision or a circumcision for your child. The total price was $1400 for adult circumcision. Although, a little more expensive compared to other competitors, I would still recommend this clinic because of its professionalism, medical set-up, in-procedure entertainment, and end result. Dr. Nguyen also prescribes pain medication for post operation, so that helps a lot. I hope that this review brings you guys (website visitors) peace of mind when considering an operation like this.

I was so nervous and very hesitant about getting our son circumsized. He was our first born and I didn’t want to do anything to cause him any pain. Then we found the Gentle Procedures Clinic and made the decision to follow through with it. We could not have been happier with the doctor and his nurse. My husband stayed with him during the procedure and I stood just outside the room and he didn’t even make one peep. When we went for the follow up two weeks later everything was great and I was reassured that we did a great job taking care of it and all was well. I highly recommend the clinic and doctor.

It's been 3 months since our little guy had his circumcision done at Gentle Procedure Clinic and he has healed perfectly with no concerns or problems ! The staff here are amazing and very professional. They took their time to answer all of our questions and thoroughly went over after care procedures for us to do at home. The Doctor gave us his cell phone and said we can call or text him ANYTIME if have concerns or questions . He always responded promptly . During the procedure our son didn't cry at all , he was 5 weeks old at the time of his procedure . We came from Peterborough and it was worth the drive and money!!! Highly recommend this clinic , Doctor and nurses are very sweet and gentle!!!!!

Very professional and prompt service! My son 4 weeks old healed very well in 7 days and as a first time mommy I was beyond worried and scared but I'm glad I chose gentle procedure Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable and gentle! The lady at the reception is very rude and illetrate. She has no manners to speak and guide the client. She just want money into the clinic account. I had an appointment that i never confirmed by paying them. She called and misbehaved alot due to not paying them. She is disgusting

Get your son's circumcision done here! The staff and doctor are terrific! Super clean clinic and located inside Rexall Pharmacy which was convenient. This clinic ranks so much higher than the place we took our first son. The nurse/receptionist takes time to explain the process. She was soft spoken, thorough and patient. Dr. Nguyen made us feel extremely comfortable and took his time with everything. With the Pollock Technique™ used, we felt our son was in safe hands. The doctor was friendly, professional and precise. He answered all of our questions and even let us take video of his treatment instructions so we would remember. They even supply clients with the doctors email and cell number if you need assistance after the procedure. Thank you to a fantastic team!

Dr. Nguyen preformed my son's circumcision when he was 40 days old. The procedure was fast and almost painless. My son barely cried. The nurse was kind and caring. During recovery period, the procedure didn't seem to cause discomfort for my son. Dr. Nguyen was also available via txt during the recovery period. He promptly responded to all my baseless worries during my son's recovery period, no matter what time of the day. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and your team!

The staff was wonderful and provided me very detailed education on our baby’s circumcision prior to the procedure and after care. Dr. Nguyen assessed our little guy and instead of taking the risk, Dr. Nguyen educated us on why our baby was not ready to have his circumcision done. Surprisingly, they refunded the deposit and payment of the procedure. I was expecting I would at least be paying for his and his staff’s time. Very honest and professional clinic! I would definitely come back again and would highly recommend this clinic. I live in Woodbridge and definitely worth the travel! Thank you Dr. Nguyen!

Great experience, I received the appointment fairly quick. Doctor was quick and efficient, front desk was polite, as well as the technician. Only thing that was awkward was the tip option on the interac machine. I've never been to any doctors office where they ask for a tip. I think that should be removed, as the service is not cheap, and makes customers feel uncomfortable. Needless to say, I still left a tip..
