If you are debating whether or not to choose Dr. Bauer- READ ON: Dr. Bauer and his ENTIRE staff are tremendously talented, extraordinary and extremely good at caring for and catering to his patients every need. Every time I visited his stunning office, I felt welcomed, genuinely admired and doted on by the girls at the front desk all the way to the nurses in the examination rooms, the surgery center, and then of course by Dr. Bauer- the Legend- himself! His incredible attention to detail and high standards for all things in his practice make him such a successful doctor and keep patients coming through his doors. He helped me go from a size 34B to a size 34D- During this experience, I always felt valued by Dr. Bauer and his nurses- They would call to check on me after surgery, I would get reminder texts for my appointments, at my checkups, they would always give me extra tapes or ointments to use, and most of all they made me feel welcome and comfortable every time I walked through the office doors. Proof of everything I have said can be found in the volumes of memory books that you can look through in the waiting area- from thank you cards to messages written to Dr. Bauer and his staff- for their tremendous work they do every day. A nice feature at his office that is also worth mentioning are the black silk robes (instead of hospital gowns) that patients change into when coming in for an examination or to check progress with healing. Dr. Bauer and his staff have created a warm, appealing atmosphere where woman can relish in themselves and can truly feel beautiful inside and out.

My experience was great. I a relocated temporary from Dubai and I was worried of not being able to find a good quality center in Georgia for my aesthetic need but I found the swan center where I was treated by Diana. I am very satisfied, I had zero down time after getting fillers with restylane and Botox done. Next day no Bruces on my face, no marks. It was done perfectly and very naturally. I notice and people notices a good change on my face but without the dramatic overdone look that some people have , I have a more younger and plump look and a radiant expression... I love it. After I relocate back, I will come here every time I have the opportunity to travel to Alpharetta and I will make this the center for all my aesthetic needs. She and her nurse were so attentive in listening to my concerns and frustrations with past experiences and took time to listen to what I was hoping to achieve during my visit. Very disappointed! Been a patient of Dr. Bauers and Dr. Fardo for the last 12 years and love them! Called this morning to see Dr. Fardo for a follow up and the front desk girl told me he doesn’t have any opening until 9/22. I called back and was placed on the schedule for 1 PM today. During my visit, I asked Dr. Fardo for Botox to help with my migraine, and he told me I will need 12 units for my forehead and and 16 for my neck And he would be around $400. When I came to check out, I presented $150 coupon that they sent me, but the girls raised the price to $560 on me and then made it look like they’re giving me $150 off to bring it to $410!! This is bad practice and horrible service to a patient who has been giving them business for the last 12 years and referred over 20 people! When I complained, she kept repeating herself and telling me that I got 40 units were in fact the doctor told me in the room that I will get 12 and 16. The nurse was there too, but the girl upfront would not get her so she can confirm. I told her this is not right and she is forcing me to write a bad review, and she said OK!! Unfortunately, they lost a loyal customer!

Waited over a yr to give a review so my results are final now. Dr. Aldermen did my surgery in 2017. Tummy tuck and lipo for love handles. The staff and facility was awesome. Everyone was friendly and professional. At the time of surgery I was 5'5, 198 lbs. My boys left me with an unfavourable tummy pouch. The tummy tuck procedure went great. And am satisfied with the results. Lipo on love handles..... There were NO results & not much fat was taken out. They claim due to doing tummy tuck first and couldn't position me properly to get to my back was the reason. To correct this, they recommended another procedure at another cost! Wow! I paid for 2 & got 1. Was highly disappointed & felt robbed. Also, I am naturally curvy, being African American, I advised that other African American women seek other facilities that maybe able to contour a black woman's figure.

Had a Breast Augmentation back in September of 2016. Was one of the best decisions I had ever made. Dr. Bauer picked out my size and shape based on my body and gave me that natural look that I repeatedly mentioned. I had Kybella done and only needed one treatment. I came back a few months later to dissolve some lip filler done from another business. Jordan worked with me both times. She was very sweet and funny knowledgeable and skilled. She knew what she was doing and got the job done. I'm so happy with it. There was some bruising and she used arnica gel. I highly recommend her. Prices are reasonable.

I've been looking at the Swan Center for years and always thought, if I ever wanted a breast augmentation, it would be here. It was not until my two friends had their breast augmented at the Swan Center and their results looked beautiful. The consultation was free so my friends advised me to go. I finally got the nerves and did it. The office set up was beautiful. The staff is very sweet and warming. Dr. Bauer was very professional, comforting, and answered my list of questions...and I had a long list. Dr. Bauer and his staff were on hands the entire process from the beginning to the end. On the day of the surgery when I was nervous, the entire staff helped keep me calm. Dr. Bauer even called himself to check on me. Throughout my recovery, the nurses were always there for me via phone and/or emails. Their response times were very quickly. As for my results, I am extremely pleased! Dr. Bauer saw my vision and he made it happen. My breast look very natural and proportional to my body. This had given me a new found confidence and I thank Dr. Bauer and his staff for all of their support.

