I don’t even know where to begin..my journey with Dr. Dawli has changed my life. When I went for my first consultation in April of 2019 to have her look at my ears I was terrified. I was a quiet, insecure girl, who was self-conscious because of my ears and because i wanted to make a difference in my life. Throughout my time with Dr. Dawli and the lovely ladies of Buffalo Plastic Surgery, I wouldn’t be as confident in myself today if it wasn’t for the BPS’s team. The women of BPS are phenomenal people, my experience with them has been life changing. Dr. Dawli welcomed me with open arms, she didn’t criticize me because I was only 16, she saw me as a person. I was greeted into a really cute waiting room area where it smelled clean and nice and the receptionist was super friendly and I filled out paperwork on the iPad. Then I went into a really nice room with upbeat music playing (which actually calmed me down) was given options, pricing, answered questions. Then the Dr. Came in and she was sweet and personable. I was getting botox injections and was super nervous but her calm demeanor and quickness with the needle..I barely felt the 5-8 jabs they did in my forehead (I think that was the amount) it was very easy and not painful. I really was nervous it would hurt but it barely felt like anything besides a tiny pinching feeling that immediately went away. I know the results aren't immediate so I'll report back when I see a difference BUT everything leading up to this was 5/5 stars. They also pay for your parking! Sweet bonus. Update: The results were so noticeable and amazing but not permanent as I knew was the case. I had a really great experience here and will be biking another appointment asap.

She explained both procedures in great detail, gave me accurate pricing information, and made me very comfortable. Soooooo happy I chose this place to go to. I am in my 30s and from the time I was 28 I’ve been thinking about Botox once I actually hit 38 became more of a I better do it I want to preserve my youthful look. I would do all this research and I delayed for a bit because of a combination of being scarred from reading all the potential complications and random reviews that were less than stellar at other places. I was sure when I wanted to finally do this that I had to have an actual certified plastic surgeon be the one to be injecting me. I was beyond excited to finally find this place and the staff was amazing and the procedure was SO EASY! Literally painless to me, not even the slight discomfort I had been expecting from a needle in the forehead!! Amazing and can’t wait for a few months from now to return!

I’ve tried every kind of lotion and potion for the cellulite and dimples on my buttock and it didn’t help one bit. I was very excited to try QWO to treat the dimples on my buttock! I met with Dr. Dawli and her staff and was assessed and advised I was an excellent candidate for this treatment. They were extremely professional and realistic about my expectations. I was advised I’d have bruising and soreness after each treatment( 3 in total.) The first treatment involved identifying my cellulite and then the shots in the buttock. Very little pain initially and easy to get done. I definitely had bruising and soreness sitting for about 5-6 days but was still able to workout and not really any down time at all. The second treatment was even easier. The treatments are all done about 3 weeks ago. I have my 3rd treatment coming up in a few weeks, but I have already noticed a difference in my buttock and minimizing the appearance of cellulite and dimples! It’s pretty amazing. I’m very happy I tried this and look forward to completing the last treatment and being pool and beach ready for the summer! Dr. Dawli and the incredible staff were very easy to work with and answered any questions I had. I look forward to coming back for procedures in the future!!

I had a chemical peel at BPS last week and it was amazing to say the least! The nurse, Diane, was super sweet and easy to talk to. I have never had a chemical peel done professionally. She explained everything she was doing, as well as which types of products she was using, as she went along so I was never wondering what was going on during the treatment. Dr. Dawli did several surgical procedures on me and I was very happy with my results. My first procedure was Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty I waited a long time considering having this surgery. She was informative & more importantly I trusted her. She was very professional & had a great bedside manner. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I had some minor swelling & bruising all around my eyes but I was not in any pain. From the day of surgery to the day my stitches were removed I did not experience any pain. I went back 6 days later to have the stitches removed. I actually was more nervous over having the stitches removed then I was about the surgery. After a couple of months I went back to Dr. Dawli for Botox injections on my forehead and the results were perfect. Dr. Dawli took her time making sure each injection was exactly right.I was 58 and after having 2 babies, I found that, even though I take good care of my body, I was self-conscious about how my breasts looked. The results that I have now are excellent and I am extremely happy. I am so very glad and lucky that I made the right choice of having the procedure done by Dr. Dawli. I was touched by how intently she listened to me, and how much she wanted my breasts to match my expectations. Over the years I have listened to other women tell me their cosmetic surgeons didn't listen to them, making their breasts too big---or not respecting what they had agreed upon pre-op. Not so with Dr. DawliI also decided to try Restylane to improve the look of the small lines around my mouth and I am happy I did. I had surgery two weeks ago and my first night out of surgery Dr. Dawli not only called me once but three times to make sure I was feeling well and made sure I was settling in at home alright. Buffalo Plastic Surgery was a very pleasantly run, upbeat place to work with. The office staff was always courteous, never made me feel rushed, and ANSWERED THEIR PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY!
