Being in the military for over 15 years and constantly moving around, it’s hard to find good places that you can trust, make you feel comfortable and special as a customer. (Good Customer Service just seems so hard to find these days and to me it really makes a huge difference as to who I want to do my business with) but I am very happy to say that Shay at center for sight Cosmetic and Laser surgery center (I think I got that right, very long name lol) made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my crazy questions with patience and made me feel like a valued customer. I love the results that I have seen and highly recommend their services. They use the newest machines and products that I used to get my treatments with in California and Europe which is very uncommon to find around this area since a lot of places use old out dated equipment and don’t care to stay up to date with the latest and greatest devices.

Today I went in for my second laser hair reduction treatment. I can't believe how amazing the staff is. Completely attentive and kind. They truly care about what you want and the best for you. They give honest opinions and don't try to sell you things you don't need. The prices are honest and I've actually found them to be one of the lower places around here. I work two jobs and recently decided to treat myself to a microbrasion, I chose the Cosmetic & Laser Medispa because it was close to home. As soon as you walk you in you are welcomed by a friendly smile from Tabetha. I then met Marlyn who performed my microbasion telling me what she was doing each step of the way so there was no surprises. I was so happy with my treatment and felt so comfortable that I went on and purchased a laser package to diminish the sun spots on my face. After just two treatments they are either gone or less noticeable. I have since spoken to Jennifer over the phone about what I am trying to accomplish and Jennifer was so helpful and honest and not pushy at all. All the staff that I have met are so friendly and out going I just love it. I would recommend anyone to check our the Cosmetic & Laser Medispa before going anywhere else to save yourself time and energy because your search will be over.

Today was my very first time visiting Center for Sight. I was seen for a routine ocular hygiene appoinment in preparation for possibly having lasik. I learned so much about the health of my eye and how to care for my eyes today. I received a treatment called Lipiflow to help unclog my oil glands and relieve my uncomfortable dry eye condition. Emily was my ocular hygienist and she made my appoinment fun. Jennifer and Emily told me every step of the process to make me feel comfortable. Everybody is super nice and personable. Overall great experience and so much to learn about. Refreshing to have a place in town that does more then the basics.

I recently had my first ever Hydrofacial with Shay and it was incredible!! Shay created the most relaxing environment for the session while explaining the entire process. After the hydrofacial my skin felt renewed, clear and baby soft. Now I only use a small amount of foundation on my skin. I would highly recommend a hydrofacial with Shay if your looking for a great way to refresh and renew your skin! Also a great way to relax! Also if you love makeup get a hydrofacial! A tiny bit will go a long way on your amazing skin!

I would most definitely recommend Cosmetic & Laser Medispa. I’ve been a client for almost 1 ½ years. As a very busy mom, wife, and Soldier, this is what I treat myself to once a month. The staff is AMAZING and very friendly. All are very knowledge about the services they offer. They don’t push you into buying services you don’t need. My biggest issues were my uneven skin tone and darks spots all over my face. I took the advice of Marlene (BTW she is AWESOME) and started with microdermabrasions, then moved on to chemical peels, then laser facials. As you can see from the pictures, my skin tone on my face has evened out and some of the dark spots have faded while others are fading. I’m very satisfied with my results so far. I made sure to leave the dates on the top of the before and after pictures. So you can see the gradual changes from month to month. I get so many compliments on my skin now and all credit goes to Cosmetic Laser and Medispa. Thank you ladies for everything you do. You ROCK!!!

Shay was very professional and kind, during the whole experience. She could tell somethings we’re making me uncomfortable and scared. Prices are comparible to ones around but you are also getting quality and cleanliness!! Office is immaculate!!

Had my appointment scheduled for a profractional laser treatment a couple months in advance and took 2 weeks off from work since it takes some time to heal, i didnt hear from them to confirm my appointment so i called them and they told me the Doctor is on vacation.....I was kind of upset about it they didnt even let me know and my vacation days were waisted for nothing. However i rescheduled for a new appointment. On the day of the procedure i had to wait over an hour everything was very chaotic in there the doctor rushed into the room and did the laser treatment without really anylising my skin before she took just a quick look and decided which depth there are using. After 6 months i was suppose to see results, it has been 5 months and there is no difference in my skin it looks worse because there are still laser marks on my face that look like large pores.I also wanted an eyebrow lift with dysport (same like botox) ...they injected into the muscle that raises my brows now they look even more droopy since i cant move them up. The people that work there are personally really nice but the customer service and outcome of the procedures were very dissapointing for me and a big waist of money.

