At 44 years old, and after several years of high stress and 4 natural childbirths, my age is showing. I went to Dr. Kim to talk about what I was hoping to improve and found both Dr. Kim and staff to be not only friendly and non-judgemental, but Dr. Kim is extremely experienced. She stays up-to-date on all procedures, and has a plethora of options in her office to help clients achieve their goals. I like her no nonsense demeanour and I can tell that she loves what she does. When I’m going to get something done on my face or body, I want my doctor to be honest with me, and to ensure that I understand what the obtainable results will be. After doing some research on Dr. Kim I learned she is highly educated and continuously updates her training for herself and her staff. I’ve had several procedures done and have had no issues with any of them. My skin is glowing and she has taken years off of my face. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Kim to anyone who is interested in a little tweak or something more.

I’ve been going to Bespoke for some time now and love it! I’ve done a ton of different things there but now my latest love is the botox and lip injections ❤️ You know what that say, once you start you can become obsessed and I AM! Kim is amazing at what she does! Need to give a huge shout out to my girl, Anne Marie. She’s been with me throughout my entire Bespoke journey and will continue to be I’m sure! I’ve tried some of their products as well. Loving the coconut creamer.. super YUMMY and so great for you. I would highly recommend visiting Kim and the team at Bespoke is you’re looking for some self-love!

I am just about to turn 51 and was considering a lower face lift due to sagging of the lower part of my face. I came from BC to visit my best friend who highly recommended Dr Kim Meathrel. Luckily I was able to get in, and I am so happy and excited to say that I am no longer considering going under the knife. I highly recommend this doctor for her professionalism, knowledge and beautiful Clinic. I was so ecstatic that she took off at least 10 years from my face just by using filler. Anytime I need a touch-up or anything else to soften and rewind the aging process, I will fly to Kingston to see Dr Meathrel. I have had conference consultations in the past with doctors in BC, but not one ever disgussed this non invasive procedure. Hands down , the best!

If you knew me, you’d know that me going to a place like this is highly unlikely. After my friend got Botox in Dec 2018 she kept encouraging me to try, but I was super nervous. I did not really know what it was and did not want to have chemicals injected into my face. However, after seeing how well it worked on her - and that the results lasted a LONG time, I decided to give it a try. I received a very warm greeting and was given the paperwork to fill out. The receptionist answered some of my questions, and then I went to have photographs taken (my before photos). I cracked them up with my over the top facially expressions. Hahahaha. Dr. Kim came into the room with a smile and was more than happy to answer my questions about the different options and how it worked. I choose Dysport 10cc - and it was the perfect amount. I didn’t even hurt, at all. Although I have tattoos, so maybe my tolerance is higher. I would say it was in full effect within one week - and my forehead wrinkles are no more. I also went for a two-week follow-up, and spoke to Dr. Kim about adding a couple more areas next time. ;) I love that she cares enough to book follow-up even for a small amount of Dysport! I have already pre-booked my next appointment - on my Birthday. LOL! Birthday Botox!! (You heard it here first). If you’re unsure, or nervous, like me - this is where you want to go. You’ll leave feeling confident and happy with your decision. Dr. Kim for the win!!!!

Family member had to get a procedure done referred by family doctor. First day there was pain, second day swelling started and 3rd day ended in ER. Family doctor and ER doctors needed to talk to Dr Methrel from this clinic however she did not make herself available and refused to follow up with the patient. These are the facts.

I recently received microneedling here. I have had this service serval times at other establishments but decided to try BeSpoke. BAD DECISION! The woman who preformed the service bruised my face and broke my blood vessels under my eyes. It looked like I had 2 black eyes for a week after this service. This was because she was (admittedly) inexperienced. My face looked terrible for a week after this (it should only take a day for the redness to be gone/almost gone). I could have handled this woman's rudeness if she did a good job. She spoke 4 words to me the whole time, had a confusing aggressive attitude and didn't explain what she was doing ever (she didn't know that I had this procedure done previously). I understand people have bad days but this is a luxury service that is quite evasive (needles in your face) so explanation and a cordial attitude should be the bare minimum. When I called the manager at BeSpoke it was like she didn't believe me/care. I wasn't calling to complain so much but to find out if there was another person who preforms this service incase I ever wanted to come back (there is not by the way). She was dismissive. I felt compelled to email her pictures of my face and how bad it was bc she made me feel like a liar. BeSpoke never took responsibility or fixed this for me despite admitting that they needed more training. You have options in Kingston and this one is not a good one for microneedling.