I have been going to the swan center for about 3 years I have received multiple treatments ranging from $200 -$2500. I have always been nothing but pleased with the results until recently. About 5 1/2 weeks ago I went in for Dysport injections. While there I inquired about Kybella, and opted to get it. I received 3 syringes totalling $1500. About 30 minutes after leaving the office I noticed my lip started making very strange movements, drifting to the side when I talked, making it hard to say some words and completely ruining my smile. But about a week or so later I started to get concerned. I did some research online and found that this is a rareidy when getting Kybella and is related to nerve damage from the injections. Scared that this was something permanent I reached out to the Swan Center through their website emailing them with a brief description of what I was experiencing and asking them to have the injectionist call me. My intentions were not to place blame on anyone although from research this happens when the injections are not injected in the correct place. My intention was to know if this was permanent or would eventually go away. To my disappointment I never received a call back from the Swan Center. A month later I visited Dermani Medspa for a chemical peel and while in conversation expressed my concerns about my lip since it was not back to normal. The injectionist went out of her way to research the side effects I was experiencing and reached out to me a week later reassuring me that it was nerve damage and although it would take months to heal it would eventually return to normal. I also found out while getting my treatment that the chemical burns I experienced last time at the Swan Center where not common and due to the aesthetician not protecting the areas near the bridge of my nose, which are thinner skin and in return burned leaving raw flesh exposed and bleed when washing my face for nearly a week after the procedure. Due to the lack of communication and concern displayed by the Swan Center regarding my Kybella treatment and careless work performed I will not being returning for further treatment in any form. I did receive a call from a manager after I posted this review. She admitted my email expressing my concerns was received but was disregarded for whatever reasons. She offered a apology for what happened, stating the website needs improvement. Post-Kybella picture is of me 6 weeks post treatment smiling naturally now without trying to over correct my lip. Never had to do this before I received the treatment.

Dr. Frardo did my gynecomastia surgery this past week something I've wanted for over 20 years. Somehow the receptionist I spoke with prior to my appointment for a free consultation got mix up with my appointment date. I was already at the facility assuming i had the appt. for that particular day.. Luckily i called before i head in, Some lady answer the phone said it was ok , they could squeeze me in , after talking to her I walked in the Then the other lady said unfortunately we are not able to squeeze you in the for the appointment ,, I feel the staff was misleading and is so incompetent . Jennifer Liechty, APRN, NP-C, knows what she is doing, she’s an artist, and extremely knowledgeable, this review is long overdue. I turned 30 this year, and my under eyes, smile lines, etc, have lost so much volume over the years. I tried micro blading, lasers, which have helped my skin. However, those things did not address the hallow ness in my face that has started to seep in. I especially started noticing the hallow ness in my face this year. For as long as I can remember I’ve had regular back and neck pains due to the size of my breasts. When I married my husband I was an F cup. Exercising could be uncomfortable and buying clothes was a nightmare. Especially considering there was usually a two or three clothes size difference between my waist and my bust. Fast forward 18 years, two children later, and many visits to a chiropractor, I was a GG cup. Years of wishing and talking about a breast reduction eventual lead me to Dr. Alderman at The Swan Center. I had my mastopexy done 3 weeks and I am already in love my breasts. Dr Alderman is so good at what she does. I did a lot research online, saw 4 different surgeons because I was so anxious and afraid about the surgery. I was straight forward as to what I wanted and what I didn't want. Hands down to Dr Alderman, she delivered. As a black woman i was afraid of bad scarring and lost of nipple sensation but she made feel at ease. So far my scars look great and i have some feeling back. I trusted Dr Alderman enough that I let her make the final decision on my breast size. She is professional, always cool and collected. Her nurse Missy is very knowledgeable and courteous and gives great instructions on how to care for your breasts after surgery. They made me feel so good from pre surgery to post surgery. Very inefficient office. I requested MY medical records from 10 years ago and even after MULTIPLE follow ups and phone calls with the office over the course of a MONTH, they continue to stall and have FAILED to release my medical records to my new surgeon who actually needs them for my upcoming surgery. The swan center is completely unreliable at times when you need them the most! All they care about is your money. Once they have the money from your procedure, you are treated like a number. I drove all the way up from Panama City, FL after doing extensive online research on multiple doctors (even in other cities) for my breast augmentation and decided to book a consultation with Dr. Bauer. Based off his reviews and website, I drove 5 hours with only 1 consultation booked with him. During my consultation with Dr. Bauer and nurse Katie I felt 100% confident with booking my surgery at The Swan Center. I am officially 8 weeks post op breast augmentation and couldn't be happier with my results. I chose silicone implants under the muscle. Dr. Bauer picked the perfect size for me when I told him I wanted to become a Full C. He chose the range of 300cc-325cc. During surgery he put sizers in and decided 325cc fit my body frame best to achieve my C cup. I am 110% happy with my results and had a fantastic/smooth recovery with the instructions given to me by him and the nurses. I would recommend going to Dr. Bauer for your breast augmentation! Him and his whole staff (especially Nurse Katie are phenomenal) PS ladies- the pain during recovery wasn't even bad which was my biggest concern. THANKS DR. BAUER. You're the best!

