I have been going to Kingston laser cosmetic clinic since 2009. It was the best decision I ever made. The staff are sweethearts who bend over backwards to help. I was surprised at how much each staff member knew about the procedures. In this clinic you are attended by medical doctors and staff that are extensively trained in the equipment. I have had botox, fillers, laser mole removal, laser to rejuvenate collagen and peels. One thing that is different about this clinic is that aside from having the latest approved procedures; they never ever push you to have anything done. As a matter of fact they talk you out of it if they think you may look overdone or fake. They refused to do my lips saying that I would no longer look natural and that it would throw off the balance of my face. So if you want the greatest honest service and a natural look this is where to go. And this clinic has top injectors so you really won't feel pain. I have never looked better. Not even in my 20s. As Estee Lauder used to say when they asked her age: " That simply does not matter."

This is the second and last time i'm coming to this clinic. The first time i booked a free consultation offered on their website a month ago; I added the info i needed to that request. When i came to that appointment i waited 40 mins to get in, and then apparently it wasn't a consultation at all, they booked me for a microderm without informing me. The aesthetician checked with the front desk, and kinda blamed me that i wasn't clear enough on my request for free consultation. How exactly i wasn't clear by filling up the standard form on their website. I decided to let it slide and stay for the appointment, since the aesthetician gave me some info anyway, but the medical nurse never even examined my skin. Today i went for my appointment at 3:15, arriving a little bit early like i always do. I sat and waited for 20 mins, and at 3:32 i asked the front desk how much longer, she said it's gonna be any minute now, so i asked is it really any minute or another 15 mins, she answered that it's been only 15 mins and she can't tell me for sure how much longer it's going to take. She also mentioned that the aesthetician running late today in her appointments, but they didn't bother to call and inform me. NOT ONLY SHE LIED ABOUT ANY MINUTE NOW, SHE ALSO UNDERMINED THE IMPORTANCE OF THE 30 MINS THAT I WAITED BEFORE I CHOSE TO LEAVE. Funny how they sign every costumer that if they not showing up or rescheduling their appointment on time then they have to pay a fine because the clinic booked certain time for that appointment, well how about my time? 30 mins for me is a lot of time to waste waiting.

Wow! I am VERY impressed. I have been to a few places, but when I walked into Kingston Laser & Cosmetic Clinic I knew immediately I was in the right place. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated and the staff that greeted me were friendly & professional. During my initial consultation I was listened to, important to me, and then we discussed, in detail, the plan needed to achieve the results I was interested in. When I did come back for my treatment, again, I was very impressed. Very professional, efficient & I felt comfortable that I was putting myself in the hands of expert care. I had a really great experience at Kingston laser. I dealt with Kaitlin who was amazing - explained the procedure very thoroughly during the consult and was calm and accommodating during my session - made sure I was very comfortable and aware of what was going on. Their Covid protocols are top notch and I felt very safe being in their location and would highly recommend this location especially if considering the cool sculpting.

I first came to Kingston Laser because of a growing number of seborrheic keratosis on my face and neck. Kingston Laser helped me feel like a million dollars by removing the seb k’s, and the small broken capillaries I had around my nose. All of the women at Kingston Laser were respectful, professional, and well informed. I felt very comfortable in their presence. I was appreciative of their explanations of what they were doing, what to expect from the job they were doing, and how to care for my skin post procedure. Not only would I go back again; I have gone back numerous times, for the same procedure to treat my back and legs. I would definitely recommend the ladies at Kingston Laser, they’ve made a world of difference to me.

Recently I visited the Kingston Laser Cosmetic Clinic for my first consult and appointment and I want to thank all of the staff for making my experience so comfortable. The staff at the front desk were as pleasant and welcoming as the clinic itself. The clinic was peaceful and private, and the décor was very classy. The technician that I met with was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and she clearly explained the procedure that she would be performing. To all the wonderful staff at Kingston Laser Cosmetic Clinic, I wanted to take the time and leave a review to express how very grateful I am for the opportunity to be a first time patient who received the Halo Laser treatment by the fantastic staff on Aug 27th 2019. I have always preached the mantra "Accept who you are, flaws and all" which I try to apply to all aspects of my life. For what feels like years now I could look into a mirror and not only see my face staring back at me but I could also clearly see a road map of my life as well. Most major and minor life experiences were always out there for the world to see no matter how I tried to camouflage them. Though I am at peace with myself as a whole, even my flaws, at minimun I am at the stage of my life where I would prefer that my complexion at least would slow down its aging process so it was closer in age to matching the age of my spirit ;) Being a new mom over the last 2yrs there's been a time or two where I would get a little bummed out knowing my appearance just didn't match the woman my daughter has managed to uncover that was buried deep within and long forgetten about. Since my first Halo treatment every day that woman I found again, not long ago, started to stare back at me when I stepped in front of a mirror for the first time in years! As I was trying to come up with an example, put in words, that summed up just how great and confident I now feel about my skin something dawned on me for the first time. I HAVE NOT worn makeup once since my Halo Treatment!!!!!! I'm not the type of woman that would wear makeup daily but I would wear it every time I stepped into public. I never wanted my skin to stand out in any way. I would actual feel "naked" if I happened to be without some on. The simple fact is that just this one treatment changed something I was subconscious about so drastically that I can legitimately leave my house without a worry....... AND SERIOUSLY NO MAKEUP!!! And as if the treatment on its own wasn't impressive enough, every single one of Kingston Laser Cosmetic Clinic's staff was beyond professional, caring, devoted to their craft and just the most respectful and courteous! Every one of them should be proud of the truly life alterning work they do day in and day out! Regarless of every patients personal reasoning for visiting your clinic and recieving treatments they can be certain they will be greated by a fabulous group of staff, technicians and Doctors that are at the top of their game and will always strive for the best possible results!!! I could honestly not be any more impressed and beyond happy with the service and results I have recieved thus far. Thank you so very much for this opportunity and experience. Although I love the Botox and laser hair removal treatments I received here, and the physician and tech staff are great, I had two experiences that have caused me to take an undetermined hiatus. I went for a facial and the tech (who I hadn’t seen before) sold me on trying BBL (broadband laser treatments). She explicitly told me the cost, and said the price decreased after each successive treatment. I left and told (in text to several friends on the same day) about the service and asked their opinions - I have several friends that have also used Kingston Laser as well - many that I personally referred. I ended up booking a treatment (which was with a different tech that I really like). She was clear about the cost and I agreed to it before we proceeded. What I didn’t realize was the the cost wouldn’t go down each time. So after dropping $600 on my treatment, I learned from another source that the cost doesn’t go down. Meaning I needed at least 2 more treatments at the same price instead of the approximate 30% decrease expected. I called to ask about it and the person that took my call went to talk to the tech that told me about it. She proceeded to accuse me of being mistaken and mixing it up with laser hair removal - which, incidentally I had already had there - and funny enough, the price of laser doesn’t decrease as you have more treatments... So, in short, despite having had good success with the treatments and most of the people at this salon, it’s a luxury for me to spend money on these types of services, and it no longer felt luxurious. The taste left by this experience was not one that I have been able to shake.

I have had several laser treatments there with excellent results. I also had Belkyra which was very effective, but ensure that you allow sufficient downtime. I had it the Friday before I was taking a week off work and I am really glad that I had the week for the swelling to go down. Allow for a good three days out of public view, then ideally a week before being seen up close by anyone important. There is quite a bit of swelling and bruising, though the bruising can be hidden with concealer. Well worth it, though! Great staff and facility.
