Absolutely phenomenal staff that work here!!! Every time I go in, I'm greeted with so much vibrant energy. Jennifer Glazer is my go to gal here for all things skin. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about skincare. I am that client that pesters her all throughout our sessions for information about what each product and procedure is doing and she never falls short in having an answer ready for me. I have had a few standard facials here and am a involve with their Alumier range. Recently I did a chemical peel which completely changed my skin....I have never glowed so much and felt so bright! I have also had a mini lip plump by nurse Elyse. Another fabulous employee!! She made me feel so comfortable as a first timer for injections. Her light and bubbly sense of humour along with her knowledge and extreme expertise made my experience an easy 10/10. I will never forget how many times she analyzed my lips to make sure they were even. This girl knows whats up! I look forward to every appointment I make here. Cannot say enough good things about ArtMed.

I've only been to ArtMed once, but it was a 10/10 experience. First and foremost, the frontend staff are incredibly helpful, polite, and cheerful (I believe I spoke with Gigi and Meghan). I was offered a drink, and they even took my jacket and hung it up for me! Secondly, the nurse I saw (Stephanie) during my procedure was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was professional, skilled, and also very personable! My treatment (botox) was surprisingly affordable (under $100), and I was very pleasantly surprised to have a medical skin procedure done for such an affordable price at such a nice clinic! Overall, I was incredibly happy with my treatment and results, and it was a really nice experience going to Artmed. I ran into the clinic manager (Jane) when I left, and she was also super friendly! I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone interested in medical-grade skincare :)

I wanted to have a few visits under my belt prior to leaving a review so that I could make it as honest and detailed as possible. From the beginning the staff at ArtMed made me feel comfortable and Laura was amazing. I had never had any sort of cosmetic procedure done including botox or fillers of any kind. They came highly recommended so I decided after a decade of debating doing so, to finally give it a go. My main concern was my lips. I have no visible top lip as my cupid's bow is quite defined therefore my top lip hides underneath my mouth. I wanted so desperately to feel the same confidence I did WITH lipstick on and conveyed this to Laura. I also told her I was looking to get a bit of botox between my brows to prevent the frown line from getting worse. I was quite self-conscious of my nasolabial folds too and felt they were aging me, but she immediately disagreed. They aren't there as a money grab, I can tell you that. They will listen to your concerns but they won't suggest more than you need. I left with much less work than I had anticipated getting when I arrived. Getting my top lip to the point where it's full has been a struggle with trial and error but Laura was more than willing to go above and beyond for me and she has been very upfront and candid with how to achieve it. It's not easy to give someone who had no visible top lip the look I wanted to achieve but she was so accommodating right from the start and over the past few months. I'm so happy that I chose ArtMed and I would never go elsewhere. I've also purchased a lot of their Vivier skincare products which are LIFE CHANGING. If you're reading this in an attempt to make a decision on whether or not to give them a chance.. I say do it. Go for a consultation at least because I truly believe you'll leave happy. For this reason I was somewhat hesitant to have another one, but the reviews I read for ArtMed were awesome so I gave it another shot and I am so glad I did!!! I had the pleasure of getting a couple of treatments done at ArtMed, today. ArtMed will not disappoint! It’s a beautiful clinic without feeling cold. It’s very soothing to be honest. Lots of amazing products as well! I was cheerfully greeted upon arrival by their office administrators Katie, Skye, and Chantal. It felt like walking into a friends house with how warm and friendly they are. Everyone was masked up - temperature taken etc - all Covid protocols were observed. I was taken into the treatment room to await my amazing Nurse Practitioners Amanda and Shannon - my Injection Specialists. After finding out what I wanted to achieve, they explained to me what they would do to achieve the results I want. They have the gentle touch. They talk you through the procedures to avoid any surprises. They were very thorough with the after care expectations and how long I could experience swelling for a short time. It has only been a few hours since I had everything done, but I can already see the improvements- looking forward to the next few days/weeks. I walked out smiling and feeling good about myself. I've had several treatments at ArtMed and have been extremely happy with the services provided. Treatment staff are extraordinarily well-trained and reception and management are always very cheerful and helpful. This place provides boutique-level services at prices below the industry standard. I've been in for 3 Fraxel treatments to improve residual acne scarring from my teenage years and the results are awesome. I've also had a standard course of 3 Belkyra treatments and the reduction in under-chin fat and resulting sharpening of the jawline is really noticeable. Can't recommend this wonderful business highly enough!

