My surgery wasn’t successful and caused more issues than before. My previous review was deleted, not sure why since it was written with a rather fair perspective. I would give less than two star BUT Dr. Jaggi is kind and seems to help people who need it. However. it’s too high a risk to entrust him with medical procedures, such as my nose surgery. I understand his website shows his successful cases, but be warned this is not every case and I am living proof. My nose healed crooked (it was not crooked before), wider, and my breathing is worse than before. Looking back, I also didn’t appreciate having them push their clinic’s skin products onto me. It’s a fairly expensive brand.

I had a consultation with Dr. Jaggi, who specializes in facial enhancements. I went to consult about scarring on and in my nose from a previous surgery. I felt pressure at night sleeping because of all the excess tissue, etc. He felt the area, and told me that he felt uncomfortable with dealing with the work of another surgeon, as he wasn't sure what methods were precisely used. Fair enough, but then he told me that the scars were actually cartilage, not skin, and so they'd require a surgery and re-opening of my whole nose and that there would be enough risks associated that he didn't think it was worth it. He said it was my choice though and gave me a rough $2,000 estimate. Obviously, I felt depressed about the whole idea and tried to forget about it all. Months later though, I ended up having the entire scar removed and completely fixed by a different doctor who used an ablative laser instead. She said it wasn't cartilage at all - just damaged skin and scar tissue. The whole process took just a few minutes. I'm incredibly happy with the results, but upset that laser therapy wasn't even brought up with Dr. Jaggi and that he made it sound like it all was essentially unfixable and not worth it, and that even if I wanted to go through with it, it would be cost me an entire other operation and a ton of money. I'm also concerned that he told me it was all 100% cartilage when none of it was. On the upside, he was super kind and the place was very neat, well-organized and professional. He's a young doctor so I assume this all happened because of inexperience. He did seem nervous. Regardless, I had a positively informative experience, until of course I found out later on with the other doctor that it wasn't correct information. I'm only bothered because I could have ended up spending so much money, dealing with surgery downtime, risks and more all while the simple, cheap laser option exists. I guess he doesn't know about laser technology? Or the difference in scar tissue vs. cartilage upon feeling... Anyway, the consultation with Dr. Jaggi cost me $150, so I especially don't appreciate having paid to hear a misinformed opinion. Please be careful when selecting your practitioners of choice. Dr. Jaggi performed a Septoplasty on me about two weeks ago and I have nothing but great things to say! For the first time in 3.5 years I can breathe properly through my nose. Everything about the surgery went well and his Nurse was extremely helpful! I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Dr. Jaggi to anyone looking to have a similar procedure! He was very throrough, extremely friendly, and was able to answer all of my questions. I am proud to say Dr. Jaggi literally took my breath away (because I have so much oxygen coming into my nose now haha!).

I emailed for an inquiry. Which I thought wasn't an issue to get all the information I needed. The patient care coordinator is a little on the rude side. I got to play phone tag for bit which I followed by another email with the same questions. I do not understand the rude attitude when she finally got a hold of me. she could of answered my questions simply by email. Then to top it off, when I bombarded her with more questions which could be answered within my email. She states she has to go and is busy -_-. Customer service is subpar and is weighing in on my choice to even book what I wanted.

When Spafford fixed my septum and I still had trouble breathing deeper/further into my nostrils Jaggi showed me with a camera wire where my nose was blocked and needed to be repaired, then insisted I go back to Spafford to "fix his mess" and that if it's "Spafford's problem Spafford should deal with it." He refused to help, acted like a child, and shouted these things while holding the door open for me to leave. If you have seen a doctor you can't see another one - according to this compassionate man of service.

