ZERO STARS FOR THIS IDIOT CRACK POT WHO HAS NO MANNERS AND NO ETIQUETTE WHEN IT COMES TO BOOKING APPOINTMENTS. SEEN HIM IN THE FRACTURE CLINIC WITH A BROKEN JAW AT ST. JOSEPHS IN TORONTO HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR 1 PM WAS SEEN APPROXIMATELY AT 4PM- HOWEVER EVERYONE THERE HAD THE SAME APPOINTMENT TIME FOR 1PM -WHO SCHEDULES SUCH APPOINTMENTS WITH NO REGARDS FOR THEIR PATIENTS EXCEPT THEMSELVES AND VALUES ONLY HIS OWN TIME POINT ONE. WHEN ASKING THIS DOCTOR A SIMPLE QUESTION IN REGARDS TO WIRING MY JAW OR PLATES THAT MAY BE NEEDED HE WENT WITH THE "IF WE WERE IN THE WILD TREATMENT IT WOULD HEAL NATURALLY" SO IF WE ARE IN THE WILD AM I SCHEDULED FOR APPOINTMENTS WEEKLY WAITING IN HIS OFFICE FOR HOURS AT A TIME SO HE CAN BILL OHIP FOR THE TIME. HE HAD INTERN WITH HIM AND MADE THE POOR INTERN FEEL HORRIBLE FOR ASKING A SIMPLE QUESTION- IS HIS JOB NOT TO TEACH THE INTERN ? EVEN WHEN I ASKED HIM A QUESTION IN REGARDS TO X-RAYS AND IF HE WAS GOING TO X-RAY MY JAW AGAIN -IT WAS AS THOUGH HE WAS TOO PRE-OCCUPIED TO EVEN ANSWER MY QUESTION WITH A RESPONSE UNTIL I HAD TO ASK THE QUESTION AN ADDITION 3 TIMES BEFORE FINALLY GETTING A BARKED RESPONSE FROM THIS IDIOT DOCTOR WHO HAS MORE ATTITUDE THAN COMPASSION - IS THAT NOT WHAT DOCTORS ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLASTICS SPECIALIST STEER FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS NUT JOB - WHO HAS NO TIME NO SCHEDULING MANNERS OR RESPECT FOR HIS PATIENTS TIME AND NO PATIENCE WHEN IT COMES TO DEALING WITH HIS OWN PATIENTS.

I would give zero stars to this no mannered, arrogant a-hole. Went for a consultation that lasted all of 5 minutes and did not have the time to explain or answer any of my questions regarding the removal of a cyst. Not even sure why I decided to go with him. Got the cyst removed the same week at the hospital and he was so rude. One month later and the pain from the cyst and where he violently scraped behind my ear is still there and now I have a very painful bump where he operated. He doesn't know what he's doing and now I'm going to a different plastic surgeon to fix what he messed up and to see if the pain and bump can be operated on.

I received a reminder voicemail for my appointment tomorrow with Dr. Fielding. Unfortunately, no one from his office or my referring doctor had ever called me in the first place to let me know I had an appointment. When I called Dr. Fielding's office, I got a busy signal with no way to leave a message. After calling for 15 minutes I was able to get through and I asked if their phone system had gone down. The receptionist was proud to say that they didn't do voicemail. I asked to reschedule my appointment and she said that one person in the office was capable of scheduling appointments, she wasn't there today, she didn't have voicemail, and I should call tomorrow. Dr. Fielding could be a good doctor but if his medical training is as competent and up-to-date as his office management, I would be very nervous to have him operate on me.

This guy is worse worse worse doctor and human being Rude rude rude ALL ABOUT THE MONEY MONEY MONEY AND HOW MANY PATIENTS HE CAN CRAM JNTO A DAY WAITED 4-5 hours to see him then the PHYCHO DOCTOR HAD THE NERVE TO SCHEDULE ME IN WEEKLY SAME TIME 1pm Same time as the rest of 20-30 patients scheduled all for 1pm He expects respect for his time yet has no respect for anyone. HE SHOULDNT PRACTICE MEDICINE THIS MAN IS HEARTLESS

