Dr. Giacobbe is an excellent plastic surgeon! He did my breast augmentation years ago and I have received MANY compliments from people on how natural and proportionate they look! My surgery inspired some family members to get theirs done. In my opinion, if you are going to do something that enhances your natural look, you need for it to look natural! He also squeezed me in for some fillers last minute before my travels. Their office takes care of their patients and is very accommodating. I’ve gone to other places locally who make you wait over an hour for a 5 minute Botox treatment or their scheduling is horrible and never accommodating. Highly recommend this office!

I have gone to see Lori I. several times for IPL as well as lip filler. She has an incredible “bedside manner” and will put you at ease no matter what procedure you are having. She is very detail oriented and has an excellent eye for aesthetics. One time in particular during a laser vein treatment she noticed an abnormal mark on my leg and told me to have it examined by a dermatologist. She saw how nervous I was and worked to put my mind at ease but also immediately made a call to a local Dr. (who happened to be a friend of hers) to see if I could be seen the same day as I travel an hour away for my skin treatments (as if that isn’t testimony enough of Lori’s excellent customer service!). Luckily the Dr. had availability and I was in and out without having to make a separate trip. To boot the mark turned out to be a pre-cancerous lesion. If it wasn’t for Lori’s keen eye who knows what would have happened. I highly recommend seeing Lori for your injection/filler needs as well as laser treatments. I couldn’t have been in better hands. Lori went ABOVE AND BEYOND. ♥️Her!

Very unprofessional. I contacted him ahead of time to ask if they do under eye fillers and they said yes. I drove 30 minutes and waited a whole hour in the office before a nurse saw me. She told me how the procedure goes step by step, and they'll use numbing cream and I might bruise later. The doctor sees me only to LIE to my face and say he doesnt do under eye fillers at all. I'm 21 and he had no real answer, he very clearly pretended that his office has never done under eye fillers. I know for a fact he does because both my aunts did it with him earlier in the year. Not even professional enough to give me a real reason why he doesnt wanna do it. Instead he lies.

I saw Dr. Giacobbe for upper Eyelid surgery ( blepharoplasty) I consulted with other plastic surgeons, but this why by far the most welcoming and professional office staff and Doctor . They guided me every step of the way . Helped me to determine if it was covered by insurance ( which it was! ) I had my one month follow up visit today and I’m very happy with the results and again they make you feel like family there . I can't say effort good things about Dr.Giacobbe's Office. From the moment I called to make a consultation, Amy went above and beyond. She always called me right back with all my questions and was super genuine and friendly! Prior to Dr. Giacobbe , I had breast augmentation surgery a year before from another plastic surgeon in WNY. Unfortunately a year later , I had to get them redone due to some mistakes and complications I knew I did not want to go back to that same Dr so I did some research and found out about Dr Giacobbe. Thank goodness ,I did! Dr. Giacobbe was very friendly and helpful in explaining what had to be done and listened to my suggestions of what I wanted as well and without being judged ( unlike the other surgeon I went too). I am such a worry wart and he made me feel very calm and relaxed during this whole process. I am now all fixed from the prior surgeon and I love my results now thanks to Dr. Giacobbe!! Would definitely recommend and go back in a heartbeat. :)

What I really want to commend him for is consulting for me on a breast biopsy procedure that Dr. Peyser did for me which turned into a giant hematoma. I wanted to share my experience about the Medical Spa Manager Lori Incorvaia. I have had Botox and filler done by Lori a handful of times over the last few years. I have also had Botox done at other locations and by plastic surgeons and by a dermatologist, Lori is an RN. I have to say that she is by far THE BEST. I will never go to anyone else as long as she is available. Lori always listens to what I have to say and my results have been exactly what I anticipated. At my recent visit last week I even asked her if she could recommend a new moisturizer. Of course she did after I answered a few questions about my skin. I had my breast augmentation a year ago. I regret it everyday. I have two completely different nipple sizes and a scar that is so disgusting around my right nipple that I feel like a monster. After going back numerous times to try and fix the problem- I was told he might be able to removing the scaring after I paid another $1500. Please do not go here. Another very sad downfall was a year a half later- in December of 2017 I had a red blister on my nipple and after a bath one night it popped. A SUTURE popped out of my skin!! I immediately called the next morning- terrified. They told me I was dropped as a client because of the comments I posted online and would no longer see me. I beg you please do not go here

I consulted with 4 different top area surgeons (my surgeon from 20 years ago passed away so I had to start fresh with someone new) after doing my research, I decided Dr. Giacobbe was the best fit for me, he will not make you go bankrupt compared to other local offices but he isn't so cheap to where you wonder if its a suspicious butcher shop (like places in the south) at your consult they'll sit with you to go over the expected cost that is broken down by each category of what to expect so there is no sticker shock at the end. He is thorough, and gentle with exams and straight to the point, he won't sugar coat anything and is completely honest if something is realistic or possible, he won't lie to you to get you choose his practice. I'm a straightforward person so I appreciate that he's right out with it.. but not in a rude or condescending manner. Closer to surgery I ended up having more questions that I thought, and they got me in right away to make sure I was feeling good about everything, he explained everything to me to reassure the fears I had put in my own head were put to ease. My surgery 20 years ago was excruciating and done differently..so I was worried! But everything he said was exactly the way it went! And to be honest I feel great, the day of surgery I went home and felt fine! He must also be gentle during surgery because I have no soreness or bruising or scary looking Frankenstein looking incisions/stitches. He is the real deal and I would absolutely attest to his surgical skill and expertise. The girls in the office are just as great, they were empathetic, helpful and make you feel comfortable and not akward, they never make you feel like your bothersome and are there for you if you need anything. They are also thorough making sure you have everything completed pre op and that you are in tip top shape prior to your procedure.

I will give the doctor credit from doing decent work. But the downfalls far outweigh the benefits. When it comes to having a voice in regards to concerning factors consider yourself not present. Its his way or the highway. I went to three appointments and even by then i didnt feel comfortable with him performing any kind of surgery on me. Do your research ladies. There are better doctors out there. Ones that will make you feel confident and comfortable. I did and i am so happy! If your looking for any kind of reassurance or any type of bedside manner i would stay away from this doctor.
