The receptionist and associate of Dr. Robichaud that saw me were both friendly, but I didn't enter see the doctor until more than hour after my appointment. The office had a very laid-back, unhurried feel, which is not ideal when you have better things to do with your time then sitting in the brightly colored office, flipping through a Reader's Digest.

I do not know if I have ever actually met Dr. Robichaud as no one has ever introduced them self as such and I have been handed off to others. I was supposed to have surgery. 9 days before the hospital tells me I am to have someone stay with me after... this was the first time I was hearing of this. Which nearly resulted in the surgery needing to be cancelled as it was short notice. His office and the hospital gave me conflicting time to arrive at the hospital. I had no contact from the doctor to tell me what if any limitations on activity would exist after surgery or other preparations were needed so I could properly prepare for it. In fact I never received ANY after care instructions at all. I got an automated message just before the surgery date giving me an appointment date after the surgery. (I assume a follow up) Due to a Anxiety Condition the complete lack of information, going to prep for surgery over an hour after surgery was supposed to begin, and still not being given any information about what to expect afterwards I had a panic attack triggering an Agoraphobic episode. Which I have been struggling with for several weeks. His office told me the appointment scheduled after the surgery would go ahead and I could talk to the doctor. I go to the appointment. The staff is unable to find something as simple as an appointment. I finally had enough and just walked out. He seems disinterested in his patients and his staff are incapable of providing even basic service. I will have to now look for a referral hopefully to a doctor that cares about their patients well being enough to have TUMOURS removed from my throat. Any trust I may have had has been totally eroded by the just total disinterest in ensuring a patient feels safe and is well informed and prepared. Literally all I ever needed was a good understanding of the healing process after surgery. This shouldn't be asking for the moon.

Dr Robichaud has not contacted me at all since my Surgery. It's been almost a week. He gave me instructions while I was being Sedated. SHAME If there was no stars. Then that would be my Grade on this individual. I have nothing good to say at all. I would not recommend his services what so ever. I wish that I had them out when I was younger.

My surgery for a deviated septum took place on a Thursday, by Saturday I had concerns, so I emailed the doc, he responded in an hour !! The following weekend was a long weekend and on Saturday at 9pm I had some major concerns about swelling/infection. The doc returned my email within a half hour !!!! On A LONG WEEKEND ! He had me send video/pics of my nose and decided , by 10pm to have me come see him on THE 1ST DAY after the LONG WEEKEND !! He scheduled me for 2 pm on the Tuesday, I cannot say enough about how great this man has made my experience! Any questions or concerns are taken serious and in a very orderly manner. Thanks Dr Robichaud and staff !!! You ROCK Doc !

I would recommend Dr. Jeff Robichaud to anyone looking to have nasal surgery or rhinoplasty. I have had issues breathing for years due to sports injuries, as well as cosmetic issues from breaking my nose numerous times. Within 2 weeks, I got an appointment consultation booked with Dr. Robichaud! When consulting with him, he went through all of my options and thoroughly described the procedures and processes that I would encounter through surgery. I felt comfortable and confident that he and his staff would take great care of me.
