Dr. Ducic and the staff are the best. Dr. Ducic performed a septoplasty and eye implant on two different surgery dates. During the pre-op appointments, Dr. Ducic patiently answered every question I had. I never felt rushed. On the day of both surgeries, Dr. Ducic was all business, yet still had a friendly bedside manner. Overall, Dr. Ducic is the most professional and capable doctor I have even visited. His entire office staff has also been courteous and helpful.

Dr Ducic succeeded where others failed. I required a significant surgery requiring some of my rib to fix my nose. A couple years later and not only does my nose look good, but I can breathe great and my snoring is gone. The staff seemed just fine, but they did flub my very last appointment. Dr. Ducic is a very gifted and talented surgeon! He is very empathetic and compassionate with his patients. We went to him when a family member had a very rare form of melanoma in stage 4 with an unknown primary. Dr. Ducic preformed the surgery to remove the malignant tumor. Other doctors gave my family member a 1% chance to live 5 years. That was 14 years ago and they are still cancer free today!!!! Dr. Ducic is the best and only option in my opinion when you want and need HOPE! I have referred many friends and family to Dr. Ducic. They all experienced the same quality care from Dr. Ducic as well. My primary care doctor refers all of her patients to him to him as well. For aesthetic's He is the one to go to! There is no one else that I would trust with my face! His new skin care line Brilliant Skin Care has removed the melasma (dark spots) on my face. I have spent tons of money on high-end skincare only to be disappointed with the results. Brilliant Skin Care is the only thing that worked! My face has a glow and much more youthful look as an added bonus!

There's some reviews that mention slow response time however, there is a reason. Dr. Ducic is an awesome surgeon and see's alot of patients! I had nasal polyps removed after getting a second opinion from him. His approach was a better fit for me as the other doctor wanted to take a different approach that I wasn't exactly willing to try right off the bat.

I consider myself blessed and fortunate to have Dr.Ducic perform my surgery. I had a huge hump on my nose and a septum deviation, which have been causing me severe breathing problems all my life. I finally had decided to go through surgery to fix my septum and to remove my hump, a normal procedure that should have been performed without any complications. I had two very unsuccessful surgeries which ended up in my nose being more crooked and which made breathing from the left side almost impossible.During one of my follow-ups, I got an advice from one of the medical assistants as she saw that I was hopeless and she said,"Your problem will not be fixed unless you have Dr. Ducic look into this breathing problem".. I was very fortunate to meet him and he performed the third surgery which was extremely successful both appearance wise and functional wise. I went to him deformed and hopeless and I came out to be the happiest ever. I truly thank you Dr. Ducic and I thank your blessed and skilled hands. You are also so professional and patient. I decided to even change my insurance and which was very convenient just for the sake of finding another one where you are one of the providers in-case I ever needed surgeries. I will not allow any surgeon to even touch me after my horrible experience . I will rather stay with any defect I have if you are not the surgeon performing the surgery ,because I know I will end up with nothing but more complications . When I needed surgery done on my face I looked high and low for the best surgeon in the country to perform it. Dr Ducic is the best surgeon for the job , his professional mannerism as well as his skilled hands have given me my life back. I had parotid tumor removal surgery , a bump that was growing on the side of my face below my ear. he gave me a very swift diagnosis seeing how this is his bread and butter. He has been removing these suckers for almost his entire career so I knew right away I was in expert hands . His secretaries, nurses and staff are as wonderful as he is . A surgeon I truly admire. I also give thanks to God for guiding his hands around my facial nerves keeping them intact. Again I recommend Dr Ducic as a very skilled surgeon in the removal of parotid tumors do not go anywhere else .

I was referred to hear after going to the emergency room for a nosebleed which the emergency was having trouble getting it to stop. I made three visit here and nothing ever got accomplished or was done and just not very happy with what took place there. My problem was I was having a nosebleed and the emergency rooms were having troubles getting it to stop by the time I got to his offices it had stopped. it's like all they wanted to do was schedule me for surgery and all I needed was a little carterization on a vein. I ended up going to another ENT doctor and getting the carterization done. I went here on three different visits and each visit I saw someone different and every time I saw someone different it's like they had not talked to the previous person before. it's like I was having a brand new doctor's visit every time I showed up.