If you’re afraid of falling asleep, don’t be, if you’re scared of waking up in pain, don’t be. I was terrified, worried, maybe like you. They make you feel calm and at home. You wake up feeling pressure on your chest, it is very, very mild. This is my second day and I feel great! I am a little sore, but it is not major as of how other woman make it out to be. Seriously... The feeling is like you coughed too hard and left a low chest pain. It’s not a harsh pain at all, I promise you. I want every woman to read this comment from a patient’s point of view to know you’ll be okay and don’t be scared. Procedure is fast and the pain is very mild. I didn’t have any time to have anxiety lol! and Dr. Cat is amazing. She is an intelligent woman, she knows what you want..and I recommend any woman to come see her since I had such a great experience. My review is particularly about one doctor, Dr. Joseph G. Bauer.. Though he was recommended by someone who had her breast done by Dr.Bauer. I did not have a good experience, unfortunately. Wasted 7k and a lot of pain, months of recovery, now a few years past I am as dissatisfied as I was after the surgery . Dr. Bauer’s promises that it would get better after 6-9 months, did not come true. Dr. Joseph G. Bauer is “too confident”, therefore I felt he does not treat /“hear” his clients and just does what he wants... and unfortunately, gets away with surgical/implant mistakes.. despite of the all the health risks his patients are taking some health risk to go through such changes.! Be aware!!!!!.. a lot of times a “Good specialist “ is as good until he/she has a lot of business , and then he/she becomes too focused with collecting money vs actually helping / doing his /her job well. At the same time, a lot of times, general public consumer, is so impressed with that “amazing/experienced” specialist ., that even when they get a bad quality work done ..we try to think/ we want to think/believe ..”oh..that’s maybe how it is supposed to be.... he/she is know to be a “good specialist” so I just believe “blindly”. . Well, that was me 9 months after procedure done by Dr. Joseph G. Bauer .. Wrong!! Wrong!! Wrong!! If you end up going with Dr. Joseph G. Bauer, make sure you are getting done what you want and get the second opinion ( trust me ! - invest into getting a second opinion- it’s not about money, more importantly about your health and what you may be stuck with for years ..) before the procedure and after! I wish someone gave me the same advice back then!! Do not recommend Dr. Joseph G. Bauer and maybe even Swan Center . They maybe have been very qualified and professional clinic , however - at this point there is more focus on making $ for the business vs making their clients happy.

Approximately 1 1/2 years ago I paid Dr. Fardo $4000 for laser facial rejuvenation. I told him I was primarily concerned with the wrinkles around my mouth and chin. Once my skin healed there was a slight difference in that area. I have fair skin and was left with dark circles under my eyes. Today, the wrinkles around my mouth and chin look like they did prior to the laser procedure and I still have dark circles under my eyes. I wasted $4,000.

I had the cool sculpting done at the medical spa of the Swann Center last February 2017. After meeting with Rachel the manager, she assured me that I could expect a 25% reduction in fat. I had the procedure done on 8 areas totaling over 5200.00. According to the youtube video with Rachel, I was to receive a catered gourmet lunch. Well. I was very disappointed. Not only did I not receive the catered gourmet lunch, the procedure didn't work at all. I went back for my 3 month check up and told them I wasn't happy because it didn't work. After 5 minutes, Rachel came in with my folder and told me the problem was that I had gained 10 lbs. A total lie because I got records from my gyn and primary care that showed 4 days before and 2 weeks after the procedure what my weight was. I did speak with the office manager Wendy Jackson, who was very nice and understanding. I told her that since it didn't work, I would like my money refunded. She called me back 2 weeks later and said that after looking at the pictures, she could tell that there was a very subtle change. She also said that most patients require 2-3 procedures of cool sculpting to get the desired results. She offered to only treat 2 areas of my stomach, not the other 6. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE COOL SCULPTING OR THE MEDICAL SPA AT ALL. I would also like to here from any other women who feel that their medical records were altered from the medical spa.

Dr. Alderman did a fantastic job & I highly recommend this facility! The staff greeted me by name each time & were always professional! They went above & beyond with customer service. Dr. Alderman did a great job on my augmentation, mini tummy tuck, & dysport. It all looks great & natural. I was really happy because the TT incision healed beautifully with no dog ears or puckers or anything. I didn’t need a drain, which was a HUGE bonus with my recovery! If I didn’t post this review on here, I bet no one would see me & wonder what I had done— it looks natural, which was exactly what I wanted since I am a mom of 3! I couldn’t be more happy with the results. If you’re looking for a mommy makeover or enhancements or even removing loose skin after childbirth or weight loss, I highly recommend Dr. Alderman & her team! Thank you for your awesome work! I highly recommend Dr. Fardo for your breast augmentation. He removed my old saline implants and replaced them with silicone. They look and feel amazing! They are absolutely perfect!
