In and out in 45 min very good doctors.

First and last time. Went in with severe level pain, got an awful attitude from triage nurse because I should have gone to ER. Person who did my registration also gave me attitude when I tried simply explaining to her the situation. She said to me ‘i don't know what your ‘something’ problem is, I’m not a nurse, she is”. Then proceeded to wait hours to be seen after that, even though they knew the severity of my pain. And we were the only ones there lol. Why study for four+ years to be a nurse if you’re just going to be a b**** to your patients! No sympathy or empathy from these two people at all.

Came here for a visit with my mother because my uncle is staying at this hospital... The staff on the fourth floor very inconsiderate and rude don't know how to implement rules. And completely ruined our visit... I was floored by them telling my by niece and my daughter ages 4&3 could not attended the visit. No one told us this at the front desk or while visiting. The muse at front desk that do screenings said the little ones were okay to go in gave us all masks. And mid visit we are rudely ask to leave not even being able to have a proper goodbye.. I am appalled by the dynamic of your rules if this hospital is going to make rules they should make sure that all staff are implementing them at the designated times. This isn't even a hospital it's a hospice I understand that it's covid but we all need to see our family still and the way they treated my family was very disrespectful I will never be recommending this hospital to anybody.

I took my daughter to Urgent Care overnight. The nurse that took care of us was amazingly sweet. It's a long drive for us, but worth it to not have to wait hours. Thank you

Shocked at how rude and unhelpful the nursing staff was here.

The nurses and other staff are amazing and we are always in and out.

Don't ever go to this hospital if your in any pain the staff is rude and will tell you to go to a different hospital or don't come back unless you get hit by a car. One doctor yelled at my 3 year old daughter for crying because she had a bad ear infection and told me to get her out of his sight

Horrible experience! Go elsewhere. I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give zero stars!!! 10 year old daughter might have broken her foot so we rushed her to urgent care. Parked where it said patient parking (sign was a P with a green circle on it which typically means free parking for a limited time) Obvi, I got a $49 ticket. I mentioned it to the patients sitting less than 3 feet away on either side and they checked and they also got tickets. No triage at first so just sitting next to coughing patients who claim to have been in contact with Covid positive case and she walked in without a mask! Also, they keep moving us down to the next chair without cleaning the chairs or disinfecting them. The chairs are less than 6 feet apart. I, the parent, was kept standing the entire time as I wasn’t allowed to move a chair close to my daughter for some reason. I have a few pictures and videos of the set up and wish I could share them here. It’s a joke! And it a funny one. The ticket company is private and not city so they won’t see a penny! The entire experience from the moment we checked in until we left was horrible and inexcusable.
