Amazing atmosphere amazing staff amazing location the Lindsay house is beautiful. Doctor koenig did my breast augmentation and I am so happy I chose him as my surgeon. He is incredible and does amazing work and his staff is just as incredible. Very educated, informative, confident, and his bedside manner made me comfortable and put me at ease. So glad I chose the quatela center for my BA and I will never go anywhere else for any future cosmetic needs

I can't rave enough about Dr Heather Lee and her team! Everyone was so nice & accommodating from the wonderful lady taking temp at front door to the receptionists in the front as well as surgery center. Easy to work with. Not pushy at all. Answered all my questions/very thorough with pre and post surgery care. Made me feel at ease day of surgery and thereafter. I have and will continue to refer Dr Lee to anyone looking to get rhinoplasty or anything else for that matter.

I love the services I receive I get Botox and I just started laser hair but I feel every time I have to schedule an appointment I dread it because the front desk support are kind of well… snotty. For example I was not aware there are multiple offices for the front services at the Lindsay House on East Ave I go to the desk and the girl looked at me like I had two heads and rolled her eyes when I asked where the elevator was and then I had to reschedule an appointment with the spa and they were very short and cold AGAIN. I love the services- it’s like when I go into the procedure room everything is great. I don’t know…

I was fortunate in choosing an excellent Plastic Surgeon who not only did an amazing job but his whole staff was friendly and professional. I had a lower eye surgery (Bleph)where they normally remove the fat under your eyes where you have the “puffy” eyes or bags. I chose Dr. Quatela because he did a much improved version where instead of removing it he moved the fat where it would keep me from having a hollowed appearance and improved my eyes that now look ten years younger. Thank You Dr Quatela for your Amazing care and for allowing me to see such a dramatic change in my eyes.

My upper lids surgery was a disaster. There are folds at the corner ( nasal side) on both of my upper lids as a result of that surgery. The results are so disappointing and disheartening. Waste of money and time, and now I have to live with it. Everyday I look into the mirror and see my lids, I always felt regreted. Wish, I didn't have it done over there. The procedure was done by Dr Quatela.

I had a very interesting experience with the Quatela center as my surgery was scheduled just about the time Covid 19 shut everything down. About a week before Dr Quatela, himself and Brooke, his assistant called me and informed me they would not put their patients at any risk and canceled my surgery and 90% of my fee was refunded. Dr. Quatela's Brooke can make magic happen. With that being said, in July I was rescheduled. I have waited a couple months to write my review so I could give an accurate account of my experience and out come. I had a temporal and neck lift done and I am more than happy with the outcome. No more jowls, crepe neck or hooded eyes. Dr.Quatela is a skilled artist . My Interaction with his nurse practitioner Lauren was wonderful. She was so very patient with my pre and post surgery nerves. My best advice would be, take advantage of the aftercare provided at the center and definitely wear loose fitting clothes on surgery day. The nurses at the Lindsay house will appreciate it.

Complaint with the state but with my insurance company as well against one of the doctors. While hospitalized for a medical problem one of the doctors medically released me, at the time I believe he was an EAR NOSE & THROAT specialist. I was told prior to returning to work to go see him. Telling this doctor I was to weak to return to work he said he only saw me as a favor to the hospital so I needed to find another doctor and that he could only give me a note for the weeks I was hospitalized. I gave the note to my employer who noticed the note was on stationary indicating a hair transplant. Further research I discovered the "doctor" was not a specialist but an Intern.

It's been a little over a year since having some upper/lower eyelid work done by Dr. Quatela and I'm here to say, I couldn't be more pleased! As a local aesthetician, I wanted the 'best person for the job' and I knew (from years of very positive feedback his clients) he was the one. He provided EXACTLY what I was looking for. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Quatela. I currently live out of state and am so happy I chose to travel to my home town of Rochester to have him perform my procedures. I am 55 years old and had a face lift and lower bleph in March and my results have been nothing less than fantastic! The prospect of facial plastic surgery can be frightening and overwhelming but my entire experience with Dr. Quatela from the Lindsay House staff to the post op care I received at the Carriage House was incredible. I've been devistated and terrified with my Basal Cell Carcinoma and Mohs Surgery on my upper Lip in 2016 until I met Dr. Vito Quatela and his Nurse Practicioner - Julie Chatt; They treat me with the best attention and comfort my emotions all the time I came to see them. They always seen me for Appointment when I needed it right away after the Surgery. Doctor Quatella has definetly "gold hands" to do such plastic suregeries and treat you after. Jullie is very knowlegable, professional, attentive and very practical as well. I have not had my surgery yet (October 25). However, I have to write a review on my experience this far with DR.Koenig and his patient consultant, Lauren. When I called to originally look into the surgery, Lauren took the time to explain it to me and answer my “dumb” questions. Fast forward to my consultation, DR. Koenig and his team took their time and helped me get the right “fit” for what I was looking for. They answered all of my questions and concerns. What really sold me on this Doctor was the Patient consultant, Lauren. In my opinion, to have a down to earth, warm and knowledgable person to walk you through the process is so important. I felt like Lauren was an old friend and heard my concerns and answered them very honestly. She really sold me on the doctor’s work and the practice itself. You guys definitely have a solid employee! I’ll update my review when I get my surgery!

On June 7th 2018 I had a belt lift done by dr Kalnoki and I couldn't be more happy about the experience and results. I'd like to start by saying everyone was wonderful from the nurses to Dr Kalnoki to the receptionist. Dr Kalnoki has a artist's eye and her attention to detail was very impressive and showed by the final results. In addition to that I also recovered faster than normal with minimal scarring and no complications. If you are unsure of which plastic surgeon to use I wouldn't think twice about using quatela and Dr kalnoki again. I couldn't be happier and I look forward to having a arm lift done next year. Thank you Dr kalnoki for the wonderful job you have done.

Dr. Quatela did my rhinoplasty... from the start with my consultation he made me feel like I could trust him. He listened to my concerns and thoughts about my nose and it turned out amazing. I am only 12 days post op and my nose already looks fantastic. I’ve had such a great experience with not only him, but with the Quatela staff. If you live in Rochester or close by, go to Quatela you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to see what my nose looks like a month out from now. This has been such a fun and great experience. There is no better plastic surgeon. Dr. Quatela gave me both the nose as well as the lips of my dreams. He genuinely changed my entire life and made my face look even more like myself. Him and his entire team cares about all of their patients. He made every part of the rhinoplasty process extremely easy and almost painless. I get excited to see him every time I come in.
