Dr. Smith and his staff are the best! Sweet, caring, and provide excellent service. I had a MOHS surgery on my nose, and Dr. Smith did the wound repair which consisted of a skin graft taken from my hairline. (Bonus facelift, score!) Six months later, and you can't even tell I had anything done!

I saw that my previous review got deleted. Not surprising considering it was not positive, however my review is real and I can prove I went to this doctor. I got my earlobes reconstructed by Dr.Smith. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional. HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS BEFORE OR WEAR GLOVES WHILE INJECTING ME WITH LIDOCAINE. The facility looked very clean however doctors hands are not. When he walked into the room he just started poking me with needles, didn’t say hello or even acknowledge my mother in the room with me. My ears are botched and I get upset over it daily because I paid a lot of money to have them done, I wish I had gone to someone who specializes in that kind of thing. They are uneven, and rock soild with scar tissue. Only go to this guy if you want a botched procedure, unclean/ungloved hands touching you, and a bad attitude.

I was diagnosed with lip cancer a few months ago and was referred to Dr. Smith for lip reconstructive surgery. When I arrived for my appointment everyone in the office was very pleasant and reassuring from the ladies at the front desk to Dr. Smith’s nurse Paula and his PA Blake. When I first met Dr. Smith I knew I was in very good hands. Dr. Smith presents himself as someone with confidence and no ego. Dr. Smith listens, addresses my concerns and when he gives you his thoughts he actually talks to you and not at you. Having lip cancer makes it difficult to look in the mirror but not since Dr. Smith did my surgery! I know that whatever my future holds that Dr. Smith has made me unafraid to undergo surgery again. Dr. Smith is an excellent surgeon with whom I have the greatest confidence. If you are scared or putting off reconstructive surgery you need to contact his office. It will be a decision that you will never regret. This man has heart and soul which is difficult to find in today’s time. Plus, his staff is the best!

I broke my nose this past June and when I called Dr. Jesse Smith's office they got me in the next day and then performed the surgery 7 days later. The healing process hurt, but they were very hands on and would call in and check on me. When I went for my follow ups, the whole staff was extremely nice. One time I was cold and one of the Medical assistants offered to give me her jacket. Dr. Blake is probably the person who made my experience the best. She was really funny and calmed me down when I was freaking out about the pain of my nose. Lol Thank you Dr. Jesse Smith and your wonderful staff!

As a woman in my late 30's, I had noticed significant loss of volume in my face over the last few years and I have always been insecure about my thin upper lip. Dr. Smith worked with me to devise a plan to restore the collagen loss through use of fillers. To say that I am incredibly pleased with the results is an understatement! I am overjoyed to look in the mirror and see a "rested", youthful version of myself! Additionally, I like that he used an infraorbital nerve block before the filling procedure to minimize discomfort (especially for the lips which I have heard is the most painful area for injection). Dr. Smith is considerate, accomodating, patient, and a very skilled practicioner!

I called Dr Smith’s office to make an appointment and I was transferred 3 times and 3 times no one responded. I got sent to voicemail. I left my number and hours later someone called me back. Scheduling an appointment was easy but I was booking it for my boyfriend and he told me that date would no longer work. I called to reschedule and once again I was asked to leave a message. This was on a Monday between 10am - 4pm... hours of not being able to get ahold of anyone unless they were to call me back. This is absurd. You have lost our business because of your staff.

I've always had small lips. My top lip was almost nonexistent, and my bottom lip was…fine. I wasn't particularly self-conscious about them. Honestly, I just wanted more room for lipstick. Dr. Smith performed my first ever lip filler treatment and I am beyond thrilled with the results. I finally have a top lip! Putting on lipstick is so easy now that I actually have a lip to apply it on. Dr. Smith is a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want when someone is altering your face in any way! My results are extremely natural and I would highly recommend him to both my family and friends!

I became a patient of Dr. Jesse Smith on October 24, 2018 when I saw him for my consultation for Stage 1 Mohs Reconstruction Nose surgery. I was very nervous about the procedure and had seen pictures on the internet that really worried me. Dr. Smith and his staff were so good about explaining what he was going to do. Sherry took the time to show me pictures of the procedures he has done and said the ones I saw on the internet were not done by Dr. Smith. She assured me I would have a good experience and made me feel so much better about having the procedure done. I had my surgery on November 1, 2018 and everything went well. Dr. Smith and his staff are all so caring and compassionate, I have never had such a comforting feeling from a doctor’s office. They check me weekly and if I have any questions or concerns, I can call Michelle anytime and she gets back with me immediately. This is such a relief to be able to have an immediate response, it really helps a patient feel comfortable, I wish all doctors were more responsive to their patients. I had my Stage 2 Mohs surgery on February 5, 2019 and I am doing great. This reconstruction process takes a long time, but I am so glad I had Dr. Smith and all his staff taking care of me.

