My experience at the Medic spa was great. The receptionist always calls to confirm you apt. The nurse, Mona, who performed my sculpsure treatment was very knowledgeable of the machine and Professional during the entire treatment. Would highly recommend her for your treatments, she's a gem.

I called on a Friday to inquire about getting a Sculpsure treatment. I asked to get a quote for one applicator (I only need one), the lady tells me they have availability next Tuesday afternoon and that she will talk to the nurse and call me back with a price and to confirm the time of the appointment. Well, she didn’t call me back. I call back on Monday and speak to somebody else about the fact that I was waiting for a price and to confirm the appointment. That person says she’ll call me back to confirm. When she does call me back she says that it is a minimum of 3 applicators and I told her I only need one ! I tell her I really want to come but she says that the doctor says NO. N.B. For a sculpsure treatment, there only needs to be someone turning the machine on and then leaving the patient alone for 25 minutes.
