So where do I start? So many great things about this wonderful place! I will list it all! I’m two days out of my liposuction procedure and feeling better already. I decided to go to Clinic360 because I trust the patient care pro, Alina, wholeheartedly! Dr. Gaid was amazing and despite some hiccups due to COVID, I was accommodated according to my very busy photography studio schedule. Dr. Gaid was also excellent in being the gentlest soul and the best anesthesiologist! My surgeon was Dr. Plant — I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Plant. He is very professional and transparent. I like it when my doctors are straight forward and honest! I haven’t had good experiences with male doctors when I was a minor but Dr. Gaid and Dr. Plant really did make the experience very trustworthy. The nurses were also amazing, especially nurse Claire who was exceptionally committed to proving great care immediately following the procedure. I highly recommend Clinic360. Their pricing is also very competitive for the quality they provide. Alina went the extra mile and travelled all the way to me to drop off some after-care supplies. I’m so impressed by the whole experience. Thanks to the entire team! You guys really are the best!

I had Gastric sleeve surgery on 02/22/2019 My surgery was done by Dr, Hazrati and Dr, Irshad and Dr Gaid Dr Hazrati is so welcoming and doesn't rush you at all even tho his office is always so busy, my surgery went amazing my scaring is minimal. my follow ups with him are so exciting because he is just as happy as I am with my progress. Dr Gaid is the nicest Man I have met in my life, he is so caring and remembers small details about me. He even called my while he was on vacation with his family because I was not feeling well. He made me feel important. The nurses and the staff are also incredible, they took such great care of me and made me so comfortable and at home while recovering. Alina is the BEST! she always follows up and makes sure I am happy and healthy. I asked her about 100 questions and she was always quick to respond and never seemed irritated by all my questions. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT PLACE THIS IS IT!!!!!!!!

Clinic 360 was a life changer for me. After having my gastric sleeve done by Dr Kundal I habe lost 90lbs and still going strong. Alina was so patient with me answering all my 1000 questions before and after the surgery. I can't express how greatful I am to everyone at clinic360 with the care I received. Dr Kundal has been seeing me every month to keep an eye on my progress and to motivate me along. This was the best decision I've made to undergo gastric sleeve, it has changed my life. I'm more confident, I can go to the gym and have enough energy to do cardio and most importantly I can run around chasing my kids. Amazing group of professionals. From the very first phone call. I have had plenty of experience with companies that provide cosmetic alterations and everyone at Clinic 360 is extremely polite, friendly and informed. Dr. Plant is a phenomenal cosmetic surgeon with the skills of a senior surgeon. My breasts were badly botched by a different doctor, and Dr.Plant performed miracles, giving me the beautiful breasts I'd been after for 16 yrs. I used to be a regular patient of Dr. Plant. When my clients complained about him being rude, arrogant and inconsiderate of their needs, I truly did not take that seriously. Until Today. My grandmother, an elderly individual, came to her appointment eight minutes late only to get a call that the appointment is cancelled because she is late. She did call in advance that due to traffic she will be five minutes late. When I confronted Dr. Plant about it, he says "that is because you are always late" (mind you, one time I paid extra to have Dr. Plant come on Sunday so I am not late). Meanwhile, Dr. Plant was always late for his appointments with me but I never reproached him for it. Dr. Plant decided to punish an elderly individual because he was in a bad mood and because he wanted to teach me a lesson. With his own patients, he has a different attitude. With Clinic 360 patients like me he decides to teach a lesson on being late and decides that an elderly cannot be his patient because she was eight minutes late. Meanwhile, Dr.Plant's "punishing" habits are making clinic360 lose a hefty amount of profit. Needless to say, I will not be clinic360's patient any more. I will not recommend to anybody to go to this place ever again. You are better off to have your needs met elsewhere.

This clinic saved my life! First we start with the beautiful ladies at the front desk, who are kind and sweet and go the extra mile! They check on me all the time, to make sure I am ok, they supported me months before my surgery and Months after, making sure I am happy healthy and ok, they made me feel so cared about, and supported they treat you like family, I am so grateful for these ladies. They even supported my Husband during my surgery, making him feel safe and comfortable. He was very anxious while I was having surgery and when he had to leabe me there in my venerable state, and these ladies took care of him like family as well, and he wasn't even the patient! Then you habe the nurses, I felt so safe this was the most valuable I have ever been in my life, they treated me amazing, got me everything I needed right away, came as soon as I asked for them. The nurse also helped my husband when he became ill right away. She took care of him while I was in surgery and made sure he was ok while, I was waking up. Then you have the anesthesiologist he was amazing Inam afraid to be put to sleep it is one of my biggest fears, he turned that fear into a trustworthy feeling, i trustwd him with my life and came out alive and healthy. He was very understanding and a very sweet and kind man. Then we habe the surgeons, they took the time to asnwer all my questions, and gave me great advice for after my procedure and helped me feel secure and safe before my surgery. You want a surgeon to be welcoming and caring, after all these people are going to be cutting you open ! You need to feel safe! And that's exactly what they did! After everything, When I get more surgery Ill be going back to Clinic 360 their is no where else I would rather be! Why would you ever want to fo anywhere else!? Do you want to be in the best of hands ? Do you want to be safe ? Do you want to be treated like family? Then Clinic 360 is where you want to be!

I love the atmosphere and the service from Clinic 360. I saw a waxing promotion for September at this clinic and tried it out. It was a clean and beautiful medi spa and the waxing was very well done, and hygienic ( no double dipping like other places). I would highly recommend trying this place!!!