Dr. Jesse Smith, his NP Michele McPherson, and the staff that greets you the moment you enter their office are so warm and welcoming that you almost forget you are going to a doctors office and not their personal home. Their expertise runs the gamut of complicated MOHS cancer surgeries to all the new and improved techniques for making us look the very best we can be. As a patient who is less than fond of needles (or doctors for that matter) I would have to say that my experience was extraordinary from start to finish. You can't ask for a more pleasant, compassionate, totally pain free experience - something that was far more successful than I would have ever dreamed (Kybella). I've had many an experience where my comfort was of no concern - rush me and rush me out - and this is far from what you will experience when you come to this office for any sort of treatment - whether from necessity or for vanity sake. It is rare to find a doctor like Dr. Smith, let alone his Nurse Practitioner, Michele, and all the wonderful smiling faces that greet you - I can promise you that you won't find people more caring, helpful or concerned about your welfare and your happiness with the end result. I am in my late sixties, so I do have many experiences to compare to - without a shadow of a doubt, this was by far my most pleasant, compassionate, fulfilling and successful treatment experience of my lifetime. The only regret you might have is NOT GOING THERE SOONER. They will take the time to explain any procedure you may be contemplating - for me, I had absolutely NO IDEA that my problem could be taken care of so easily and so permanently. Truly life changing.

Where do I start? Dr. Smith and his team are amazing! Each and every one of them treat you like you are the most important person there. They are not afraid of your questions, in fact, they encourage them. Dr. Smith had to perform a very in depth procedure on my mom’s face for her cancer. She was pretty distraught about it before she went to her initial consultation with him. Dr. Smith and Sheri took the time to console her, explained everything in detail to both of us and showed us pictures of what to expect. We both left feeling so much better! After the first surgery, Dr Smith explained EXACTLY what he did and why. He even drew me a picture so I could completely understand. When we had questions after surgery, someone was available immediately to answer our questions every time. Every single visit to the office was a delight. Michelle is amazing! She knows her stuff and loves to show/tell you how and why they do what they do. They truly care about each and every patient. They take the time to personally talk with you, not just type notes in a computer and never look at you. Dr. Smith’s work is phenomenal! We are on step 2 of a possible 3-4 step process and it looks amazing! I am so excited to see the end result. And let’s not forget Cassie, the therapy dog. What a GREAT blessing she is. I started out being very pleased with my care - I followed all Dr. Smith’s instructions. I ended up with being very dissatisfied. He removed a cancer from my nose - I needed a cartilage transplant- they took the cartilage from my ear - they left a hole that was never repaired. My nose was not finished ( it looks like a piece of putty placed on my nose). I mentioned my dissatisfaction on my last visit. Dr. Smith asked me if my nose worked, I said “yes” and he said be happy with it.He told me it would take 2 more surgeries to find my nose and 2 more surgeries to fix my ear. I AN NOT HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.

I was freaking out the first time I went in because I was afraid I would come out looking fake. Dr. Smith was amazing! He was patient with all my ridiculous questions and took time to answer them all. He did an awesome job (and always does an awesome job). I have been seeing him over a year now and has always been great. I have never left his office feeling not 100% satisfied. If you are looking for someone who knows the industry and does what you ask - not what they think -- go see Dr. Jesse Smith!

Dr. Smith was a lucky find for me. I suffered from an extreme deviated septum that impacted my breathing and was ugly to boot! I went to Dr. Smith initially due to ear issues. While under his care, my ear issues have been minimized, he referred me to a knowledgeable allergist that helped me find a solution to allergies that were causing me headaches, and he also diagnosed a tmj issue that I have that was missed by several other doctors. In my opinion, he is the type of doctor that gets straight to the point and does his very best to find the solution. He is solution driven and they may be off putting for some patients based on other reviews that I have read, but not me. He refused to work on my nose until he was certain that I did not have sinusitis. I appreciate that as I would have had issues down the line without that clarification. His work on my nose is nothing short of phenomenal. My extreme deviated septum is corrected and the cosmetic solution is just beautiful. I really hope he uses my photos to show proof of what a talented doctor he really is. And guess what else...I can breathe!!!

I have been suffering chronically with one sinus infection after another for years, and was referred to Dr. Smith by his former patient. His office was very accommodating in getting me in to see him soon due to the chronic infection. Dr. Smith took time to review my CT scan with me, explained what was going on, and provided me with several options. I felt that he was very conservative in considering other treatments to try first before having surgery. I felt that his office was very friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in, to setting up appointments. I had a question and his assistant called me back before the end of the day. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience seeing him, and will continue to see him for any further ENT needs. Thank you Dr. Smith for helping me finally get some relief from chronic sinus and allergy issues.

Dr Smith is a good man. Yes, I did have an issue that even Dr Smith agreed was poorly handled by his staff and I was justified being upset. He more than made up for the issue and has been a great Dr since. I highly recommend him. I'm not sure who "Mr Fine" is but there were NO men in the waiting room when I was there. I was not loud nor was I disrespectful as my wife has known Dr Smith and has worked with him in the operating room at the hospital. I had a young child waiting for me at school and I was very late in picking him up which had the principle upset which forced me to cancel and leave. What are the odds of someone randomly giving a review, knowing MY NAME and being there the EXACT time I was there? I tracked this "Mr Fine" and have discovered that he does this sort of thing all the time. He always seems to be present when there is a situation and jumps in to "correct" some review. I do not appreciate someone randomly attacking me and violating my HIPAA rights.
