I went to Aesthetic Associates Center for a second opinion on major restorative/preventative work after feeling rushed and unheard at another practice. AAC is modern and inviting. Everyone there has made me feel welcomed - which is a relief when visiting a new office. With a lifetime of dental issues, I've been to many dentists, and have often felt shamed or lectured in the past - I left AAC feeling comfortable and taken care of. I feel like Dr. Tambor actually listened to me and cares how I am feeling about my teeth and the suggested treatment plans. He is communicative, kind, and honest. Peter was also incredibly helpful regarding payment and financing options. I am so glad I found AAC for that second opinion. I am looking forward to starting my treatment - I will update my review once my major work is finished...though I am confident that I will be returning for all my future needs.

I have teeth that fracture easily, even though I've gone to the dentist regularly all my life. Dr. Todd and his staff, have made my smile beautiful. The latest in cosmetic dentistry, which you may not need but I and one of my daughters do. It looks so great, other dentist wanted to do this and pull that, not Aesthetic Associates, they make it work. My youngest daughter and my teeth are glowing. It's so great to be able to go to the dentist with confidence that you're getting the best. The techs always remember your name, they are the best most gentle, I've ever had.

Can you imagine your front bottom tooth breaking off on Valentines Day !! Well it happened to me. I called Dr. Shatkins office as I have had work done there before. They called me back immediately. I talked with Dr. Diane and she was very comforting and had me come to the office at 8 am. Needless to say, I walked out with another great smile. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a winning smile to go to Dr. Shatkin. You won't be disappointed. I broke my molar while eating salt water taffy, this tooth broke into a million pieces. Dr. Shatkin placed an implant and crown in about 20 minutes. No pain, no discomfort. I can chew and eat on it just like a normal tooth, you can't even tell the difference. I definitely recommend Dr. Shatkin to any of my friends and family.

The office is ALWAYS prompt with calling you back for your appointment. The staff is very friendly and the office is always nice and clean. I was pleased to get in right away when one of my porcelain veneers fell off, however my visit was underwhelming at beat. The staff and assistants were pleasant. Dr. Shatkin was rushed and arrogant, he barely said Hello and was standing the whole time. He stuck his hand in my mouth, barked some orders at me about how to my hold my mouth, barked orders at the assistants, didn't explain what he was doing and glued the veneer back in. All happened in less than 5 minutes. He then asked if I would come to get my cleaning here next, I felt put on the spot so I said, "yes". He responded, "well I'll just charge you $200 for this then." Not only did I find him to be rude, but he didn't even clean the old cement off of the back of my tooth before putting the new cement/ glue on. Another veneer fell off a different tooth in the past and they cleaned off all the old cement/glue before reapplying. It took about 20 minutes as opposed to <5 minutes, but I left feeling confident that it would hold and not get bacteria in the crevices. I am not confident of this one and am highly disappointed in the expeeience.

Excellent dental practice with the latest technology. Hygentists are very nice and friendly. The scheduling staff will accomdate your work schedule to get in. Would highly recommend.

Best place to get ANY dental work done. I have had multiple root canals done here by a different doctor each time. They really care about your comfort and that is not easy to do. The facilities are extremely inviting and the dental assistants made me relax and release my anxieties. Lea is the best! I will be back... Not that I'm proud of that ????.

I had two mini implants in Dr. Shatkin's office the week before Christmas, which required that I fly up to Buffalo from Houston on Tuesday and back on Thursday. The procedure took only an hour on Wednesday morning which allowed the rest of the day to visit Lockport, the Erie Canal, and Niagara Falls. I had practically no discomfort and totally enjoyed the sightseeing. The next day, I had a follow-up visit, which took a few minutes and gave us plenty of time for sightseeing in Buffalo. My appearance is great and I no longer suffer from chosing between the humiliation of missing teeth and the discomfort of wearing a removable denture. Dr. Shatkin has my highest recommendation.