Did not have the best experience. I came in for a consultation to see what would work best for me. Walked in and barely got a hello from the receptionist. She disappeared down the hall and yelled down for me to follow. The individual that came in to see me was pretty rough with my face. I won't be going back for any sort of service.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service Went in for a consultation and the front desk lady barely looked at me when showing me to the room.. didn’t ask me any Covid symptom questions Waited for almost 40 mins in the room.. No one came to check on me or tell me how much longer Person I saw was rough with me and wasn’t very friendly (didn’t respond when I said thank you for seeing me while leaving) My mom came in looking for me.. the rude front desk lady told her I was done my consultation and would be out soon.. even tho I hadn’t seen anyone My mom asked if the front desk lady could let me know she was here.. she didn’t Horrible HORRIBLE service I won’t be recommending this place to anyone and I’ll be making a blacklist on Facebook You should be ashamed you prove that kind of care to people who are already sensitive about the issue they are coming in for.. unreal

Worst Doctor ever!!! Leaving dried blood on an exam room chair is the worst that I saw and not just a drop or two. There was blood on the armrest of the chair!! I was given a referral from my doctor to see this person and I am so upset with him right now. I can't believe any respectable doctor would send someone here .Every employee in there was rude, they wanted me to sign a convent to surgery form before even meeting the doctor, and the form was for a particular procedure that I was not there to do, I had a different issue. I overheard them say they had zero info in my file. The wait till was just as bad, had to wait over 30 minutes for this doctor for her to come in and have zero care about my concerns about the blood on her chair, just brushed it off as if she's heard all these before. I am going to make sure to let everyone about my terrible experience at this location. Word of mouth is a lot in Kingston. The owners response doesn't even address the fact that dried blood was on the exam room chair. Most disgusting health group ever. Planning on forwarding the pictures to the over seeing government agency about this.

I was referred by my family Dr to Dr Meathrel to have a fairly big Cyst on my left cheek ( Jaw line) removed , and the appointment was made for early January. I went into the office not knowing what exactly may take place , but once I met Dr Meathrel and she explained what would take place , she was very kind , gentle , and talked to me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable , which I very much appreciated. Went back a week later to have stitches removed by Brenda , my incision has healed wonderfully without any complications and I appreciate the care that was given to me while in the care of Dr Meathrel and her staff. the reason i’m giving bespoke skin a one star is because of the lack of caring about customers and no response to my email? they made an error on what i wanted when i went in and instead of trying to accommodate me the customer they did zero. i left and they let me with not a word of trying to fix the error? sorta made me feel like it was me. i even emailed them and got no response? in today’s world word of mouth can make or break a biz. obviously this business has more than enough clients to not care. would never ever go back, no appreciation no customer!

I initially saw Dr Meathrel approx 12 years ago for an emergency growth in my foot which had caused my foot to turn green. She performed a successful surgery to remove the growth. When I went back in for my scheduled follow up, my daughter asked her to look at something she had noticed on my face. She immediately identified it as Basal Cell cancer and I was scheduled to have it removed within a week. Since then, this doctor has preformed 5 surgeries for different spots on my face and I have absolutely NO scarring. The one incision is over an inch long ( which was necessary to remove the size of the cancer). She placed the incision in a natural smile line and it is amazingly hidden. She removed a mole on the back of my leg last year and when I went back again for her scheduled follow up, she came in, sat down and took my hands in hers... this one was not basal cell. It was melanoma. A deadly and aggressive form of skin cancer. She preformed surgery on that day to go back in and remove more tissue to ensure she got all of the cancer and margins. It was a deep surgery and I was extremely surprised to see that scarring was minimal. And honestly, the scar that is there is likely there because I am on my feet a lot and I didn’t give it time to heal completely before I returned to my lifestyle. For me, personally , I wear the scar on my leg with pride. I am a cancer survivor thanks to Dr.Meathrel!!! (And yes, I recognize that a scar on the face might be harder to deal with but again, she did such an amazing job on my face that there is NO scarring. I have not had any infection ever, which surprises me because of my weakened immune system. People are quick to blame doctors and hospitals for infection when in actual fact, it is our bodies that are the basis for infection. I’m not saying that infections aren’t probable in unsanitary conditions but sometimes it is after care conditions at home and whether we follow instructions for wound care that can lead to infection. All of the instruments that Dr.Meathrel used are removed from sanitized packaging by gloved hands. She and her staff have been nothing but kind, compassionate, caring and professional. I have the absolute highest regard for Dr.Meathrel and her team of staff. She is an amazing doctor and woman!!! Had she not been such a thorough doctor, my cancer would have gone unnoticed. And there is a high probability that I would not be here today. I have read a lot of the reviews posted here. I feel like a vast majority of the negative comments are being written by one individual. Just the style of writing and language used. There will always be one or two who aren’t happy with an individual’s work. And unfortunately , some will read the negativity and miss the opportunity to have a fantastic, top notch doctor care for them. I joke with my family about “frequent flyer miles” and if I got them from my follow up appts with Dr Meathrel, I could go around the world. She has ALWAYS scheduled follow ups. She has always gotten me in for an appt when I call with a concern for another spot on my skin. I have a terrible anxiety disorder as the result of an acccident 21 years ago and she has always been understanding, empathetic and very patient with me. I trust this woman with my life! I thank God for her in my prayers. I don’t know what I would do without her. !!! Thank you Dr.Meathrel !!! I thank you. My kids thank you! I wish you continued success in your new facility!!