Dont know where to start with this clinic...I had 2 procedures done here by dr B . Couldnt of been a better choice made. Hes an amazing person and an amazing surgeon. The staff at clinic 360 the nurses.. the management...everything and everyone here should get 10 stars...5 stars feels too low of a rating lol. Alina is just an amazing person inside and out. She really really cares about her staff and her patients/customers. Shes always there to help with any questions and she goes above and beyond for everyone. Best management thus far. The front reception is amazing also. They are super kind and sweet and always so caring and friendly. They are super informative and always answer ur questions and try to help. I wanted to keep coming to this clinic for other services and I tried dermaplaning for the first time a couple weeks ago. It was done by Jana. My first time meeting her that day. And she is honestly the besttttt!!!!! She did an amazing job and gave me the best first experience!!! Literally booked another session right after !!! She is super kind and super knowledgeable!! I literally talked to her and asked her a million questions during the treatment and she was just so amazing!!! She gave me plenty of pointers and info about other skin issues I've had and I'm just overall super super happy with this clinic and their service. She knew what she was talking about and explained the reasoning for it. I'm so protective because im used to people just taking money and running without quality service. I can’t thank Clinic 360 enough! They have been phenomenal during my journey with bariatric surgery. I initially chose them as I found their website answered everything I wanted to know, I found their Instagram, @360sleeve, so informative and Alina and her team were friendly and professional. My consult with Dr Gaid went well, so I booked my surgery for April 2021. They helped with all the arrangements and preparations as we were flying in from Edmonton and you get a dietician and access to the bariatastic app, which is awesome. Surgery went well with the wonderful Dr Irshad and they all looked after me like I was a part of their special family, going above and beyond at every opportunity. My partner and I were blown away! Even now, two months on, I have regular check ups with them and the dietician. They make this journey so special for their patients and you become part of the Clinic 360 family. My thanks to everyone at the clinic for your ongoing support.

At two weeks post-op the results have far exceeded what I had imagined and the results are stunning. My first time at Clinic 360 was an amazing experience. They have a beautiful state of the art facility that was super clean and hygienic. I got a silk peel, microdermabrasion, high frequency and finished it all off with an IV Drip Therapy that had me leaving feeling like a king. Their staff was very professional, knowledgeable (can't forget beautiful) and go above and beyond with their hospitality and customer service. I have suffered from food addiction nearly all my life (as of this date, I’m 30 years old). I was turned down by a gastric sleeve clinic because I was below the minimum by a single point (I felt so discouraged at that point). In early-September I decided to call the 360 clinic and see if I was eligible for gastric sleeve. The 360 receptionist was sweet and assured me I was eligible but a few tests would be required (blood, urine and a heart test). I was in a rush and wanted the procedure the same month. I don’t know how they managed it but they got me in on Sep 11, 2021 (thank you team 360). It is now January 5th 2022. I went from 180 pounds to 143 pounds (and I’m still losing). I never thought I would see the 40s so fast. They equipped me with a dietician early on that helped me with my journey (in which foods to eat and when) and nutrition. The entire experience was close to perfection. The day of the procedure I came in really early. They showed me all the rooms and I had a say in which room I preferred. I wanted the one right in front of the nurse’s station in case something happened to me. The nurses were kind and gentle. I feel this deep appreciation for them all. Big Y (you know who you are) – I love you! I could and still feel real care from the clinic. I would say that is the most appreciated piece to all of this. I’ve been in clinics before (for different surgeries), and either felt out-of-place or unwanted to some level. I never felt these types of emotions at 360. The staff are evidently trained. I received support each step of the way, support I never thought I deserved. Thank you, team, 360. Thank you, my dear nurses. Thank you, the incredible staff at the front desk. Thank you, the soft-spoken doctors who listened to my concerns and followed up on me. The journey isn’t over. Good luck to all who are looking for a solution to food addiction!

Everything has been great. Dr. M. Plant did a great job answering questions and he seemed as excited about the procedure which relaxed me. The anesthesiologist DR. MAGDI was amazing, this part was the worst for me and I had so much anxiety, but he relaxed me and encouraged me through his explanation of the procedure and answering questions. My pre surgery nurse was Kelly and she was wonderful, kind, and very patient. The whole procedure went really well. I can't wait for my 2 week follow up appointment. The staff was incredibliy sweet nice and welcoming, it took me 5 years to finally say yes to go through with the beast augumentation, and dr.Plant made me comfortable and confident enough to choose him as my surgeon and also to go through with iT... He change my life. I have attracted so many positives things after doing my surgery and only has bettered me. Dr. Plant is passionate about what he does and strives to make his patients feel beautiful confident and happy. I my self am very happy with the outcome of my breasts and they are beyond what I was expecting!!!! I am in my 2nd week and I'm not even taking Tylenol. I would definitely refer other people here. The staff, the nurses, the anesthesiologist, the doctor and my nurse that prepped me before hand all were so amazingly great, warm and caring ❤️ Dr. Plant thank you for everything you have really changed my image and body and confidence around 360 degrees. I recently had a fleur de lis. I am almost 3 weeks post op and with any surgery comes questions and concerns. 360 clinic has been nothing but attentive when it comes to asking questions and easing my mind of concern. The staff never made me feel like i am a bother when i email them weekly with questions lol. I had breast argumention 3 years ago, and they’re okay... they could have turned out better. There is many little things that could have turned out better if I would have went to a more experienced surgeon than dr. Chivers that is no longer there.