Dr. Ducic and his staff are amazing! Dr. Ducic was patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns during my consultation. I like the fact that he is straight forward with you. He doesn't sugar coat anything and gives you thorough explanations of what is going on with your health. He makes everything very easy to understand and explains exactly why whatever course of treatment he is recommending is needed. The day of my surgery I was extremely nervous and in a full blown panic attack, but him and the hospital staff calmed my nerves and let me know exactly what to expect each step of the way. After my surgery he personally called my son and let him know what to do to help me recover. His office staff has been so helpful. I know I have probably called too many times with too many questions, but they always remain kind, professional and patient. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Ducic and highly recommend him.

My review on Dr. Ducic and his staff is not my problem. No complaints on the Dr. But the office personnel is horrible. I called at 2:45 PM, about a concern about my surgery. I had to explain what was wrong over 7 times, and they told me the on-call doctor or nurse would call. 24 hours and still didn't hear from them. I had to go to my primary.

had a parotidectomy 2 weeks ago that went great, and when i’m in the office, the staff is great! but i’m taking away two stars because the office doesn’t pick up the phone almost ever and then takes forever to call you back. expect to wait over a day for a call back if you aren’t annoying about calling back every hour.

Without proper explanation, Dr. Ducic performed an unnecessary procedure - ie intranasal scope - at a consultation appointment that I did not consent to in their paperwork and which was totally unrelated to the issue that I was referred to him for. After “diagnosing” me with a new issue, he conveniently referred me to another one of his offices for follow-up of said issue. As I had no relevant complaint that should have triggered this scope, I can only imagine this was done so that his office can bill my insurance for additional funds above and beyond what a typical office visit would net them and continue the racket as I’m worked up for the new issue. His manners and knowledge were agreeable for a surgeon however I do not trust him and will not be using him for the surgery. I found several other reviews online mentioning his overuse of scopes and do not recommend him. I will update further once I receive my EOB.

I had something funny going on in my throat. Cancer was suspected and a biopsy was performed. Found nothing. Dr Ducic said we need to do another one. Found nothing. He said we need to do a third one. Found nothing. He said we need to do a fourth one. I said I don't want to do another one (they were a big deal) since three had not found anything. Dr Ducic said I know you have cancer just from what your throat looks like and we just haven't found the cells yet. He said throat cancer is a terrible cancer to die from and that he was trying to do the right thing. I said okay and the fourth biopsy found the cancer. I walked into his office that morning thinking I'm not going to do a fourth biopsy. When he convinced me to do another biopsy he saved my life. If you need the services of an ENT you cannot do better than Dr Ducic.

I was referred to Dr. Ducic by my PCP. He and his entire staff are awesome, cannot say enough good things about them. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and was able to find and refer me to other specialists to take care of some issues that I have had for a long time!! Staff was very nice. When I was trying to make my first appointment the receptionist could not tell me how much it was going to be because she didn't know what the dr was going to do, I said just a consult. I went in for possible thyroid cancer. I literally spent 10 minutes with the dr and wanted me to go get a biopsy from somewhere else.,I have no insurance, so when I was checking out they charged me $478.00. I was so pissed. It was such a rip off. Don't go.

