Excellent. Very professional. I've had a lot of dental work done here and always had a great experience. They've been very accommodating and flexible with booking appointments and dealing with insurance. New office is state of the art. This place is legit.

Dr gord and his staff are the best!! They always make me feel comfortable and welcome. I had a procedure one time and he gave me his personal cell number if i had any problems over the weekend. What dentist does that? He treats his staff really well which makes for a pleasant environment to be in. Thanks to the staff at Franklin Dental. You complete me.....well at least my teeth ;)

Just moved up to fort Mac and went in for a checkup and overdue teeth cleaning. The staff at reception painlessly dealt with my paperwork/insurance and the facilities were nice. The dentist was efficient and thorough and Jennifer was a pleasure throughout the cleaning. I've found my new Dental-care home. ????

Sorry to put a bad review but their staff attitude should be corrected. We will never go back to this Dental Clinic again. The front desk receptionist make me so stressed. I already Paid my 20% balance and the insurance covers 80% She never ask me to sign any forms and just collected my the payment last January 2020. After few months they keep calling me to go back to their clinic to sign the form. I went to their clinic to sign the form but she wants me to pay for the 80% which is not right. I insisted that I need to just sign and not pay so they can get their claim. I told her that she can call the insurance and deal with it not me as I have done my part. She wants me to do lots of stuff which she should be the one doing it. Finally when she called the insurance it’s all covered but the stressed she put on me was unreasonable, she’s forcing me to pay the amount that I did not owed and it’s so simple to call the insurance before they let me sign the form. I cancelled all our appointments and will never go back there again. Just like to share my bad experience. We are not happy about their service. She never even say sorry nor apologize for her mistake. We all make mistake but we should learn to apologize. I left the clinic so sad, stressed and disappointed!

The office is large and modern. The Receptionists and Assistants are friendly and helpful. Dr. Morris is efficient and explains procedures so it is easy to understand what needs to be done. I would recommend him to my friends and family as I was recommended.

I love going to Franklin Dental! The office is hip and clean, and the staff are fast, friendly, empathetic and amazing! Also, they have evening appointments, so it's always easy to book one! Did I mention Free Teeth Whitening? Oh yeah, and that!

The staff is polite and fun, the building is nice and modern and there are things for the kids to do while waiting in reception. All the staff in the back does what matters most, they let me be in charge of my own visit. They don't push extra visits or work on me, they let me make the decisions I feel are best for myself and my budget and they don't lecture me about how their own personal opinion means more then my own. I would recommend this place to anyone but I am unsure if they accept children.

My first time there was decent, typical dental office atmosphere, however, the second appointment was not confirmed by me (roughly 6 months later). The office left me a voice mail stating I had an appointment which I did not book, nor did I confirm. I was on shift at work and unable to call back to cancel the appointment that I didn't even book in the first place. To my surprise, they then sent me a bill for $100 in the mail for a no-show... what a joke? These Fort Mac businesses are greedy and very unprofessional.. Won't be going back.

When I first moved to Fort McMurray I started going to Maxx Dental. I had two visits with them and that was enough. A friend referred me to Franklin Dental and I have nothing but glowing reviews. They explain everything so thoroughly, help you understand your insurance coverage. I've never had a cleaning done in a a massage chair which was amazing! Everyone is friendly and they make it a pleasant experience.

Amazing experience. I got fit in within 20 minutes as an emergency with a cracked filling, and even though the doc was juggling multiple patients and obviously very busy he was very professional, very throughout and ensured an excellent job. I've been unfortunate to have multiple fillings over my years and this is the best feeling one I've ever had, perfect bite profile and the entire staff were personable! I've never been thankful for a dentist before!

One of the best, cleanest and state of the art dental offices I have ever been too! I am terrified of dental work and quite the baby when I go. Dr. Gord was amazing, made sure to explain what he would be doing and then suggested I be frozen prior to the cleaning. After the first pinch, I felt nothing and finally got that deep cleaning I've been needing! Kudos to the hygienist! Then it was on to the dental work - eek! I had to have three crowns done, which I knew but in examining my mouth Dr. Gord found that I needed a root canal. I was worried as that is one thing that always causes me so much pain. With a top up on the freezing, Dr. Gord got to work and without even a twinge of pain, I was done in no time. Dr. Gord made sure to explain everything as he went along, made sure I had pain killers and antibiotics and phoned that night to make sure all was well. Thanks to Dr. Gord - no more fear of dentists....as long as they are Dr. Gord Morris!

