J'ai consulté plusieurs O.R.L. au cours de ma vie et je peux vous dire que le Dre. Brousseau est très, très compétente. Je l'ai trouvé très humaine, une docteure énergique, qui écoute, qui explique, qui sait nous mètre en confiance. Elle avait aussi l'équipement sophistiqué requis pour ma condition. Elle m'a conseillé pour la marche à suivre suite à ma consultation, elle à fait un prélèvement dans mon oreille qu'elle croyait être un début de cholestéatome et elle là envoyé pour analyse au laboratoire. The moment I walked through the door a staff member greeted me with friendliness which I have never received when going to other Doctor's appointments.Soon after I met with the Nurse who really put me at ease with her caring attitude about the procedure I was to undergo with Dr Brousseau. I contacted many private clinics to remove a cyst. This one was more than twice the price of others considering the 300$ for consultation. I already have a doctor’s prescription, my cyst have been examined and just need to be removed. I think it’s ridiculous to need two appointments for that. The receptionist was very cold on the phone. No need to stress about finding parking -- Underground parking is included. Friendly staff. Beautiful peaceful space. Fast, efficient treatment. Donc 2500$ jeté aux poubelles, c'est carrément l'impression que j'ai. Je mets du Dristan dans mon nez (qui coûte environ 15$) lorsque le soir il est vraiment bouché et voilà il est débloqué en un rien de temps. Allez au public si vous voulez vraiment vous faire faire une réduction des cornets ils le font gratuitement à l'hôpital.

My experience was good at the clinic. I had a hearing loss problem in my left ear for 10 days. I went to the emergency of two big well-known hospitals but they were not able to cure me and they did not even refer/transfer me to an ENT specialist. Once I visited the clinic, the doctor was able to diagnose and treat the issue in about 10-15 minutes. I had excessive ear wax build up that blocked my hearing. The wax was removed immediately. The doctor knows what she is doing. Also the nurse was so helpful and looks like she likes her job. The staff over there look to like the place. Everyone in the clinic speaks good english, which is important to someone like me who does not speak french. The reservation process is so clear and easy to follow. I'll rate my visit a 7 star if I could. A burst of nerve calming hormones came over me as I walked through the posh styled waiting area up to meeting the good doctor Brousseau. Her well guided humor laced with technical knowledge on the solutions for the matter of the day made me feel like talking to her forever. I suffered a double ear rupture from a physical assault that led to a loss of hearing on my left ear and an eustachian tube dysfunction on my right ear, this made my breathing problematic. She listened to my horror tales with empathy, reassuring me every minute how fortunate I was. I like how she explains each problem with a diagram, making my appointment very interactive. It does feel good to meet someone who knows their job and yes the pay was worth every cent. To you Dr Brousseau, the prescription works perfectly and thank you once again for those comforting words of hope.

J'étais choquée par cette attitude-là, et j'ai jeté sa requête en disant à son assistant que son comportement était complètement inadmissible???????? Ce dernier m'a sortit que je devrais payer pour le temps que la Dr m'a procurée et non pas pour l'extraction du Cérumen, bien entendu qu'elle ne m'a pas procurée le quart du temps qu'elle devrait prendre si elle avait fait l'extraction. Il m'a ajoutée en plus que j'avais la chance qu'elle ne m'a pas chargée pour une consultation de 300$ pour le problème qu'elle m'a inventée ! Bref, ils m'ont retirée 125$ pour rien! Je porterai certainement plainte contre cette clinique et cette docteure-là ????????