Dr Fielding has changed my life. I am a young 25ish year old male who had gynecomastia. Dr Fielding offers a significantly lower price for bilateral excision gynecomastia compared to other private clinics I've seen, and the work he has done on my chest has honestly made me a completely different person. It has brought my confidence back. He removed the perfect amount of material so that my chest is now flat and perfect. He went over every aspect of the surgery with me beforehand, allowed me to voice any concerns I had, and honestly made the entire process incredibly simple. He's also just genuinely a very friendly guy (and showed much interest in the work I do in grad school). He is a very well renowned plastic surgeon, involved in medical education at UofT. Both during the surgery, and at the followup, he was accompanied by some sort of medical student. Somehow this put me at ease, and showed me that this is a person I could trust with my very personal problem, I saw him then as a teacher figure, an expert. If I shook this mans hand long enough to show him how much his service meant to me, it would be an awkwardly long handshake. Thank you Dr Fielding.

I have had the most horrible experience with them that left me heartbroken and in a lot of emotional pain.... they denied me a service because I am a trans woman. If anyone have any sense of humanity, please don't support such a transphobic surgeon. He violated the OHRC and the Bill C-16. I am shocked that such folks are still allowed to practice their cruelty on others. :( ;(

Horrible experience. I agree with a few of the people here, no manners and arrogant. I took my sister in law there and he wouldn't even listen to her issue as soon as we mentioned Ohip. She had called OHIP and they said they covered her surgery but he tried to turn it into a bigger profit for himself and said he doesn't do that surgery. And to top it all off, his receptionist is so rude and dry.

I saw Dr Fielding for a ganglion cyst aspiration and he was gentle and kind with his words. He took the time to calm me down when I was nervous about the needle and made small talk during the procedure to pass the time. I found him to be genuine and compassionate on the two occasions I had appointments with him. Keep in mind, he is extremely busy and, as for all specialists, can be back logged for appointments (I had a minimal wait time of 30-40 minutes at his clinic). I had two cysts growing beside each other and he aspirated the first one successfully, I will be back for him to do the second in a few months.

I don’t get why there’s any bad reviews. I have seen him 3 different times for various surgery’s/cosmetic needs. And his prices blow everyone out of the water, and Im beyond impressed with the work. In late November 2020, during the Covid lockdown I had the pleasure of being seen and operated on by Dr. Fielding for an advanced case of Dupuytren's contraction in my left hand. 2 of my fingers had been affected and were permanently deflected about fr70 degrees. Dr. Fielding explained the procedure and booked me in for surgery at St. Joseph hospital. I chose to only have the nerve block freezing with no sedation so I was completely aware of what was going on during the surgery. I will be honest, after an hour in with the turneque on it was uncomfortable but now, 9 months later, it was worth it. He took the time during the procedure, even though he is only given a flat rate by the government to ensure it was done correctly. My hand is now perfect. Thank you so much Dr. Fielding for your excellent work.

This is going to be a long review, but I feel strongly about it. First off my surgery results look absolutely amazing. Had I received results half of what I got I would have been happy. So thank you, DR. Fielding. Second prior to going to see DR. Fielding I did read a lot of reviews and did research, some of the comments worried me. I truly believe that people confused his honesty with arrogance. He is really a great Doctor, but he does let you know what is possible and what isn't, which I think is a good trait in any Doctor. He never rushed me to do anything, gave me all the details and covered concerns. The day of my surgery He also somehow remembered something I told him in passing about my job from our appointment two months prior. It was a small thing, but me being a nervous wreck the humanity calmed me down a bit. Dr. Fielding is a busy Dr so this review isn't so much for him, but more so anyone who was in my shoes needing a Surgeon but didn't know how to pick one. Thank you again.

I’ve been visiting Dr Craig Fielding for over 4 years now for my chest wall keloid. Dr Craig is the most professional, well mannered & kind Dr I have ever met. He’s was always very pleasant with me and usually asked me how my daughter is doing. I look down at my chest wall and feel so happy I chose the right Doctor. Excellent manners, warm and compassionate attitude, and the best advise what to do and how to do. I was amazed to read the reviews of some patients about him. It is not true that he is all about money, it is such a lie. Dr. Fielding always tries to do the best for his patients. I like very much Leslie, his receptionist - she is very straight to the point.
