This is my first time receiving cosmetic Surgery and so far it’s been a great experience. My consultation for a tummy tuck with Dr. Millard was virtual and very straightforward. Dr. Millard was confident and informative. Scheduling my surgery was simple. My pre op appointment went well. I received all the information for post op care in a nice organized folder to include all my prescriptions. His staff are so polite and welcoming. I asked a lot of questions and I never felt like I was an annoyance. Day of surgery everything went smooth and when I woke up in the recovery room my husband was there waiting. They went over post op care again with him. I personally left the building comfortable no pain due to the meds I was given (everyone is different). I went back the day after for post op care and the day after that for a complimentary Lymphatic massage with Dana! She is amazing!!! I received personal calls from Dr. Millard himself and his staff to check on my progress. Every followup appointment since has been great. Even the removal of my drains wasn’t bad at all. The staff in the office are so professional and timely. At 2 weeks post op I am still considerably swollen but that is to be expected... I can tell that once it all goes down I’m gonna be showing off! Dr. Millard even gave me a belly button!!! From my research Dr. Millard uses the most up to date procedures so I know my results are gonna be great. I have no regrets so far worth every penny. For the top of the line care I’m getting.

I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Millard 6 years ago. At first he was attentive and listened, but once I had paid the advance for the surgery (which they insisted I did 2 months prior to the surgery) I was unable to get a hold of him. I was offered some kind of computer imaging to see how the different sizes would look, but when I asked for it I was told it couldn't be done for some reason. I had questions about sizing and the different kinds of implants that were never answered and I have remained unsatisfied with the results. Before the surgery when I tried to call his office to see him as I had more questions, he was never available. I felt I wasn't given enough information pre-op nor was I treated with respect post op. Dr. MIllard does not have the best bedside manner and is not very available for questions. If you are deciding to have your body changed, I would recommend consulting with several doctors before you decide who will do your surgery. It will be worth it.

After much research I chose Dr Millard for Vaser Liposuction. Everyone who works at their office (including of course Dr Millard) is truly wonderful and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. For years I struggled with getting rid of my Belly fat, due to a pregnancy/ c section. I tried all kind of diets, personal trainers...and nothing was working. I am a very fit and healthy 52-year old man who developed gynecomastia during puberty and have always wanted to remediate it. If you have this condition- and many guys do- there is no amount of diet or working out that is going to solve the problem. Surgery and removal of the glands is your only option. That said, I wish I would have/could have done this 20 years ago. I am six days post gynecomastia reduction surgery with Dr. Millard and his team and I cannot recommend this team more highly if you are considering this procedure and lipo-sculpture in general. I did a lot of research prior to embarking on this journey. In particular, I'm impressed by the care that Dr. Millard and his nurses took to educate me on the procedure and recovery process. They kindly gave me all the time I needed to understand my goals for the surgery and to answer any questions i had about the procedure. I'm now 2 weeks post surgical and am feeling great ! The therapeutic massages from Dana are greatly aided in recovery and speeding along the results. The day after surgery her massage helps you reconnect to your body, noticing how it feels (and doesn't feel due to temporary numbness) as well as helping reduce localized swelling. My second visit (1 week post-op) noticeably helped speed the healing process reducing swelling, bruising, and tenderness that is expected with any surgery. All of the staff and practitioners are friendly and easy to talk to it was a pleasure to be under their care and my special thanks to Kelly and Kristina for flawless pre-op care and logistics.

