I went for botox, Dr.Rosa, the first time my chin muscles looked bigger than they were because of the wrong botox applied to the sides of my chin, and when I went again, the doctor said it was her fault and she made an injection and she fixed it.I went to the same doctor again for botox 5 months later and I felt that she had injected too much into my forehead and then my eyebrows fell and my eyelids look older than I am now and my eyelids are drooping. When I went to fix this situation, the doctor said wait 5 months and we will fix it. I expressed my regret for the extra injection I paid 550$ and they made an appointment with another doctor and that day I waited for 1 hour for the doctor and he did not come. They said they couldn't do anything for my eyebrows and sent me back. I paid for the over injection both by making my face look bad and by paying too much, and they did nothing for it. I will never go again! 2. Comment: When I reported my complaint to you, we examined my photo together and my muscle area, which should be more tense after botox, was a little lower than when I first came to you, but we agreed, if you remember. and you called me back to solve this situation with another doctor, and after waiting 1.5 hours for that doctor, you sent me back and then no one returned. I had the same problem with Ms. Rossa in 2 sessions, I was a victim of botox made to charge more money and it is very sad that you do nothing but apologize. I would like all patients who will choose you for botox to be aware of this situation.

The main issue is that I feel very, very rushed by everyone here. I came in for a 'consultation' on lip fillers and 'suddenly' they could do them right then and there. It felt like a bait-and-switch scenario. Patient education doesn't seem to be a priority here. I had to stop the provider and ask for the proceedure to be explained to me. When I came back a few months later for another proceedure and I asked 'why' about certain things, I got looked at like I was crazy. The front desk staff's phones are ringing off the hook constantly- you can tell they are stressed. They're trying to check you out while juggling 3 phone calls. The quality of the procedures I received was very good. The providers and estheticians are nice and knowledgeable...But I always felt like I wasn't a priority to anyone here. And that's stuck with me.

Some of the people were friendly but that's all the positives I have to say. The Dr. mutilated my face for a tiny mole that was removed. I have seen mole removals in way more difficult areas left with absolutely no scars. If this was not a specialty, I should have been made aware. Now that I had that done, I am glad nobody ever returned my call about further reconstructive surgery I plan to do in the near future.

I’m pretty disappointed in my lip fillers. Rosa did my Juvéderm and after the first session I noticed a major asymmetry that wasn’t there before the fillers. I called a week later and scheduled another appointment with Rosa. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because she didn’t charge me for the attempted fix. She injected an additional .35 ml into my upper lip to correct the problem. I left feeling like perhaps she had fixed the issue. After the swelling went down it was apparent that Rosa had not. While my lips are more plump, there is still the same serious asymmetry that was there after the first session. I have now made an appointment with Dr. Deboni hoping he can fix my lips. And I only hope I don’t have to pay another arm and a leg to to fix a problem that wasn’t there before I went into this office!

Upon entering I was tested for any covid symptoms. The receptionist was very pleasant and explained the necessary paperwork. Almost immediately I was brought into an examination room where the nurse, Mrs. Baum, completed the preliminaries and made me feel very comfortable. PA Kristyna Giancola explained the procedure with a couple options. Examination and surgery done without any problem. I then brought up another situation which PA K. Giancola took the time to examine, explain and treat. I was amazed at how personable, friendly, yet prefessional everyone was. Dr. Baum was my surgeon for my breast reduction in early 2018. In the 2.5 years since my surgery, things have been great. I waited to make my review for more long-term results. It was an outpatient surgery and went perfectly. It was my first surgery and I didn't react well to the anesthesia and pain medication combination, but the nurses spent hours making sure I was okay because I kept puking. They were incredible. I am still so grateful for them. Through the whole process I was treated with respect and had all of my questions answered. The nurses even sent me home with extra puke bags and gloves since I was so sick. My follow up appointments went well and I was always happy to return to see the staff. If you are looking for a reputable place to get surgery, I would recommend this office and Dr. Gregory Baum!

The staff and facility were great. After my consultation when I was being given the price quote, I was rushed out due to a staff member’s personal appointment. The cost gave me sticker shock. They are much higher than another cosmetic surgeon I saw a year prior. In 2020 I was given a quote however could not afford the $8,000 at that time for the procedure. In 2021, I was able to afford this procedure and was given a quote of $16,500 for part of what I am looking for. I will need over $23,000 for the procedure in order to do the procedure right with CNY COSMETIC & RECONSTRUCTIVE.
