I had a pleasure meeting with Dr. Ratanshi today to discuss my concerns. Even though there was a bit of a wait and I was almost late for my own client's meeting, the staff was very nice and caring in managing the appointments. Dr. Ratanshi himself was extremely polite, respectful, caring, and friendly. I was very impressed by his exceptional knowledge and expertise.

I got injured at work and Surrey memorial had recommended me to this doctor and he is a awesome doctor. Was very caring and listened to everything you had to say. You made you laugh a few times but has a heart for gold. I would recommend him to anyone in the near future he's awesome!

I am a 26-year-old female that had a breast reduction with Dr. ratanshi on July 27 2021 I am an extremely high anxiety person and know that I am not always an easy patient. I was extremely nervous for my surgery and Dr. ratanshi addressed and eased every worry/concern that I had. I felt completely safe and comfortable going into surgery. Though I was tearful and nervous, I was confident in my safety with dr ratanshi and his caring team. After my surgery I was informed that I may have a blood clotting issue and could experience a hematoma. Dr. ratanshi geared me with the right information and steps to take if that were to occur and assured me that I would be well taken care of if it did happen. Hours after arriving home we realized that indeed I was experiencing a hematoma and we immediately returned to the hospital where Dr Ratanshi was already waiting for me. I was no doubt afraid and anxious but once again, confident that I was safe with Dr Ratanshi there to fix me up. He was caring, kind, calm and reassuring through the entire process while I'm sure I was hysterical, he made sure I was comforted as did his nursing staff who held my face and wiped my tears away letting me know I was in good hands while I was put back under to drain the hematoma. It has now been 16 days since my surgery. I feel great. As for surgery follow ups- Dr.Ratanshi's office is always so quick to return my phone calls and set up an appointment within a timely manner if I feel I need to see him outside of my regular post op checkups. This office absolutely exceeds my expectations. I couldn't be more impressed and would recommend Dr. Ratanshi to anyone considering a breast reduction or any other plastic surgery.

I had rhinoplasty with this and the result was horrific . My nose had now gone from looking like a check-mark from my side profile to grossly larger on one side. It looked extremely crooked because of this. He told me too bad and insinuated he didn't want to see me again. I had to get another surgery at the age of 24 because my confidence levels were so shot. I went to an amazing surgeon (Dr. Rizwan - highly recommended) who fixed me up perfectly. I wish I had just gone him the first place, it would have saved me a ton of pain and money from having three Rhinoplasty procedures. Nasty doctor that only thinks of himself. Avoid at all costs!

He was pretty condescending, arrogant and dismissive. Honestly I'm shocked at his answers to my questions. Even though I was an "msp" patient, I am looking for a cosmetic surgeon for future procedures. This is not the Dr for me though.

Can say nothing negative about my entire experience with Dr. Ratanshi and his staff. They were very professional and efficient.

He doesn't listen to you, keep pushes his way. He talked 95% of the time and leaves the door. He does not even say hi or bye. Never saw such an arrogant doctor. I will never see him again.