I have gotten a package of 7 microdermabrasion facials for $500. It is the only location in Watertown that provides them as well as several other laser services. The tech is very sweet and provides great info into other products to revitalize collagen production in the face and neck. After a couple of the microdermabrasion treatments, my skin color and tone was noticeably improved. I highly recommend these as a part of routine skin care.

The Medical Spa is like your home away from home. Everyone here makes you feel welcome and at ease. I have had a few different procedures done, from micro derms, tattoo removal and more invasive procedures. Not once was I nervous, I knew I was in the right hands. Anytime I have had questions or concerns, either the staff or the doctors were right there to answers them. I highly recommend the Medi Spa, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I was referred here by my dermatologist in Lowville to treat a vein in my forehead. I had a consultation. The doctor said to try one option and if it doesn’t make a difference in the first treatment, don’t do it again, move up to this other more aggressive form of treatment. I continued to go back 2 more times, reminding the esthetician each time that the doctor said to move on if it didn’t work the first time. She continued to waste my money and do the same thing. I was then taken out of work due to pregnancy complications and couldn’t afford to keep going. A year later I returned to attempt to get rid of the vein. I also purchased a facial package. I had this treatment done before and it worked beautifully on dark spots with just one treatment. I used all of the appointments in the package , telling her each time they I wasn’t seeing any difference, still no change. The package was a waste of money. Now I have my appointment for a more ablative procedure that had to be done by Dr. Sani (this was what was suppose to be done at the second appointment the previous year). Jen that worked there at the time was great. I was nervous so she explained how the treatment would go. She said it would be hit 3 times and done. Dr. Sani came in and hit it 7 times! After the 4th I felt like he was going to throw up. Now due to his lack of knowledge and negligence, I have a terrible scar from The treatment that looks worse than the vein I was trying to get rid of. Again, Jen was great! She wanted to make it better and try to fix it. It was going to be a very long process. I had a consultation at another Medi Spa in town that told me I would be able receive a treatment there to correct the scar but it was going to cost me a significant amount of money. I went back and told Jen I found someone who could fix it and she asked me to please allow them to make it right instead. So over time I have tried a couple things. Not getting any results. I made other appointments for facials and microdermabrasion that were repeatedly canceled on me. Now after the pandemic shut down, I was ready to tackle the scar again. Jen is now gone , but Shay was familiar with the situation and agreed to continue to help. She told me we could do a series of 3 micro needling treatments. She said I may notice a difference after just one but I might not. I would notice the full after after the 3rd treatment. I did the first micro needling treatment. I didn’t see a difference yet, but that was expected. I called to schedule the second one and Shay called me back to inform me that there was nothing else they could do for me for the scar and I could purchase a microneedling package if I want to continue the treatments. For some reason she is now lying saying if there is no result from the first treatment that the second and third would not help it. I know this isn’t true for 2 reasons. 1, I have a very in depth knowledge of dermatology and the microneedling process. 2, it was the complete opposite of what she told me 3 weeks prior. I told her that I would be pursuing legal action. I asked her if I should contact Dr. Sani to let him know I would be pursuing legal action and she said there would be no need for that bc she already spoke with the “COO” and they decided there was nothing more they would do for me. ( which is not true ) So , here I am now. I met With another Medi spa and the treatment plan is to do 3 microneedling treatments and if it doesn’t fully fix the scar they will do a more invasive treatment that they feel will definitely get rid of the scar. I plan to request compensation from The Cosmetic and Laser Medi Spa to cover the treatments to fix the scar they made. I have hope they will do the right thing.

She was very helpful and professional. I was concerned about my sun spots on my face and she recommended a photo facial. She was even able to fit me in for the photo facial the same day. What can I say, Jen and the staff at the Medi-Spa are simply amazing! I've been getting microdermabrasions there for a few months now and my face has never been better! Marlene is simply amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of there. Jen makes sure her staff if knowledgeable but better yet, makes the place feel like home. Most times when you go to a business, you can tell it is a business, but when I'm at the Medi-Spa I feel like I'm sitting right in my living room at home. I haven't encountered Brittany much, as she mainly does injections and I don't get that done. But she is very knowledgeable and helpful when I ask her questions! I didn't think the Medi-Spa could get any better, then Tabby was hired! She was the missing puzzle piece no one ever knew was missing. I would highly recommend Jen and the Medi-Spa to anyone.