I was diagnosed with throat and neck cancer in Feb 2015. I was in stage 3. Doctor Ducic and his staff performed surgery to remove the cancer. It had attached it self to one of the main veins in my neck soft pallet and jawbone He removed all the cancer replaced my jawbone with one of the bones in my leg. Surprising enough I’m not ugly I wasn’t the best looking guy anyway. No I must say GOD has blessed him with a talent for inventing new Procedures to save those who would otherwise be lost. His stall is I can’t say enough about they are truly caring and willing do within there power to do, right by each and every patient. If I could give more than five stars, I would do so. One year ago I was operated on by Dr Ducic and his team for cancer of the esophagus. The damage was much more extensive than previously thought. Dr Ducic and his team worked for hours on me...lost me twice, and it resulted in a medically induced coma for 33 days and a extended hospital stay. In order to breath I was also given a tracheotomy. What followed that surgery was a very difficult year. Once I was woken, I still had rehab and cancer treatment to look forward to. The radiation was the worst. Dr Ducic also performed five more surgeries last year and two so far this year in 2020. So, here is my assessment of Dr Ducic and his team: They never give up on you. Even when you feel you will never be better, they never quit. Ducic has put together an amazing team of professionals who work tirelessly to bring you back to the best health possible. They come see you when you're in the hospital to make sure you understand what is happening and what you can expect going forward. One of them, Jin Lee literally held me in her arms one morning as I lay on the floor in their office , sure I was dying. Turns out, I had an obstruction in my cannula and it had cut off my air. Jin called an ambulance and then she and another assistant held me; comforted me until the EMTs arrived. I can never repay her for that. And she's just one of several professionals Ducic has put together to assist you when you are trying to heal. Even the office people...the ones who are always at their computers when you walk back to the exam room are the sweetest. They always stop, smile and say hello to you. Dr Ducic has always taken the time to talk to me; even when I wasn't scheduled to see him. He's always been long on patients when explaining things to me and my family. He even called my son after one of my surgeries and told him what to expect and how to care for me. Although kind, patient and compassionate, I've also found him to be very straight forward and to the point. It can be jarring at times, so don't expect a lot of rainbows and unicorns. My son asked him last month, "Will my dad ever be normal again?" He replied simply..."No." But hr went on to explain that I would have a "new normal" and would be able to eventually get rid of my treache and even return to work. I can honestly say he's always been there for me when I've needed him. I found out late last year that he holds a costume ball annually for people who he's done reconstructive surgery on and has even helped with travel expensive to those who need it. I think that should tell you a lot about the kind of man he is. How do you thank someone who has literally saved your life? I don't know the answer, but I can start by telling you my experiences with him.

Never Never Rec Ducic , he worked on my wife’s tumor with the help of the worst neurosurgeon in Ft worth Dr Ward , long story short they let her face swell up with csf fluid and said it’s sinuses lol ,, went to UT in dallas and they repaired all of ducics and dr wards screw up , he (ducic ) never showed is face at the hospital it was always his staff , very very terrible dr , they had no words nor he never called to check on her after 8 surgery’s he screwed up

I went to Dr. Ducic with the complaint of broken nose that had healed crooked. & an over growth of cartilage on the bulb of my nose. I had a deviated septum also. He fixed all of those things and did a rhinoplasty. My over all experience was great. My nose was so big & I was very uncomfortable in my own skin & especially going out in public. I am 2 weeks post op currently & even with the swelling still there I am very happy ! And it looks great ! I would definitely recommend him. He does have a very busy schedule so if you’re thinking about going to him you will need patients. I saw him 1 time for my consultation, the next time I saw him was my surgery day. Which was pushed back 6 hours because he’s in such high demand & has a lot of patience. Getting my splints out of my nose & my cast off / both separate visits to his office, I did not see him I saw one of his nurses, which was kind of a bummer because she didn’t have answer to some of the questions I had for him. But over all , it was definitely worth it & im very happy with the shape of my nose & he did a wonderful job!

The dr did a wonderful job, however his staff is lacking. The desk clerks are rude, disorganized and misinformed. I was nearly charged for a CT scan because the individual forgot to contact me in regards to scheduling it and was conveniently on vacation the last two weeks of the year. Random bills seems to show and and were apparently past due when it was the first an only bill received. When thousands of dollars are at stake it makes it a bit aggravating.

Texas is so blessed to have such a skilled surgeon that produces amazing results! My husband was diagnosed with tongue, cheek and jaw cancer that was fast moving to his brain. Dr. Ducic performed surgery on him within two weeks. Two months later he removed a portion of his leg bone and reconstructed his jaw. Both surgeries resulted in him being cancer free today at 71 years old. The beautiful part of his journey is that Dr. Ducic's procedures never cut into my husband's face which was his fear. My family thanks God and Dr. Ducic for extending his life!

I had been trying since January to have a tumor removed and could not get anyone to treat me because if the location and type of tumor that it is. I was bounced around from dr to dr until I came here. The staff is right on top of everything and they keep you informed every step of the way. Within days of my visit things were getting schedule and everything was set in motion to have the surgery.They are all so very kind and wonderful to work with. Dr ducic is great as well and though he talks fast and seems to be in a hurry he does slow down for questions and to explain things. He also treated my aunt when she had cancer and she had a great experience here as well.