I visited the Dental Center recently and was impressed with the professionalism of all staff. Everyone greeted me with a hello and smile and it made me feel welcome and at ease. I required a crown and Teeth cleaning and felt taken care of the whole time. I would recommend this Dental Clinic to anyone who wants a professional team to take care of them.

I got my teeth cleaned by Kayla. She is the most gentle hygienist I can remember. I want to try and get in every three months because I am older now and I need it. I will get my crown done as well because they are all super efficient and skilled. It costs basically the same as 20 years ago except gold prices have gone up. I paid acutally more for a crown 20 years ago in New York.

[My] dentist at Franklin Dental Centre was aggressive with performing his dental procedure on my teeth, his but the standard of work is solid and the result is excellent. i'm very happy! And yes, i was considering posting 5 stars, but come on,..who really likes a trip the dentist.

I went this center for teeth clean in early 2019 and did not have issue with my teeth. But i was told that there was a small cavity on my right side tooth. It was filled by their dentist. I felt swelling and pain on right side again and again not long after the cavity filling. I went to another dental clinic for checking. The dentist in the clinics removed one of my cavity fillings on the right side tooth and refilled it in the middle 2020. I do not feel swelling and pain again after that.

I recently got a root canal, 2 wisdom teeth removed, & 3 fillings in the one sitting done by Dr Gord. I was asleep for the procedure, I don't really remember it being done or a couple hours after. But my biggest fear was the pain afterwards, after all that work I had the bare minimum pain (minus a little ache in the morning from grinding my teeth all night). I was given steroids for a couple days and there wasn't even the slightest bit of swelling! I am so impressed and relieved because I had a bad experience with a removal of wisdom, I was terrified of going back after. But I would recommend Dr Gord to everyone along with anyone who previously had a bad experience at a dentist and want their faith restored.

I have been terrified of dentists for years and years and I needed a tremendous amount of work completed. Dr. Marilynn Given is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. My teeth look better than they have in years and I didn't feel a thing. The staff are so friendly , caring and simply the best. They explain everything and I would honestly recommend Marilynn and her staff to everyone and especially to those who were like me who have a dentist phobia. Be warned. Never go here. Terrible fast job by the dentist, Receptionists were lack of knowledge on their job. I've been there client since 2009 when I was in fort mc then I moved to edmonton November 2014. We went there with my husband and son in june 2014 for cleaning. We used our claim prior to my maternity leave under my policy and dependant number. My husband updated and showed his card to the receptionist before his procedure. Then after a week I received a call saying that my insurance was inactive and no claims for my dependant and needs to pay for the procedure we have done, so I called the company insurance to verify and called them back again and went to their office to sign a form and after that they keep calling me for a wrong information I already gave my recent company and they just updated on the system after how many months. Now, after 8 months my husband got a call from them saying he wasn't cover under my policy, didn't inform them with his new card before his appointment blah.. blah.. saying that he owed them and he needs to pay for the owing amount without any notice. And now my insurance wouldn't pay for the claim because its been 8 months it was eligible only after 3 months of your claims according to their policy. This stupid clinic forcing us to go to their office personally to sign a document I said if they could send it to my email or mail and the response is "NO" Wow.. Edmonton to Fort MC - Fort MC to edmonton. No consideration at all. Threatened us to send our file to credit bureau, well is not about the money its all about the service. At first, we wouldn't go to your clinic without knowing that our card is inactive and were not crazy to cover those charges for those procedures. STUPID STAFF!!!! GREEDY Dental Clinic!!!!

I would give -1* if I could. The dentist on shift today (July 25, 2019) was incredibly rude. He rolled his eyes when we asked questions about the care we were going to receive. Then had the gall to tell me to “Go somewhere else!” And walked away in mid conversation. In a customer service industry; this behaviour towards clients is absolutely disgusting. I do not and will not, ever refer this centre. What a joke!

Franklin Dentist was great from the time I walked in the door. The girls in the front were very helpful with all my questions and concerns. My dentist was so gently with me that I needed three needles in my mouth that if she didn't tell about them I would not have known I was getting them. If it wasn't for the noise of the suction and drill machine I could have fell asleep in the chair. That is how comfortable they made my visit. The bonus on top of that is my teeth feel and look great. Thank you Franklin Dentist
