I have mega anxiety when I comes to dental surgery. The front house staff was awesome to deal with when arriving and the dental assistants in the back were epic. They knew I was increasingly becoming anxious and they sat with me, talked to me and calmed me down prior to my sedation, I met Dr Resch Briefly before I went under for my surgery and he added the extra comfort I needed to relax and get through the surgery. Upon waking up, Dr Resch was sitting next to me with the hygienist and explained everything that he did while in surgery. Honestly, this place and the folks that work here have given me the best dental experience I've ever had. Great place to go for patients that have anxiety as they do offer sedation (upon review and approval) for dental procedures. 5/5 stars

I honestly can’t put into enough words how extremely knowledgeable the care and customer service from the Uptown Fort McMurray Dental has been. I’ve had Invisalign for two years and just got them off I was so happy with the results, the before and after was just WOW. The receptionists are always so welcoming as soon as you enter the building. Dr. Viet Tran and Josie are amazing people to have working on your teeth they will do everything they possibly can for you (plus they give you a good laugh). My ortho appointments were always excellent and the staff throughly explained everything & answered all my questions. The receptionists are always so welcoming as soon as you enter the office. The hygienist are very knowledgable and so kind, I've never had a bad cleaning. I can't imagine going to another dental office. Went in on an emergency visit. Called one day and was in 8am next day. The dentist was awesome and really explained everything to me that was going on. I needed a wisdom tooth pulled and he did an awesome pain free job, I was in and out in an hour. Highly recommended.

Wonderful caring staff and very thorough and kind dentist. You definitely don’t get this type of service in the Okanagan where I’m from! Everyone working here went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. They don’t try and get you fixed up and out the door as quickly as possible like some places do, and their attitudes are not based on what type of insurance you have. They are kind and fair. These guys take their time to make sure everything is done properly and all your questions are answered. No snitty receptionists or cranky dentists at this place! I want to move here from BC just for the exceptional dental care. :) PS: I’m actually serious!

Totally satisfied! I had braces put on and a surgery to expose a tooth that was going to possibly make me lose 3 teeth because of how that tooth was laying against the others. Dr. Tran and his team are dedicated to their patients. Always making sure your are alright and satisfied. No secrets, no lies. This is what it is and this is the risk. Dr Tran was really honest with me. He was really patient and did everything in his power to save as many teeth as he could. SUCCESSFULLY he saved all the ones at risk including the exposed teeth. It takes time, it doesn’t happen over night. I trusted him and his wonderful team and the result is fantastic. Thank you for being so kind always, made it so much easier.

I have had nothing but exceptional service and experience with this dental office. The staff have always been very professional and friendly with me. The hygienists I have dealt with have always done an exceptional job explaining to me what they are doing and what the condition of my teeth is. They are very thorough and gentle. I have also had Invisalign done at this office. The assistant and dentist were both incredibly professional and gave very in depth explanations of what my treatment would be and were able to answer all of my questions (you can tell that they are very experienced, and really care about the quality of their work, and their patients). They have excellent bed side manner, and made me very comfortable in the chair. I would absolutely recommend this office to everybody.

I have invisaligns from this office and i think since I've began treatment , I've seen Dr. Tran maybe 1 maybe twice , the girls in his office are extremely friendly and helpful, always take care of things for me, but I get the feeling he doesn't care about his fort McMurray practice, for instance return date for thick wood was June 3rd after the evacation and after calling a couple times all I was told is they won't be opening until July 5 and theirs nothing they can do for me I can't even stop by and pick up trays. Also the fact that no one grabbed people's trays from the office while being evacuated is slightly offensive he obviously don't care about his patients in Fort McMurray just wants their hard earned money.

This dentist office is a joke. They are so hard to get into appointments because either the dentist is out of town or they are booked up. My husband got invisaligns through them and wow...the dentist that deals with invisalign is always gone. They screw up and gave him a wrong set, but yet will can only help him out when the dentist is back in town in a week. If you want nothing but headaches when you go to your dentist go here. We personally go to Peter Pond Dentist now and they are absolutely incredible. I highly recommend Peter Pond Dental Clinic.
