Great all around. They reminded me of upcoming appointments, started appointments on time, waiting room was comfortable, pricing was transparent and never got charged hidden fees. The day of my surgery I didn't feel rushed and was fully informed of after care. Dr Copeland made me feel very comfortable, he is very nice. Copeland cost me hundreds of dollars on Kybella that didn't work the way he promised it would. Then, gave me chin lipo and promised any follow-up procedure to remove leftover fat would be free, then tried to go back on that promise and convince me to spend hundreds of MORE dollars on Kybella again after I wanted a bit more fat removed after the first chin lipo. I refused the Kybella and just wanted the free procedure as promised. Set up the appointment only to be told that the procedure cost around $150. Paid the fee just to get this whole thing over with, but this experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth. He also insinuated that I, a 5"2 120lb woman, should go on a diet. The nerve of this dude. DON'T LET HIM AND HIS STAFF BULLY YOU INTO A PROCEDURE YOU DON'T WANT. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY, THAT'S IT.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Dr. Copeland. He was thorough, professional and informative as was his entire staff. My surgery and the pain relief was IMMEDIATE. I had one concern a week after the surgery and they got me in to the office right away to see Dr. Copeland. I personally like the individual experience you get from a single doctor office like Dr. Copeland's rather than those big multi doctor organizations. I received personalized care with Dr. Copeland.

I want to start this review by saying my surgery was life changing, for many years I needed and wanted a breast reduction but I never followed through. I experienced back pain for years I was overweight, I also developed diabetes and hypertension. I was really scared that I would not survive Covid19 if I caught it, because of my preexisting conditions, so a family member referred me to Dr. Copeland. From the first visit he told me he could help me; he and his staff were extremely professional and handled my insurance and all related paperwork. I had surgery, the results are wonderful I am 58 years old and not only are my breast beautiful I have not experience back pain since my surgery. I was able to finally lose weight my confidence is out the roof; my blood pressure medicine has been decreased; my diabetes is under control my A1C went from 13 to 5.9. My Endocrinologist ask what did I do how was I able to lose weight and decrease my A1C during a pandemic? My answer was Dr. Copeland and his team. I finally lost my baby weight from 31 years ago, back problems gone, but the most important I am healthier and I have confidence that I have not had in a very long time. Thank you, Dr. Copeland and staff, (Gail with all the patients that you see you always made me feel special remembering little details about me that I forgot I told you). My only regret is I did not have a breast reduction years ago.

I first met Dr. Copeland following a car accident. He delicately put my ear back together with tiny stitches and a skin graft. Dr. Copeland is simply the best. I had breast augmentation surgery in May. I had never had any sort of surgery before so I was very nervous. First, Dr. Copeland is EXTREMELY thorough in your consultation appointment. I think I was there for one hour going through all aspects of the surgery. That is so important when deciding on a cosmetic procedure. Doctors just don’t take that amount of time to take to their patients anymore, but Dr. Copeland does! I feel that he is “old school’ in that way, but don’t take that statement to mean he is not up to speed on best practices. My surgery was FLAWLESS. The results are amazing, hardly any down time and I was back to my regular activities quickly. My husband strongly agrees. Dr. Copeland made me feel at home. The office has a very relaxing environment. Two things really stand out for me that will tell you how great Dr. Copeland is other than my results. Dr. Copeland gave me his cell phone number to call or text if I ever had a question after surgery. I did end up having a question about pain medication on a weekend nonetheless. He texted me back right away and we spoke 30 minutes later. Now that is a doctor who cares. Secondly, I remember the nursing staff at the hospital commenting how on top of it Dr. Copeland was with preparing me for surgery. That is a very good feeling while going into my first surgery ever. So if you want great results and want a caring doctor, look no further.