The biggest liar. He promised to do a septoplasty and a rhinoplasty for me. However, I come out of the surgery realizing neither has been done. I wake up with strange scratches on my back, with a broken nose. After three reconstructive surgeries, my nose is still crocked. Not to mention I was bleeding from my nose for weeks! Dr Ducic is a wonderful surgeon and so very kind. He had to clean up my mess that another doctor had left me with. I had a tumor (benign) on my saliva gland and first doctor did not get it all. Dr Ducic operated on me in July 2016 and I did have paralysis on one side of my face, which I did know was a possibility going in. But Dr Ducic said we can make this better and he has, I recommend Dr Ducic and his whole staff whole heartedly! Everyone of the office staff and all of Dr Ducic's assistants are wonderful, caring people. I can't thank them enough for all that they have done! I see me in the mirror again and I smile

Dr. Ducic and his team are life changing angels! My husband had radiation in 2009 due to oral cancer. This past year his jawbone deteriorated from it and Dr. Ducic replaced it with titanium. My husband was almost done with proton radiation therapy treatments when his jtube became so irritated he had to be hospitalized for malnutrition. He is currently being treated by wound care professionals and in a couple of weeks the new gtube should be functioning for nutrition so he can get strong enough for Dr Ducic and his team to complete the 2nd phase of the jawbone replacement where a bone from his leg will be removed and placed with the titanium in his jaw. He will also have an operator for the roof of his mouth where cancer was removed. The opterator will enable him to have something for his little tongue against for speaking and possibly swallowing again! This journey is going to be a little longer but so far the results are life changing and positive! The future looks much brighter because of the talent of Dr Ducic! The calming kindness he has given us as he explains his work to us, not leaving any details unspoken, has given my husband a life to look forward to for a long long time!

They made sure I had appointments set up with the other specialists and truly seemed concerned about my wellbeing. My experience with this office was horrible. Dr. Ducic may very well be a good surgeon, I will never know. My initial consult went ok, I already knew what my problem was and that surgery was going to be required. When I voiced my concern, and that I was literally petrified of surgery itself, Dr. Ducic's response was, 'phft', no big deal. That showed me a lack of compassion. I had trouble while at the office getting connected to the patient portal....was never able to use it because no one helped get the problem straightened out. Was using the text option, and got quick responses until I voiced my concerns with feeling like I was being rushed into surgery. After my initial consult, I was called literally days later and told my surgery had been scheduled. Biopsies hadn't even been done yet!! They didn't seem interested in getting clearances from my cardio or pulmonologist either, I had to insist that be done. Not to mention all the other tests that were ordered that had nothing to do with the problem I was referred to Dr. Ducic for!! My second opinion doc was also perplexed by all the additional tests. Things Dr. Ducic doesn't even treat!! And even though I've asked what the results of all these extra tests are, I never received an answer!! Office stopped replying to me after I informed them, I'd be having someone else do my surgery. Still don't know results of tests done!! Minimal invasive surgery is available for what I need done, but that's not what Dr. Ducic dicussed with me...he discussed coming back for reconstructive surgery....after telling him how and why I'm petrified of surgery itself!! Many may have been helped by him but my opinion is, it's all about how much money can be made on each patient.

I have seen Dr Ducic for several years for a chronic condition that requires frequent surgeries. I have reached the point that I hate going in his office. I rarely actually see him. I am paying to see a specialist but end up seeing a nurse practitioner. The quality of care I received in this office has declined so much over the last few years. For my last three procedures he was late to the hospital when I was his first procedure of the day and appeared to have no real knowledge of why I was back having another procedure. If my condition was no longer of intrest to him he should have just told me and referred me elsewhere. I am now at utsw in Dallas and I feel like I am back with a doctor that cares. It is nice because I believed he was the only doctor for my condition for way to long. After a few visits with doctors at utsw I discovered that the hundreds of scopes I had in his office was just so he could bill for them. I never once was numbed for the scope to actually reach my area of issue where he could see it. I now see video and comparison images for each scope and surgery.

