Our family has been fortunate to have been clients for many years of Higson Dental. We have 5 kids and are treated excellent everytime we deal with Higson. Higson dental group is always accomodating to our needs. The hygienists are friendly and like visiting while they work. Front end staff are friendly and have time to say hello. We are treated like good neighbors everytime. Punctual, and if extra charges may be encountered that our plan may not cover, they check with the insurance company prior to so that there are no "surprise" charges. Highly recommended!

I love the doctors and staff at this office. They always make me feel relaxed, comfortable and wanted. From remembering my pets and individual stories about them between visits to giving me a mirror to watch the procedure when I expressed an interest in seeing what they are actually doing during a filling, they are wonderful, helpful and kind. I appreciate the front office staff and how they always do their best to accommodate my schedule. They are always so polite. I highly recommend this office!

I've been a patient of dr higson since he started in the old office, I keep going because I trust that he is going to give me the right treatment, and so far it's been very good. I have heard so many bad stories about root canals...well I've had three root canals and all turned out very well no problems. He always checks to make sure I'm doing ok when he's doing some procedure. I have an excellent hygienist she is really gentle on my gums. The dental assistants are all very pleasant and the ladies at the desk are great!

Wow! Had my regular 6 monthly hygiene appointment with Tanya and I can honestly say it was fantastic. She obviously has a passion for her job and does it with great care ....I have seen many other hygienists (other offices around Alberta) but she is THE best. She immediatley puts you at ease with a lovely smile and even when you get the "floss lecture' you don't mind because you get the feeling she really does care about you and the health of your mouth! My gums and teeth felt great after my visit and I know who I will be booking my future visits with. So happy to have found this office and Tanya.

The first time I walked into Dr. Schamehorn's office I was greeted and treated as if I was going to a party and I was the guest of honor. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental tech to the doctor himself make my visits feel like anything but a visit to the dentist. I am so impressed with my visits that Dr. Schamehorn is now also treating my wife and two kids aged 8 and 10, who actually look forward to their dental appointments now. Dr. schamehorn's ability to explain potential issues or procedures is 2nd to none and his knowledge on taking preventative measures to avoid issues is greatly appreciated. The reception area is by far the best I have ever seen in any business. All of the ladies are very personable and professional. If you are looking for an amazing dental experience then look no further. I was completely terrified about going to the dentist and after a couple bad experiences avoided it completely for years. I'm sure there are many of you in the same boat and with the fear of the dentist there is also the fear of judgement, well not there. Even with a dental emergency my first call in was very pleasent and they were extremely accommodating as well. I have since been there many times and the staff is amazing!! From the front desk to the girls in the back as well as the dentist, always super friendly!!! This makes going there a breeze. I also loved that there were a couple different procedures I had mentioned to the dentist, he could have went along with it for money sake, however he expressed to me tht he wouldn't reccomend it. I also do not have dental coverage, they may not be the absolute cheapest in town but by far not the most expensive... Very affordable!!!!! Wonderful staff, good prices, non judgy, Love this place!!!
