I was referred to rigan, so i called and was inquiring about a consult, for possible removal and other adjustments of prior augmentation... however the lady on the phone was very dissmissive and told me to return to my original surgeon from 11 years ago....apparently you cant seek solutions from different surgeons. Quite silly, but thought it was aggrivating...

Dr. Rigan didn’t say one word to me the day I went in for my procedure. He never explained what he was going to be doing or what I should expect afterwards. The nurse was pleasant but he on the other hand is not friendly at all and I think that’s very unprofessional. The whole process just seemed rushed. Almost like they couldn’t push me out of the back door fast enough. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I will not go back to him for anything.

I would rate him zero if it was an option. I went to Dr. Rigan for a Mohs procedure. His nurse made it extremely difficult for me to schedule to the procedure. On top of that, Dr. Rigan told me he didn’t think it was necessary. I let him talk me into a regular proceed. The day of surgery, he didn’t say a single word to me. Not “good morning” not “good bye”. Nothing. Completely silent during the entire procedure. Which I felt was very rude and unprofessional. I received a call 2 weeks later that he didn’t get all of it and that I need to come back it. I was so furious that I started looking into other doctors so I could do the mohs procedure. Only to find out that Dr. Rigan isn’t certified to perform that process. So my question is, why would he misrepresent his practice by telling me he does mohs surgery? I would never recommend this lying cheat of a surgeon.
