I received a gift card from my husband for Christmas. I enjoyed the experience until there was a very long wait (1 hour) after my lunch. for the sauna and my massage, then to get my toes painted. After waiting an hour, I felt like I was forgotten about. I had to go to the front desk and ask how much longer I had to wait. I was finally escorted to the sauna. As I sat in the sauna I pondered as to why I had to wait an hour when I was told 30 minutes. After 15 minutes in the sauna, I was upset and decided I was just going to leave. When I went back to the front desk a very nice lady escorted me to a room for my massage , then my toes painted. I told the lady instead of making me wait an hour would the time have been better spent painting my toes, then finish up the the massage. It was the hour wait that really turned me off. I must say Body Polish did give a another card to get the massage I never waited for.

Once I arrived, I was so happy to see how clean and COVID-safe Body Polish is! The women that did my treatments was so friendly and very talented. I have always had great experiences at Body Polish for the services. I usually go for the pedicures and brow waxing. But I have had a facial, massage and manicure there. Everytime I have enjoyed it. The girls are always friendly and very good at what they do. There were a few times when they may have been going through some transition and the gift cards where a huge mess up, but they still made it easy for me. Sometimes the reservations are not done correctly but they fix it when I tell them. I hope these things get ironed out because I really enjoy this spa. The waiting area is nice and has drinks and snacks. Once I was offered Champagne a during my pedicure but I haven't been offered since.

Just saw this place, since I moved into the neighborhood. So I wanted to try it. Got a eye treatment, infrared light therapy and a aromatherapy massage with paraffin foot treatment. I've NEVER experienced true relaxation as I did today. I feel rejuvenated and relaxed. Ask for florentina She is the best

A beautiful get away right in my own neighborhood.It is very relaxng offer many great serivces. I recently just got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded by daisy, and I love the results. However, I noticed that under my eyebrows there are what aear to be cuts? Not sure if this is normal but definitley a bit annoying. Either way, i will be back!

Went in for a couple's massage with my husband. It was ok we were in two separate rooms with a wall that was able to slide open to make one big one. I loved the heated beds and weight of the blankets. We had two very different massages. They ladies were friendly and did make sure we were comfortable and check pressure but we both agreed that it felt like it was alot of lotion and oils. Which I personally don't mind because it's good for my skin especially in the winter but the part that we were really disappointed in was when you fill out their forms before the massage indicating where not to work on or what areas you need extra attention but clearly did not review it before proceeding. My husband requested on the form and verbally to work on his hands alot as he has issues with them and her response was don't worry it's a full body massage. When she got to the hands she only lightly went over the hands once. Don't think we will be back.

I booked my appointment over the phone and the receptionist wasn't friendly. When I arrived the receptionist wasn't welcoming. I had my brows and my lip waxed and it was $40. Part of my skin was waxed off and I'm left with redness and open skin. I will never go back to Body Polish.

Came in for the classic facial and it was amazing! A beautiful spa experience that left my skin glowing and left me completely relaxed. Excellent customer service and professionalism. I've been going to body polish for years and I used to refere everyone I knew to go til NOW. I have NEVER had to go back to repair not even one nail, but.... I recently got my nails done and within 48 hrs I had 4 break off by the time I got in to have them repaired (4 days later) I had 6 in total break off. I know for a fact that none of it was my fault.. I had all 6 repaired and even had my remaining 4 shortened. Again within 72 hrs I had 3 break off and 2 where the gel peeled right off. After paying 100 (set and repair) for my nails to be done twice in the matter of 5 days to be left with the mess I have now disgusts me. My services used to be amazing even though the front receptionists were always horrible, so unkind, fake and rude. But unfortunately I wont be going back.. ????????

The building has and always is clean, they follow covid rules to the T. The staff are very friendly and inviting as soon as you walk in. I have been going here for years now and no other massage/spa places comes close to what Body polish offers. I always leave with my bottle of water, a smile, and usually an appointment in the future.

I used to love going here, until I made a mistake on my appointment and they treated me terribly. I asked why they didn't call and confirm my appointment the day before, they said they did, but I had no missed calls or voicemails? They didn't even call me when I missed my appointment to inquire why. People just don't care anymore I guess. I was pretty heartbroken, as I was excited to recieve a facial that day and didn't even realize I made a mistake on the time.

