Amazing Service right from the start! Friendly voices over the phone and very willing to help on any information requests! Almost no waiting time for my appointment and yet again friendly faces greeting you at the desk! My appointment was explained very properly and considering that im pregnant they were just amazing and careful and makes sure that your comfortable and not in pain! Would recommend this Dentistry to everyone!

I had bad experiences as a child at the dentist office that I went to, so bad that even as a grown adult I had anxiety about going to the dentist for anything, even a cleaning. I have nothing but good things to say about Gateway Dentistry. The whole team is not only professional but also caring. You can tell from the second you speak to someone on the phone to book the appointment that they actually care - this is reflected throughout the entire appointment, from the moment you walk in the door until you walk out again. My hygienist is fantasic, she remembers details about my family and I and does a great job. I have been going to this office for years and no longer fear going to the dentist. My family and I briefly went to another dentist in town, due only to proxomity and different hours, and ultimately came back to Gateway. I knew from the second we placed the phone call and booked our first appointment back that we made the right choice and wondered why we even tried anywhere else in the first place. Highly recommend for children and adults.

My daughter had a graft done today! Dr. Mo was amazing at keeping her calm and kept the room relaxed and light hearted with his great sense of humour! Explained everything very well, and even called to check up on her later!

We were unable to see Dr. Bassinet today or any other female dentist, although we did ask when we made the appointment. A little disappointed. My daughter didn't require any fillings so... it all turned out OK. BUT the staff are amazing and kind. A very friendly place . We will continue to visit.

At Gateway Dentistry I’ve always been greeted with a cheerful welcome upon check-in, and if needed to wait in waiting room, has always been comfortable and enjoyable experience to just sit back and relax a few minutes or more until you are called in by the friendly helpful staff. Gateway is up to date, clean and the staff there caring and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The reception and nurses were so helpful and the surgeon was amazing ... the only thing if anything is the anesthesiologists can keep his comments about the patients teeth and parenting to himself . Other than that was a great experience .

They made me feel very safe with the Covid restrictions they have in place and I got a very effective clean that did not differ from my cleanings before these restrictions! I look forward to my visit with Tracy, my hygienist, as spending that time with her is more like catching up with an old friend than a cleaning. We both have kids about the same age and there is nothing like sharing experiences we've had with them growing up and choosing their future. Makes a visit to the dentist a very relaxing time.

Staff are friendly, helpful, and make us feel comfortable as patients of a well-established clinic that caters all our dental needs with highly trained professionals, up-to-date technology, excellent bedside manners, and direct billing to benefit providers. I appreciate that Dr. Sam shows patience with my young children, talks them through the procedures, and is gentle if someone is a bit scared. But there is nothing to be scared of here, when I compare it to previous experiences elsewhere. My youngest ran in with Tracy to go first - that says a lot! I will continue to bring my family here for years to come.

I was referred to Gateway Dentistry as my 5 year old needs some cavities filled. My daughter has been very scared of doctors in the past which has made appointments such as this, very stressful not knowing how she would react to a new "doctor" figure. I was blown away by the service! The ladies were SO amazing with my daughter. Made her feel comfortable, special and most importantly safe. The appointment couldn't have gone better and after leaving my daughter said she wants to go there every time she is sick (sadly I had to explain they weren't doctors but there to help take care of her teeth). Either way, she left with a huge smile and actually excited to go back! Thank you, thank you! As for me, they were very informative and made me feel comfortable knowing my daughter is in their hands with an upcoming treatment plan. Amazing service.

The dentist was amazing and awesome with my children but after their appointment the dental hygienist informed me that they would be charging me extra because my kids cavities “were preventative by you know brushing their teeth,” her exact wording! I have full coverage, never had to pay for dental anywhere before! Was informed by the receptionist that every office is different and can charge what they want. As i was trying to sort this out another lady paid and they informed her it was taken care of by her insurance. (She had no “extra charges”) I was told I needed to call myself and get the payment sorted out myself! I never had any problems like this with any other dentist office!!

I love the relatively seamless efficiency and care from the front of the office to the back. My time is the most valuable asset and when it is treated with respect I feel it is important to thank great service. From message reminders to short notice appointments being accommodated. I believe the staff are above the industry standard and feel wonderful about the service provided. Central location stairs or elevator nice big airy reception with coffee tea and floss available.

On Tuesday August 21st, I had a teeth Cleaning and Dental Exam. Both the Dental Hygienist, and the Dentist were great, explaining the condition my teeth/etc were in and offered guidance to improve quality in the future. The Dental Hygenist was as much concerned for the health of my teeth as she was for my physical/emotional state, like a friend who truly cares. From the Secretaries, to those in the Dental Work/Surgical Team, I can not recommend this place strongly enough to ANYONE who is searching for a great place for their dental needs, whether for young children, or adults ! A few months ago I had my 7 year old grandson in for dental surgery, and from beginning to end, they truly made the experience the best ever. My grandson who was afraid, and skeptical, also remarked on the long drive home "that was the best Dentist Place, and they were funny too !" I have been a regular patient of Gateway Dentistry (previously known as Lipon Dentistry) when I began my Orthodontic journey, since August 2008, and I will continue going to Gateway Dentistry for years to come !

I think this clinic is more of a business clinic than a dental care clinic. ????

My spouse and I needed to come to this dental office due to a referral made by our previous dental firm (no names mentioned). Long story short, our son had some issues with his teeth that needed to be addressed in order to ensure he was not in any future pain. Our previous dentist was not willing to do the necessary work (for reasons I will just not explain here). We went to his dentist office and were pleasantly surprised (and very impressed). They took the time to explain our son's dental issues (in detail), how long the dental work would take, insurance coverage, out of pocket expenses etc. I cannot say that our previous dental firm worked diligently to ensure a great experience for our son. All of the staff at this dentist office were extremely kind to our son and made him feel right at home - with all their great toys, movies on TV, and a prize once all dental work is completed. All in all, our entire family has decided to make this dentist our new home for all dentistry needs. Thanks very much Gateway Dentistry Group !

She gives suggestions and we are working on a plan right now for better teeth. Newest thing is a waterpik, who knew that would be so good for healthy teeth.
