Dr Brad McCoy at Maxx dental, is hands down the most talented dentist I've ever seen. This building is gorgeous and the staff are excellent. The rates are competitive, and I will never see another dentist as long as I have the choice... Recently I've been lacking coverage and was dreading going to the dentist for financial reason, which was a mistake as it caused a returning infection that ultimately led to a string of infections. Dr McCoy had me in on an emergency extraction within an hour of phoning, and I was in and out of the office in 30 mins, I asked for no pain meds and I have nearly zero residual pain. The man is a miracle worker and a prophet in his trade! Would never recommend any other dentist over him

I hate the dentist and have trouble freezing I went to see Dr.Brake today and she made sure to make me comfortable and ensured that I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure. On top of that she took the time to call me at the end of her busy work day to make sure I was feeling ok! Mind blown over the level of customer service here highly recommend!

Dr McCoy has been my dentist for 15 or more years, he is the only dentist who doesn’t hurt me while freezing. Both of my kids have zero issues going to see him and that was not the case for my first when she was traumatized at a young age from a dentist experience. He has children and understands how to keep them calm and comfortable. Warm and homey atmosphere which is hard to accomplish in a clinical setting but they’ve mastered it.

I went for removal 4 wisdom teeth at once, and I had a great experience, everyone treated me good, they cared about how I was feeling and honestly don’t even look I did, they put me for sleep, and was quickly and completely painless the entire process. Everything felt like it was an up sell. I was not happy when the freezing did not take affect. They had refreeze it and I still felt it. The whole experience was not what i recommend anyone going through. And the price wow they gouged me big time and they would not process through my health care.

I went in for emergency dental work on my two front teeth. I had chipped them pretty bad and Dr.brake used temporary filling until i decided on what to do next with them. She ended up doing a hack job on the fillings, I know it would be hard to do but to let me leave the office with them not looking symmetrical is beyond me. The next appointment I had with her she told me my teeth were turning grey so I needed root canals on both and she discussed getting crowns. I wanted a second opinion before I commuted to such work and I am so glad I did. The new dentist told me nothing else was damaged and they were not dying. My teeth were perfectly healthy and I almost let Dr.Brake do an extensive amount of unnecessary work to my healthy teeth. Nothing but a money grab and I will never recommend that dentist.

My daughters have been going to Maxx dental since they were 3. Front end staff are detailed, nice and accommodating. Hygienists are always smiling and warm. They explain to my girls where they need to focus on and give them tips to ensure they’re brushing and flossing with proper technique. Dr. McCoy and Dr. Brake are amazing with kids and ensuring that they have what they need to have a great smile. I find they go above and beyond with procedures to the point where my girls love going to the dentist. Overall an amazing group of people