I've been going to this location of body polish for years,, I truly do love it , I've had everything from pedicures to spa packages done there,, I'm usually pretty satisfied with my results,, the only reason I gave it 4 stars & not 5 ,,, is that it's a bit expensive for what services are provided,, I think if they cut a few prices out would definitely be 100% amazing

I just had a facial with Deanna at Body Polish. The spa is lovely, the staff friendly and Deanna was fantastic. The heated bed and paraffin wax on my hands(after a nice hand massage) while a mask was setting were fantastic touches. I was so relaxed I dozed off for a bit. I would highly recommend Deanna and Body Polish - I will be back for more treatments.

Had an amazing massage! Only down side was I booked online for a 4pm 60 minute appointment. I received an email confirming the time, 4pm. When I arrived a few minutes before the appointment I was informed my appointment was actually at 345. So I paid for a 60 minute massage, but only got 40-45 minutes.

Ok so I do like the spa the atmosphere is great, really nice here. The gal who did my massage did a great job. The only comment or critic I have is that I do not agree with paying more for a pregnancy massage, most places do not charge extra for this. There is not that much of a difference in the massage and most therapists are trained to give pregnancy massage. Another suggestion would be to I invest into a pregnancy body pillow if you are going to charge more to at least try to somewhat justify why you charge more.

Alysha gave me my microdermabrasion facial today and it was absolutely fantastic. I deffinitely recommend her. They sell a lot of great quality products for purchase as well including Dermalogica.

Just had a facial done by Jane and it was fantastic! I haven’t had a facial in probably 8 or so years and the whole experience reminded me why I used to get them in the first place. From Kiera at the front desk being so helpful and welcoming to the facial by Jane everything was so great. Jane is super knowledgeable and was very friendly while still allowing me to relax throughout it. I can’t wait to come back!

Had a facial and message on the weekend. I have to say really enjoyed getting pampered and relaxed after it all. I can see why my wife loves going. For being a guy could get used to it. Lol. The facial was great, I’m sure at one point I fell asleep since was so relaxed. The esthetician was great as explained each step and what it does. My face was so clean and smooth after the treatment, and after the facial had a deep tissue message. The message therapist was very good as welI. I have a very bad back and she was able to free up my muscles and give me some pain relief. Will for sure go back and recommend this spa.

If you're missing partial nail from ingrown toe nail removal. This is the place to go! Glad I found it as they do nail reconstruction with gel. Shannon and the other ladies are nice. Although a little rough with the filing, but does detailed work. But I'm not mad about it. If I could I would recommend my podiatrist to send their clients here for toenail reconstruction! Make sure to book lots of time for the reconstruction, pedicure, and shellac. When in doubt book more time!

This place is the absolutely best for massages! I'd been shopping around for a good spot over the past couple of years and really hadn't found anywhere that I felt really comfortable. Until now! I've seen a few massage therapists here and they're all kind, professional, and knowledgeable. My favourite is definitely Florentina!!! I can't say enough good things about her. She's REALLY good at what she does but she's also extremely attentive to my needs, health, and comfort. Her kind and caring demeanor make it the best experience ever. Bought a gift card there for daughters bday quite awhile back. She went for her massage and was charged an additional $10.00 because of a price increase. I spoke with the manager about how unprofessional this is. .he did not care! He stated "You don't understand, how am I going to stay in business If I honor all these gift cards, you don't understand today's economy"! Then put an expiry date on the gift cards Mr. White. .simple! ..no one wants to buy a gift for someone and then say. .oh by the way, you might have to pay for a porion of your gift. .duh!!!

I’ve been a regular customer with body Polish for a few years and never had any issues, and the massage therapists are great. I had a prenatal massage booked for today and had it booked in 3 weeks ago during my last appointment as that’s what my schedule permits, however when I showed up today the receptionist told me I had no appointment and said she didn’t know if it was even booked and by whom. I thought that was a bit rude as she was the receptionist that booked me in last time and when I went home I checked my receipt from my last appointment and it clearly had my next appointment date printed on it. I then spoke to the manager who apologized and then blamed the mix up on a computer crash or virus. I’m a bit disappointed by how the situation was dealt, as I have been looking forward to this massage for 3 weeks and only have 1 day a month free. I understand computer issues are not within their control but customers could have been contacted earlier to ensure any previously booked appointments were not lost and additionally body Polish didn’t even offer me anything for my inconvenience. Just disappointed and not sure if I want to go back knowing they don’t really value their customers time and patronage.

