Phenomenal Doctor! I recently (2 months ago) had a breast lift and reduction with Dr. Vanderpool and his amazing staff. I can't say enough about the experience and I know a lot about breast lift as I'm the 4th person in my family and 3rd of my circle of friends to have one. Everyone else (my mom, cousins and my sister) are all amazed at the results! After 2 months I have almost no scarring - his technique is better than anyone else out there. I'm 45 and I feel like i'm back in my late teens!!!! Pre-op was fantastic and I had no issues during surgery or after my procedure. The nurses are really caring and always on call for questions or concerns (I really had only questions since everything went so well). Highly recommend using him - you won't regret it!

I made an appointment for my wife, as she is very shy and not confident within herself. From scheduling the appointment, to the nurse that walked us through it, to the doctor, to the payment options. She was quite happy and got a bit more confident with me now. Her procedure is scheduled for April, payment was easy, scheduling was easy, everything worked out perfectly!! I didn’t want to base my decision on cost alone. I did my research, and I am so happy that I chose to go with Dr. Vanderpool. I have seen several reviews that are very similar to my experience, including the one from Genie Harris. I went to have a consult for a breast lift. I was told during my consultation that my nipple placement didn't fall below the fold so I really wouldn't be a good candidate for a lift. He recommended that I have an augmentation to "refill" what I had lost during my pregnancies. Keep in mind that I never wanted implants to begin with. After expressing my concerns over implants and the fact that I didn't want to just have bigger saggy breasts, he was confident that this would give me the results I was looking for. I pay almost 6 grand for the surgery and not even 5 months later, I have bigger saggy breasts. I go back to express my dissatisfaction only to be treated like I'm looking for a hand out. The lady told me that I got exactly what I wanted. I asked for a copy of my chart and was devastated to find that they had put on each page that I requested "bigger breasts" and that they would discuss a lift with me at a later date. I came in because I wanted a lift, so why would I pay 6 grand just to have to have one later?????? The office staff is so nice and amazing until you have a problem with something, then they turn it around like it is your fault and treat you like crap. I'm devastated with my results and have a worse problem than I did before. This office is well known for upselling procedures to patients to only charge them again to fix it. I have met multiple women who have had the same experience. While they have done great for a lot of people....I would definitely visit other surgeons before choosing one that is known for screwing people over. Just like another review says, no attorney in northwest Arkansas will take a case against him because he does reconstructive surgery for their car accident cases. I am filing a complaint with the state medical board and would like other people with similar issues to join me. Find me on Facebook and we can file a complaint together!

A MUST READ REVIEW: I have been a patient of Dr. Vanderpool for 3 years and counting! I also schedule routinely appointments with his nurse Michell for lip injections. I absolutely love the warm welcoming atmosphere the staff provides (in person and on the phone.) I have had a variety of services done over the years. This has been the absolute BEST “one stop shop” to fix all of my concerns. My first procedure was a tummy tuck with liposuction after losing 100 pounds the year before. My second surgery was a breast augmentation. I had my previous silicone implants done by another surgeon replaced by Dr. Vanderpool’s expertise. He did exactly what I wanted & what I envisioned to look like. I wanted my 565cc silicone implants (that formed capsular contracture) replaced with 790cc silicone Mentor Memory Gel Xtra implants and that’s exactly what I got. I love my results. He made all of the hard work and effort to lose 100 pounds worth it. The surgeries I had are the finishing touches to my transformation. Doctor Vanderpool did an amazing job on all of my procedures. From the first appointment I ever met Dr. Vanderpool to my last follow up appointment.... every encounter has been the same warm welcoming non judgmental experience. I have trusted this man many of times to fix my bodily concerns. He amazes me each time! The outcomes have always been better than imagined. Doctor Vanderpool and his nurses have always completely explained everything from scheduling surgery, to what to expect before, during, and after recovery. They leave no details out. That’s exactly what you get when you choose Dr. Vanderpool. I send anyone I meet asking about my experience with plastic surgery to Dr. Vanderpool. I have had a couple of friends to go through with surgery and they are just as satisfied with the implants they chose. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff and quality of work provided by Dr. Vanderpool. If you are considering a procedure, I would give the office a call to schedule a consultation. I would make him your top choice in choosing a local surgeon. A little more about my injection experience, I absolutely love Michell! I never had injections before but I knew what I didn’t want to look like. I didn’t want huge duck lips, but I wanted them full and soft. Michell assured me she would make sure I was happy with the result, even if it’s coming back a few more times to adjust how much she puts in my lips. She gave me step by step what to expect from the numbing cream to afterwards care. I was really nervous about getting lip injections. Nervous about the pain and the outcome... but I couldn’t imagine my face without the lip injections now! It’s a must and my husband agrees! He thought a good lip gloss could do the job. It takes a needle and a really amazing nurse that specializes in injections to get the job well done. Thank you glam team for everything that you provide for me!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Do not go here if your coming to see him for a breast lift or reducution!!! I got an infection that lasted many months and tons of scaring. On top of that he messed up on my left breast and promised to fix if it didn't go away. When It came down to it he later he said i was simply making a big deal that he left an indentation on the bottom of my left breast. Oh to shut me up he said I could have a laser treatment on the house for six months. He is terrible with breast lifts and reductions so now I'm left depressed with my result and no one in NWA will Sue him for what he has done! I have to consult out of this state to get this fixed.
