horrible business practices galore. i've been "talking" to these people over the last three months about trying to get a reconstruction done on my stretched ears. they answer my emails once a month. after 2 months of trying to sort out an appointment(because of the outbreak) i was told i needed to pay in full, a full month in advance in order to secure my appointment. after telling them i was not comfortable with that, and offering a portion of payment in advance instead, i was left on read and am no longer being contacted. not only is this unprofessional, but it just made me worry about how much i could trust these people with altering my body. recommend avoiding

It's a 1 year wait. So they just rejected me doctors reference and never notified me ( I have a throat problem) for a few months without knowing they weren't ever going to look into me. Their priority is plastic surgery over health like throat or nose sissues UPDATE: Dr.Hedyeh does not do Nose/Ear/Throat anymore. I was called by their representative to change my review which I was insulted because they wanted only 5 star reviews for a service they don't offer. And then can only apologize after I change my review. If you want to say sorry, thats fine, but asking me to change my review first before the apology is insulting to me

Smooth forehead and no more 11’s! I had an appointment in July for Botox injections, I ended up getting “Dysport” and I’ve been extremely happy! The whole team is extremely professional and friendly, Courtney, the nurse who did the injections was able to answer my questions and explain the process. Dr. Javidnia is a highly adept individual at what she does.. I have had Botox and Fillers performed by her twice. Anyone attempting to have this done should seek her expertise. You will feel comfortable, relaxed, and well informed about your options and outcomes of each. The results of the treatment is absolutely remarkable!

My experience at Asthete MD was amazing. I had a series of 3 Morpheus treatments for scarring which greatly improved both the texture and pigmentation of my skin. The staff there is always friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have. Shout out to Sapphire, the aesthetician preforming my treatment, for creating and warm and comfortable atmosphere. I really felt she put the time and effort into making sure I was taken care of. My experience was well worth the money, and I will be definitely be going back in the future!

The single star rate doesn't apply to Dr. Hedyeh Javidnia, personally. First, I'm not that kind of person that rushes to write a bad review, if it's not an important issue for me, and I'm sure, for many others. The 27th of Jan. I called the Cosmetic Clinic of dr. H.J to arrange an appointment, for a male friend of mine, to have some cosmetic work to do on his face. The receptionist -sadly, I don't remember her name- was interested only on a specific issue, that a consultation with dr. H.J, will cost 80 something dollars.., like I had an objection about that!!! In the middle of the discussion, she asked me: ''can I call you later?" ?!?!?! without giving me an explanation, like: "the roof is falling down or my food is burning" or something similar to that. She got me by surprise and I agreed, I gave her even my phone number. Yes, You guessed it. She NEVER called back. I want dr. H.J to know that some of her employees jeopardizing her business. Does anybody, responsible at her office, check the education and work experience of the people they hire? As I work in that industry myself, I couldn't ignore that kind of behaviour towards customers. Needless to say, I booked an appointment with another reputable Cosmetic Clinic. Good day.

I happened to go to this clinic after searching on how to fix the dark circles under my eyes. I was feeling insecure and uncomfortable with this issue that I've had for a couple of years. Going to a clinic that you find by google searching is not easy. I was lucky to have come across this place. Dr. Javidnia is an excellent doctor and her experienced nurse Courtney was able to correct my issue with a couple of sessions and my dark circles are gone. I totally recommend this place!

It is one stop shopping for all your cosmetic needs. She even has her own surgery unit on premise. Free parking in the back of the building makes for a stress free visit. Being outdoors and playing a lot of golf with fair skin; I don't always use enough sun-screen. I experience freckles, sunburn and uneven color, which is what I want to treat. After doing a few laser treatments at the clinic, I am very impressed with the results and what the technology has achieved. After a consultation, Dr. Javidnia and Sapphire developed a plan and made the process easy for me. The treatments have helped with the brown and red blotches. I cannot thank you enough... '50' is the new '39' :)

I have been coming to this practice for years now. From the start, Dr. Javidnia made me feel at home and as our relationship has progressed, her entire team has consistently made me feel valued as a client. They have gone above and beyond what I would consider the norm in terms of accommodating my needs. I have a significant asymmetry in my lips, which was only made more pronounced when I began having filler administered by other licensed practitioners in the area. Courtney and Dr. Javidnia were able not only to correct the lopsided appearance of the previously misplaced filler, but also to restore balance to the overall asymmetry of my face. I have actually decided to forego the lip lift I had been planning to have because I am so satisfied with my results. I cannot recommend Courtney enough. I have also had Dysport administered by her and the difference in skill level as compared to other practitioners has yielded better results for a fraction of the cost that I paid elsewhere. I consulted several reputable plastic surgeons specializing in facial surgery before deciding on Dr. Javidnia for my very specific facial surgery needs. From the beginning, Dr. Javidnia impressed me with how forthcoming she was about surgery details and how very detailed her approach was in terms of making sure she understood exactly what my goals were. Her sensitivity to her clients' needs is rare. I like to go into a consult with some previously established knowledge of a procedure and I found that Dr. Javidnia did not merely reiterate what I already knew from my own research/from other sources. It is unfortunate that the only negative reviews for this clinic are from individuals who did not undergo procedures by the practice at all. I would caution against reviewing a business unless one has personally experienced the services it offers. EDIT: I was devastated to learn that Courtney is no longer at Aesthete MD (miss you, Courtney) but Helen's work has surpassed my expectations. I was nervous to work with a new injector and she has just been lovely to me.

I had the tear trough procedure done at another Doctor's office in Ottawa and was extremely dissatisfied with the results. My dark circles and under eye hollowness were not corrected at all. I met with Dr. Javidnia and her nurse Courtney for a consultation to correct the issue at hand. They were both so welcoming, helpful and full of knowledge. They listened to all of my concerns and explained everything (step by step) that they would be doing in order to correct my tear troughs. From the moment you walk in to the Dr. Javidnia's office, Roxanne greets you with a genuine smile and makes sure you are well taken care of. Courtney performed the tear trough correction and I couldn't be happier with the results. She addressed all of my concerns and made sure I was completely satisfied with the procedure. I look less tired, more youthful and full of life. Dr. Javidnia's commitment to her patients and her work ethic has earned her a reputation as one of Ottawa's top facial plastic surgeons. My review is a bit overdue, but in February 2020 I underwent a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Javidnia and I am more than happy with my results. I researched surgeons all over Canada for this procedure and I am so happy I stumbled upon Dr. Javidnia. Her experience and credentials are very impressive, but her bed side manner is unmatched. When I met Dr. Javidnia for my consultation she was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable but what stood out to me, and the reason I chose her for my procedure, was how she emphasized she would not compromise health for beauty. There was a specific way I wanted my nose to look, but Dr. Javidnia informed me that If i were to shape my nose in that specific way I would be unable to breathe and she would not compromise my health for an aesthetic look. This one recommendation showed me not only is Dr. Javidnia a knowledgeable and experienced doctor, but an ETHICAL one - a very, very important trait your doctor should have. She then discussed shapes that would be more natural and form fitting to my face and I am SO HAPPY I went with her recommendations rather than the "perfect nose" I thought I wanted.