I have been coming to this place for a very long time, so it saddens me to write this as I believe service has gone down of the last few years for me. Coming in the last few times, the staff at the front desk seemed cold and apathetic. For the price I paid, I feel like the services I received (pedicure and manicure with shellac) was not worth it. I had expressed discomfort when the esthetician was too rough with the foot file, but she kept going, making me very uncomfortable. I will look elsewhere for these services from now on.

Lovely relaxing spa atmosphere, great staff and always excellent services. Have always had great facials (they use dermalogica products which is a huge bonus!) and amazing massages. They have a couple's massage room where they have 2 rooms that are attached with a sliding door which can be opened. Prices are reasonable. Usually able to book an appointment with relatively short notice which is great. I've been here quite a few times over the years and have never had a bad experience.

So my appointment was for 4pm. I get there 10 minutes early and was brought back right away. Filled out a health form and within minutes brought back even further. The lady dealing with me was not warming at first. It was hard to strike up a conversation with her. It's like she couldn't be bothered with small talk. Finally after about 20 minutes she opens up and all is good until...... she started burning the top of my big toe with the Emery board. I let her know that it was hurting but she continued to burn it up some more and I said that was enough. It bled for a little while. Then on the other foot she burned 2 more toes, not as bad but still. She kept applying products that stung my injured toes and I don't think she cared because all she could say was ok this might sting a little....well geezus at this point I just wanted to walk outta there. Why would she act this way?? If it wasn't fir the conversation we were having i definitely would of left. As I was paying I could feel a weird vibe from the receptionist. She too was super snobby like she thinks she's better than you. I'm never going back there again.

I've been coming to Body Polish for years for manicures, pedicures and massage. I've also recently had a facial which was fantastic. The estheticians are all well trained and very professional. The atmosphere of the spa is relaxing and enjoyable. Awesome value for the service. I definitely would recommend their services to anyone!

I have been going here since it opened if you read the rest of the reviews about this company about appointments gone missing or they confirm one time when it is really another it is all true. yesterday the owner confronted me because i put in the review that he hides in his office and doesn't handle the complaints like he should. He made appoint of confronting me on my comment then proceeded to go to his office lol. he is past is prime and the business is long since been going down hill it is really to bad as I am going to miss the place. but not the bad service. the people that work there in my experience are AWeSOME! Massages and pedicures etc. but the staff seems to be leaving too. so who's to say what the services are like going forward.

I never able to book the time that works for me, and I always has to compromised. unless I booked it a month ahead, then I might have a small chance.Either they always that busy or just short of stuff all the time. If you want to get a massage with a short notice, don't even bother to call this place.

I was came here for a spa day and was INCREDIBLY disappointed with the services. I booked an apt to come in and have my nails done as one of my services. So i come in for a classic manicure ($54). I meet with the lady doing my nails and let her know I have a special occasion coming up and would like to upgrade to gel nails, she tells me she can't do that as she is "not a nail technician." I'm a little surprised as I'm paying a lot of money for these services provided by someone who can't even do gel nails? Anyways I am already here so I ask to get shellac (extra $20). So $74 later and $20 tip, I have FOUR nails chipped 2 days later... with shellac!! My nails look awful. Reading the services page I realized I did not get a nail soak, which was supposed to be included. I will never be back again.

Been going there for years because it's close and convenient but will be looking into a new place. The front staff is becoming rude and careless. The massage therapist doesn't look at your card as to what you DON'T want massaged. The bed was off balance like a table with one short leg. Not relaxing at all. Twice the times I've booked were not the times they had actually put us in for. If they didn't at the very least call my husband I'd have no idea as they don't ever call me. Another time they called and confirmed but when we went in they had us booked for the next day. No apologies. Another time they over booked on massages. Couldn't only get one. We decided on the other getting a facial. No discount for their own mistake. Time to take the monthly massages elsewhere. They are too hit and miss.