Was waiting nervously in pre op room right before my nose surgery and dr jaggi comes in and says “what are we doing again?” Couldn’t believe it thought he was joking made me feel like he wasn’t prepared and didn’t care. About a year ago I approached Dr. Jaggi with concerns about sun damage on my face. I had previous spot treatments to "darker areas" in the past, but this made me more aware of other untreated areas on my face. Dr. Jaggi presented several options that were best for my skin, budget and timeline, and I chose a medium to deep thickness chemical peel. To start, the face institute is beautiful, comfortable and most importantly clean, and I was given a 5 star treatment. Care was taken by Jamie and Cindy to ensure I was comfortable during the procedure and during follow up visits. I can't express how happy I am with the outcome. I have since been back to purchase skin care products and am always impressed with the knowledge and expertise that Cindy and Jamie provide. I have wasted far too much money on skincare products that don't work for me. I will be back again and again!

I had been thinking about getting a hair transplant for many years, but was very hesitant about having to travel to larger cities for it, and all the costs that came with having to do so ie: Travelling to the consultation then back for the procedure, hotels, gas etc. I didn't know Saskatoon offered such a service, until I saw an old friend's post on social media about him having the procedure done at The Face Institute. I immediately started to inquire, and got in touch with Dr. Steven's assistant Jamie to set up a consultation. I went into the consultation thinking that it was a pipe dream that I would be able to get such a quality surgery in Saskatoon, until I spoke with Dr. Stevens. I could tell Dr. Stevens was very knowledgeable in his field, and he was a very straight shooter. I typically get nervous and anxious for these type of consultations as I feel that anything would be said to make a sale, but not with Dr. Stevens. I could tell that he genuinely took an interest in wanting to help me in my hair re-growth journey. I decided to go ahead with the surgery, and Dr. Steven's was very accommodating with my schedule as to what date would work for me and my recovery time. The day of the surgery came and I was very nervous, but as soon as I walked into the institute, I was greeted by a wonderful team of people who made me feel very comfortable and reassured. Once in the operating room, Dr. Stevens and his teams hospitality was nothing short of amazing, and accommodating. During the surgery I was constantly checked on for my comfort, I got to listen to music, and they even bought me lunch! I imagined the procedure to be incredibly painful, and uncomfortable, but to be honest it wasn't at all, and everything went great. Both Dr. Stevens and his assistant Jamie gave me their contact information, and I was able to ask any and every question I had at any time (trust me there were a lot), and they always responded quickly, and more than happy to answer my questions, and help me be re-assured if I thought I was doing something wrong in my recovery. The institute itself is amazing, clean, professional, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Dr. Stevens and your team for everything! If you are considering a hair transplant please go for a consultation with Dr. Stevens, I never thought I'd actually be able to do something like this, and he made it a possibility!

I chose to go through The Face Institute and Dr. Jaggi for a Septo-Rhinoplasty in July 2019 and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the atmosphere of the office, to the helpful and friendly staff, and Dr. Jaggi's expertise, I definitely had a 5 star experience. I had restricted breathing and was very self conscious about my nose before the surgery and Dr. Jaggi was very informative and honest about the changes that he could make to my nose. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!! Dr. Stevens and his team at the Face Institute should be your FIRST and ONLY stop when it comes to your hair restoration needs. I inherited my father’s receding hairline and had been looking for a solution for many years. When I heard that Dr. Stevens at the Face Institute was offering FUE (follicular unit extraction) surgery, I jumped at the chance meet with him and booked my surgery for March of 2021. FUE surgery is a type of hair transplant procedure that offers minimal down time, and virtually undetectable scaring, making it perfect for everyone! Dr. Stevens’ gentle, jovial personality immediately softened every worry and concern I had and was incredibly patient when it came to answering any questions I had. Not only does Dr. Stevens have a deep knowledge of his craft but enjoys sharing his love and passion with you. Side note, post surgery, Dr. Stevens has scored above and beyond marks with continued communication, information, procedure updates and that personal touch that so many people seem to lack and will not be found everywhere. This is what makes Dr. Stevens a consummate professional! I am almost 5 months post surgery now and couldn’t be happier with the results. Every day I see more and more transplant growth and my new hairline is looking great. I continue to check in with both Jamie and Dr. Stevens and they, as well as I, am looking forward to seeing the final results develop in the months ahead.
