MORTIFIED!!! I wanted first time Botox injections. I scheduled my appointment and was advised that Dr.Quatela does not do same day injections however, Dr.Lee does so I went with the recommendation of the scheduler and decided Dr. Lee was right for my time frame. I made it very clear that I wanted same day injections and that I wanted more information on injectables. I paid my consult fee immediately as that is a requirement. They booked first available which was a month out. I was so excited for this appointment and of course told several friends of my booking. I went in with so many questions in my mind and became immediately lost for words when I met with Dr. Lee. I wasn’t prepared for what happened next at all. Dr. Lee spent about 7 minutes with me said she didn’t “like messing with injectables” placed the back of her hand on my cheek pulled my skin back and said wouldn’t you look just beautiful if you had a lower facelift?? I was dying inside at that point. I went in for a quick refresh and had to then endure the conversation with the “marketer” of the proposed facelift... I planned to spending about $1500.00 and my quote was brace yourself 21 THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! excluding the healthcare providers discount of 10% and the additional $30 fee for the over night nurse that’s not included in the cost. The total of this would have been over 25k!! I left there questioning my whole look! Am I that far gone that I’m not eligible for Injectables? I’m only 45.... I booked this appointment because I met Dr. Quatela in an interview and I saw him as a strict but, gentle man with outstanding expertise. I am appalled at the bait and switch of this appointment. I paid $110 to be insulted.... I don’t usually write reviews unless it’s to help others on their journey. This is a business and from my experience I would NEVER GO BACK to them after they way I felt when I walked out of this place!! I made a very important call the next morning and was able to get the injections and the refreshed look I was trying to achieve all along. I am a candidate for injections EVERYONE IS!!! I had my first round on Friday and already see positive differences!!! Please go to a dermatology office or find a reputable facility that cares about the feelings and desires of their patients. The solution to this would have been to administer the injectables a few times and then if the desired results are not being achieved you suggest alternate procedures or the face lift. They put the cart before the horse on this one!!

Amazing experience with Dr. Quatela and the entire staff. I first encounter Dr. Q and the staff at one of their free seminars on rhinoplasty. With my attendance came a free consultation. I took them up on the offer and met Brooke. She walked me through the process and even showed potential 'after' photos. After a very brief time, I decided to go with the surgery. Finding a time and recovery period was going to be tough for my busy schedule. They called and said they had a cancellation and could I do it next week! The staff at the Lindsay House went above and beyond making sure everything was in place for me to get the surgery with less than a weeks notice. I process that usually takes much longer. The surgery went well. Dr. Q and the staff in the surgery center made me very relaxed and comfortable. I took advantage of spending the night at the Carriage House. The next day I was home by 10am! I healed very well with barely any bruising or swelling. I could see results right away. Over the next year, my nose got better and better looking. Dr. Q followed up with many appointments. At the end of the year, the doctor was sure I was not at my final look and continued to use his talents to make it the best it could be. Now, I am done and could not be any happier!! I felt in good hands with Dr. Q and staff. They all cared and felt like family when I went in for visits. I will actually miss going in!! DO yourself the favor, if you are unhappy with your look, go visit the fantastic team at the Lindsay House!

I live in New York Upstate and began looking for corrective surgery on my lips from a childhood screwup with scar tissue and loss of size. Interested in going anywhere in the country, I found the Quatela Center to be the most skilled and experienced for the work I wanted to do. Then, I connected with Dr. Lee and she developed a rapport and trust within me to bring health and balance back to my mouth, an area that I was insecure with for 25 years. Most doctors like to tell you what to do, not allow you to decide and she was the one who let me be the guide to my final look and comfort zone. I would give zero stars if that were even an option. I saw dr Koenig in 2012 for a breast augmentation. I ended up with a double bubble deformity and a ruptured implant. I have been working with another surgeon NOT affiliated with Quatela. Absolute biggest waste of money.