I recently had Thermage at ArtMed and I have to say it was a great experience overall. Jennifer was wonderful and we talked and laughed throughout. It wasn’t completely painless as there were a few spots on my face that were more sensitive but this was discussed at the consult so I was prepared, and it was brief, exactly as explained. ArtMed was a shining star I didn't even know I was looking for! I've struggled with rosacea my entire life and began to have adult on-set acne (super frustrating when during your teenage years you had clear beautiful skin). I came across ArtMed (@artmedguelph) from following @thebirdspapaya on Instagram. I made a consultation with Jennifer Glazer (@thelazermedic) in January 2020 and she recommended I do 3 consecutive treatments of BBL (once a year for maintenance) and start some medical grade skin care that they carry in store, Vivier (@vivierskin) (Did I mention they're a Canadian company based out of Québec?!?). I'm still using the Redness Line from Vivier 7 months later and have only had to replace a few of the products; a little goes a LONG way. Needless to say I'm OVER THE MOON at how my skin looks today. I will be back to do the BBL treatments on an annual basis and hope to do a HALO treatment as well. Moral of the story - ArtMed and their staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I wish I had found this place sooner.

Marlise was a wizard with the Vanquish treatments, helping me to lose about 3 inches from just above my belly button (the treatment wasn't painful either). Definitely worth the time and investment, and the most enjoyable part for me was the time spent with Marlise - she's a lot of fun. Definitely recommend. The "before" was core circumference :102 cm, 2" above - 99 cm, and 2" below - 104 cm. The "after" measurements were core circumference: 102 cm, 2" above 92 cm(!!), and 2" below was 103 cm.

In the fall I had the pleasure of having Val as my technician for a BBL treatment. This treatment was amazing as was Val. Val was super easy going and answered all my questions. the FRIENDLIEST ladies greet you. GiGi was so sweet when I came in, and I guess could tell I was nervous. so she was extra sweet and didn't leave my side until I was calmer! if you're the slightest bit unsure, don't hesitate to book a consultation. they'll put you at ease. and when the time for procedure comes, you can trust them to go at a pace you're okay with and they make sure you know they want your feedback, they want to know if you need anything else to be more comfortable. it is so casual and professional at the same time. everyone chats with you the same way they would chat with their friends. so that makes it a really comfortable experience. I wish I had been more open to cosmetic stuff sooner, going to ArtMed has been AMAZING for my self image. if you have any doubt, they'll take their time and reassure you =) you're in good hands. also my BBL session with Jennifer was really great because she is so wonderful to talk to. the light was uncomfortable but it felt like hanging out with a new friend. it's that kind of place.

Staff is friendly, however take absolutely no responsibility for their screwups!! I've recently spent some hard earned $$ on a service i was recommended and the outcome was worse than when i went in. I tried to talk to the technician and the owner, Jane and instead i was blamed. I am a certified laser technician and i know how lasers work. The proper procedure was not applied. I found that the staff is not knowledgeable of how the laser works. As a result I have scarring on my face . Jane and company is not rectifying the problem. They are expensive and don"t produce results they imply. I am extremely unhappy and disgusted with the lack of problem solving. The hours of operation make it impossible for people to book appointments for working clients.

BREACH OF CONFIDENTIALITY My information was shared with someone I know who also goes to the clinic without my consent. I was appalled to hear from my friend that a staff member shared my personal information. When you enter a clinic like this you expect professionalism and to be treated with respect. I'm pretty sure breaching confidentiality goes against several codes of conduct. if I could give ZERO stars I would. Disgusting. Reply: Conversations about confidentiality and respecting the patient’s privacy should not be conversations that happen after the fact. If your practice took confidentiality seriously this would have never happened. It doesn’t matter if there was a “perceived relationship” between myself and another client, bringing up my file and talking about specifics when I wasn’t even there is a breach of confidentiality. I do not wish to reveal my name as I do not want and drama between my friend for bringing this up. This type of thing should be one of the first things taught to staff members. Additionally I should not have to reveal my name for the staff member to know who they are. That is all I have to say about this matter. Please do better for your future patients.