Ever since I was a wee lass, I dreamt of having a neck and a jaw that were two distinctly different parts of my body, but genetics had other plans for me. Even when I reached a very low body weight, this dream seemed unattainable. There are a good many wonderful traits I inherited from my grandmother, but this was my least favorite. I had booked a consult with Dr Millard and someone else. After seeing Dr Millard I cancelled my other consult, I knew he was my guy. I had a tummy tuck done and communication with the staff was great throughout the process. I had a minor bladder complication after surgery that I didn’t even think was a big deal. Dr Millard’s staff told me to go to ER and it was good that I did. He called me personally almost as soon as I got back home from the ER to check on me and tell me next steps. I am 5 days post op and wanted to give a review of my experience so far. I had Cellulaze and Vaser Hi Def Liposuction under local anesthesia. Dr. Millard and his team of nurses and staff are amazing! From the very first appointment they were very kind and knowledgeable. I had a ton of questions I forgot to ask in my initial appointment with Dr.Millard so I emailed and called them after. They were not bothered by this at all and took the time to answer all of my additional questions. The day of surgery I was very nervous. Dr.Millard, Kelly, and the rest of the nursing team assisting that day made me feel so comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. They started joking with me while prepping me and continued talking to me and joking with me through the entire procedure. Although I’m only 5 days post op I am feeling great and can already see improvements. It’s exciting to know over the next 6-9months the swelling and bruising will dissipate and it will only get better! I am pleasantly surprised at the little pain I have experienced. I moved from prescribed pain meds to over the counter Tylenol by day 2. Although there is bruising it’s not as bad as I expected. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Millard and Millard Plastic Surgery! Realizing I had 8 weeks til I had to go back to work, I decided it was the perfect time to get something done. I called and spoke with Paula who was so helpful and sweet! Coming into the appointments post op have been great! I see Morgan every time to greet me. Even though we have to wear masks because of Covid, I know she is smiling under there! I am a flight attendant and have worked in high end department stores like Nordstrom and Saks so I appreciate exceptional customer service like this! During recovery you get a couple of lymphatic massages with Dana. She is the perfect person that you want to see post surgery because she has such a calm caring nature about her. Definitely do the lymphatic massages because swelling is real! Recovery: So everyone recovers differently and their pain tolerance varies. But my recovery has been really good. I am not all bruised up like I have seen people from other doctors and I stopped my pain pills at day 4 post op! I had a tummy tuck and BBL so barely any pain! I would recommend Dr. Millard and his team ten times over! I am planning on more surgery in the future and I love to know I am in great hands!

Just had lipo at my flanks and back with BBL 2 weeks ago. I had the procedure under local anesthetic and it was amazing! I did not want to deal with recovering from “going under” anesthesia. Had Vaser Lipo preformed on 2/18/19 by Dr. Millard on my upper/lower abs and flanks. Paid $8775 and experienced tremendous pain during the surgery, as I was not even close to numb. I have been left with a disfigured abdomen (deep crease) from an ill-fitting compression garment and only had a very small reduction in size. Had follow up J-Plasma ($750) and adhesion release (for the crease) on 9/21/19 with Dr. Millard as well. It has now been 6 months since my last procedure and I am beyond disappointed. I am now exploring my legal options, as I now need a full tummy tuck (TT) or revision Lipo to correct what was done by Dr. Millard. Do not trust Dr. Millard if he tells you that you are a great candidate for Vaser. Save your money and get a full TT to begin with. I only wish I had saved my $10k and got the TT (from a different surgeon), as I now can not afford it.

From the initial consultation, to the pre-op, to the surgery, and all of appointment reminders, everything was so smooth and very well operated. The office is lovely and the so is everyone on staff that I came in contact with (front desk, coordinator, OR staff, etc..). This was my 4th surgery with Dr. Millard (different body parts). If you are thinking about a TT or Body sculpting(of any area), I would not recommend anyone else because he a MASTER in his field...a true ARTIST, and has a wonderful bedside manner, and he CARES. I had my lymphatic massage with Dana 3 days post surgery and this is a MUST. I felt better immediately after, and will most definitely get as many massages that are recommended, in order to get the fluid out. Not only is she the sweetest person, she knows her stuff, is gentle and is very patient. Dana also did my pre-op and explained everything pre/post surgery, without missing a beat. Just very nurturing. I rarely write reviews, but dr. Millard and his entire practice deserves one. I'm less than a week out of this surgery, so I will not be posting pictures yet.

HUGE shoutout to Dana & Kristina. They like Batman & Robin. Starsky & Hutch. Big Boi & Andre 3000. Once I got my lipo they always checked in to make sure I was good. Once I was healed they put me on to Emsculpt. And man it’s such a game changer. Especially with the busy lives we all live.