I cannot say enough about my experience. From the moment I met Dr. Amalfi I knew I was in good hands. She was so kind. She took the time to get to know me and made me feel so comfortable during the first visit. She listened to what I wanted and was very knowledgeable. She was empowering, supportive and very skilled at her craft. Every visit, especially the day of surgery I was very, nervous, but everyone on the staff made sure that I felt comfortable and told me what to expect. They were so kind and so compassionate. Not to mention, the building is gorgeous, clean and they kept a lot of the old architecture, but with a modern design. Every visit, even the surgery was done right there at the Lindsay House and it felt so welcoming. They had state of the art medical equipment, but I didn’t feel like I was in a hospital. Additionally, they have thought of everything when it comes to COVID-19 and your safety. After speaking with others and telling them about my experience I have heard even more great things about Dr. Quatela and their organization. They have really created a culture there that supports and makes every person feel important. The work they do to give back through HUGS was just the icing on the cake for me to know that I was making the right choice to work with them to meet my goals.

Choosing a doctor is something I do not take lightly, let alone a plastic surgeon. After weeks of research, I chose Dr. Ashley Amalfi and I could not be happier with my decision. She walked in the room for the first time, was so warm and welcoming that I genuinely felt like we had been friends for years. This was huge in my first impression of her as she was someone I was trusting my physical appearance to! She talked me though all my questions and fears leaving me feeling comfortable and confident with my decision. One year ago, I had a breast reduction and am kicking myself that I didn’t find her sooner to have it done! I suffered from horrible neck, back and shoulder pain for years, where most nights I cried it hurt so badly. I can honestly say from day 1 post-op, I have felt like a complete weight has been lifted off of me and I haven’t had a bit of that pain anymore. I have her to thank for that! It's been a little over 2 months since my breast reduction surgery performed by Dr. Amalfi and I am LITERALLY jumping for joy! I wanted someone who specifically specialized in faces … I wanted the Doctor, my Doctor would go to. I talked to a few cosmetic surgeons, and still didn’t get that ( I feel safe and confident feeling.)I continued to research, asked Questions, and listen intently to my medical friends. I wanted a surgeon that has knowledge, a lot of experience, and specialized in faces. Dr Quatela was recommended to me. When I called. The staff was professional, prompt, and informative. I am a healthy 23 year old who has always had disproportionate fat around my stomach region. I decided to go with Dr. Amalfi, who performed liposuction on my abdomen, love handles, and lower back. I am 3 months out from a mommy makeover and am thrilled with my results so far! After having 2 c sections and very large babies my stomach was a wreck. After having cancer and chemotherapy, year after year I lost more hair. I was very upset and started asking all my friends, and professionals that I knew about who would do a good job on hair restoration. Everyone I talked to said go to Dr. Quatela. I did and I received a FUT and followed up with PRP treatments. Wow what a difference. I am no longer embarrassed. Working with the patient consultant Brooke, I knew what to expect and when. Upon my final one year check up for my hair with Dr. Quatela I ventured to ask him what he thought about me doing a facelift and lots of questions. I was so shocked at the time he took to explain his suggestions and listen to his thoughts. Once he left the room Brooke and I went over details. I went home and talked to my husband, and he said, just book it! I waited until the day and in between made many calls to Brooke to ask this and that, she always answered my calls very quickly and answered all my questions. She made great recommendations, including have me stay the night of surgery in the carriage house. She was spot on, I could have never gone home and managed the first night and have to come back the net morning to be checked. I stayed and my nurse, Emily was so caring and attentive. I got up, and saw the doctor and then went home to start the healing. It is now only 8 weeks and I have a lot more healing to do but I am so very happy and everyday i look better. A friend I saw yesterday told me I lost 15 years! Every experience from the nurses to the reception, to Dr. Quatela is so outstanding! He assures me when I question different parts of the healing and I am enjoying this entire process completely. Being sent to the spa and the care that Karen gives me, which is part of your lift, is amazing! I am so happy I did this and look out when I am 6 or months out!! I could not be happier and would never go anywhere or recommend anyone or anywhere else. Oh and by the way, Dr. Quatela did so much more than I ever expected. It will be hard to find the words to do Dr Amalfi the justice she deserves, but her talent and skill is out of this world, with the personality to match. I consulted with her for a breast implant revision after I previously had breast augmentation by another board certified plastic surgeon with over 30 years experience and had horrible results. After 3 years of being so unhappy with my breast, and looking into many options for revision.. I kept coming across Dr Amalfi and read nothing but great reviews. But, after my previous unsuccessful surgery I was afraid I was doomed and would be stuck with these unattractive/deformed breast forever. I knew it would not be easy fix; if there was even going to be a fix for me at all.
