Love the service I received at Bense Surgispa. I had laser tattoo removal treatment on a Friday afternoon. During my consultation, the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. She explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. I received prompt service from Bense. Even though I got voicemail when I first called, I left a message and my call was returned the same day. The tattoo removal procedure didn't hurt as bad as I was expecting, the woman who performed the procedure offered to take breaks if I needed it, which I didn't. They called me on Monday to follow up to see how I was doing. I have noticed that my tattoo has faded quite a bit even after one treatment. I followed the after-care instructions given to me and noticed no bad blistering and didn't have any pain in the couple days after. I have booked my next treatment and am looking forward to it. Bense also offered me multiple coupons and ways to save money which is great!! Bense also has very attractive physical layout and office!

What a difference!! Bense SurgiSpa are experts! Just look at the before and after photos and you quickly see that results are amazing. Best of all is the fantastic customer service and knowledgeable staff. My favorite is that they are supportive, patient and knowledgeable answering any questions without being pushy about their services. They coach the patient and then follow up on their procedures. You're more than a dollar bill here at this clinic!! I highly recommend!

On Mar 11/15 I had both upper and lower blepharoplasty and lower lid resurfacing. The experience from start to finish was wonderful, and the results are amazing. The staff are excellent and I highly recommend Bense SurgiSpa.

I was nervous first to check into the tattoo removal procedure, But on March 3rd, I got the nerve and made a appointment at Bense SurgiSpa to get it checked out and to see what was involved. It was one of the best consultation appointments I've ever had! The staff were superb and so very helpful. They put all my concerns and questions about the procedure to rest.They helped me in the most professional way. A big thank you to the staff. I left Bense SurgiSpa so very proud and thankful that I had decided to go this route and get my tattoos removed. I can't wait till I start my first treatment!!!! Kudos to the neat establishment and staff!!! :)

I am so happy with my experience at Bense SurgiSpa, the staff are very welcoming and they make you feel right at home. They are very helpful, professional and informative. I had gone elsewhere for a consultation and was told accutane was my only option, after I said no to that powerful drug for many obvious reasons, I was treated as if I was wasting the time of the nurse, no at home skin care was recommended or in clinic treatments.... I paid for my consultation and left feeling very discouraged... So I then called Bense and set up a free consultation, what a difference! I was provided with a folder full of info about all the services offered, I saw Jackie, she is fabulous and very informative. I then met with Dr. Adams and she provided me with more information on my skin and needs. I bought a preventative skin care line for at home use and booked in for clinic procedures to help me out with my breakouts. I have been to the clinic a few times now and the experience is still just as great as the first time, along with my skin making a major improvement without the use of Accutane. I am so happy I made the decision to call them after my horrible experience at a different clinic. I would highly recommend anyone to go see the great staff at Bense SurgiSpa for any of your skincare and body needs !!!