I couldn’t wait to write this review. Dr Ducic isn’t one the best head and neck surgeons. He IS the best head and neck surgeon. I had a nerve tumor on the right side of my neck. That ruined so much of my life. It was so swollen and tender I couldn’t enjoy anything fun. My whole life was surrounded by pain. All day every day. Sleeping, walking, driving swimming, showering and even folding laundry hurt! The first Dr that was suppose to operate on me was so unprofessional. Told me to Google things! Also told me I should write my will because on a scale from 1 to 5 the risk level was a 4. He then turned down operation on me because he said my tumor was too vascular. God sure was looking out, because when he didn’t want to do it. I got sent to Ducic. It took a long time for me to have surgery with him because he didn’t accept Molina insurance. I was determined that Ducic and ONLY Ducic could do it. I didn’t want anyone else to even touch my neck. So I switched over to BCBSTX and everything after that moved so quickly! He is a very busy doctor so I didn’t talk to him much before going in, but he explained everything so well. September 16th is when I had my surgery. Little did we know, I also had a swollen lymph node under that tumor. He removed everything. His team is freaking amazing! Everyone there and at the hospital. I was afraid I was going to have facial paralysis. Nope. Not at all. The cut was perfect and so was the stitching. I hope my tumor doesn’t grow back, but if it does. I know exactly who I’m going to! Thank you Dr Ducic for giving me my life back!

I went to Dr Ducic because I felt a small bump in my neck. I had been to another ent doc 4 months prior and he blew me off and tried to give me some steroids to treat the swelling. Dr Ducic did a thorough exam, stuck a camera up my nose and down my throat (it's not as bad as it sounds) He found several sources of my chronic inflammation. He referred me to an endocrinologist and an allergist. It turns out I may have lymphoma. I am still waiting on some of the biopsies. If I end up having lymphoma I know we caught it early and I owe it all to Dr Ducic. I will have to have sinus surgery in a couple of months. I am very thankful he took the time to listen to me and my concerns because it turns out they were real.

I saw Dr ducic for a thyroid surgery in 2020. We agreed I would be admitted for 2 days for pain management and post op observation bc I have issues w anesthesia. I went under at 11am and woke up at 430pm in a wheelchair in the parking lot being loaded into my husband's car by a male tech. That was my first conscious awareness from surgery. I woke up in horrific agony. My husband had to rush me to another hospital for help. He's a neglectful surgeon. And his bedside manner is not any better.

I would like to warn anyone who is having surgery whether big or small. A doctor is only as good as the xrays will show. Also when you have surgery you need to do exactly as the doctor tells you to do. Now I will tell you of my experience. I went to Dr. Ducic and told me I needed sinus surgery. I was shocked because I didn’t feel like I was having any problems with sinuses. The nurse practitioner seemed upset because I told her I don’t have problems with sinus. She said your xrays show you have bad sinus. So I agreed to the surgery. After I came out of surgery I felt great. No pain. Absolutely no sign that I had had surgery. So I thought dr. Probably found that was not the problem. Well, my 2 daughters assured me among everyone else that yes I did have surgery. Wow! Unbelievable cause about 20 some years ago I had the same surgery and it took me all year to recover. I figured that since I was having other major problems all pain was coming from that. I went home feeling great.. I was given many instructions which I failed to follow. I felt so good I can do a few things. Wrong! The next afternoon I started bleed so badly. I really thought I was going to drown in my own blood. It lasted for hours. I was throwing up blood and it was coming out of my nose also. I honestly thought I would die. I was preparing for a long night. Two of my daughters said they would pray. I live with one of my daughters. Well, God answered prayer . The next day I went to see the nurse practitioner. I told her how it was my fault because I didn’t follow instructions. So I say to anyone out there who is having surgery, FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. Also one more thing xrays don’t always show what they are looking for. I had breast cancer, had surgery, went home to recover. 11/2 years later I found 3 more lumps. Called my oncologist and he said they were probably suitchurs. Mammograms didn’t show, bloodwork didn’t show and they were gone. I found them again doctor said we will go in and see what’s going on and sure enough there was 3 more lumps that were cancer. So before blaming doctors give yourself a check up.iI hope this will help someone. Stella

This facility treats you as a number and is not interested in a timely response to questions nor a reason for some the procedures. All to pad the bottom line. The ER as at Harris Methodist is doing a disservice in sending individuals to this facility. The ER should do a more through evaluation before referring someone to them and the misinformation about being IN Network should be revisited and staff should be better educated and more time in responding to questions. Would never refer or say anything good about the facility.