I have been going to Dr.Shatkin since 2005 when I had mini implants put in. Dr.Shatkin is wonderful! His staff are friendly and curteous. I always feel at ease when I go in for any adjustments to my dentures (usually minor ones). If you are like me and dread going to a dentist, then I Highly suggest you give Dr.Shatkin a try!

After watching Dr. Shatkin on tv and YouTube, I knew this was the dentist I wanted to do mini implants for me. My first visit was for a free consultation and x-rays. My appointment was right on time. I was greeted by friendly staff members who made me feel comfortable. Dr. Shatkin reviewed my x-rays and together we planned and scheduled a plan of action. I was impressed with the exam rooms and how bright, clean and modern looking they were. The prices quoted me seemed high, but after breaking down each procedure, I believe the prices are competitive. I will gladly give another review once the scheduled work is completed. By having Dr. Shatkin work on my teeth, this is no indication of me being unhappy with my dentist's work in Jamestown. I have an excellent dentist in Jamestown and am very pleased with his work, but he does not offer mini-implants.

He helped me get set up on a program that saved my teeth from gingivitis when another Dentist just wanted to do surgery and charge a ungodly amount of money. I have referred many friends and family to him. I will never use another dentist again.

I had a free consult for PicoSure laser tattoo removal this morning. After reading the consent form I was having second thoughts about the procedure, but decided to stay to talk to the doctor about my concerns. Kay B., The dermatologist or RN (not sure which) who saw me had no empathy for my concerns and treated me like I was garbage. She started off the conversation stating that the procedure is basically a 'crap shoot', and they can't guarantee anything. Not being able to guarantee how the procedure will turn out is understandable, believe me I did my research, but the way she presented the outcomes of this type of procedure to me was very unprofessional. After telling me about how I would have to protect the area after treatment, she then decided to give me the 'sun block lecture'. After telling her I wear sunblock almost every day she shook her head 'no' and says "Really? then what happened to your forehead?" Stunned, I answered "My freckles?" She then responded with "Sun damage you mean, and you already have wrinkles on your forehead which is sad for someone who is 23." The nasty tone of her voice and her gestures made this very uncomfortable. I could not believe she insulted me and basically called me a liar. Let me remind you this was the first time ever seeing this person or being in this office. I naturally have a lot of freckles and moles all over my body and have them checked regularly for abnormalities. I have never in my life been talked down by or belittled more by a physician than in those moments. After she was done insulting me, I told her I didn't want the treatment done and she she replied with "Good, dont" and I left the office. I came to this office for a tattoo removal consult only to receive harsh criticism about the skin on my face. I do not recommend going to this office unless you enjoy being talked down to, disrespected, and yelled at by so called 'professionals'. Was really hoping for a good experience based off of what I read about the Aesthetic Associates Centre online. I have background in healthcare and never treated my patients with the disrespect that I received this morning.

Going to the dentist has always been difficult for me, but after an accident a few years ago, Dr. Shatkin put me back together again and has stuck by his work ever since. I am writing this review for my wife. These people are not tryng to fix a tooth they are trying to sell you a package at 4700.00 to 5800.00 per trip. The did an implant on 1 and a crown both had to be removed within a year . they say that there work is backed up with a five year warrenty . Than why did my tooth have to be removed at a cost of 4700.00 These people could care less about there clients they have students do most of the work and they don't even know how to suction properly. Take my word for it you do not want to go to the dental clinic. yours theresa waknsey

I have to say first that I hadn't been to a Dentist in about 30 yrs. It came back to bite me! I had a very painful back tooth. I waited in the waiting room sitting next to a tranquil waterfall which took my mind off of my tooth for about 30 minutes. Within 40 minutes I was Pain Free!!. Within an hour I was walking out the door a very Happy Man!! This place is Clean and Professional!! I Loved it! I Will Definitely Spread The Word!! P.S.- Everybody on the Staff were courteous and Professional!! Loved The Whole Team!!
