I was fortunate to have undergone cancer surgery at this location, before the March Lockdown and again in October. It is a blessing indeed. NW Surgical Centre is a gem, especially at this time. The surgeon who operated on me, is Dr Connie G. Chiu, FRCSC.

Came here age 24 for my first ever surgery and it felt like more of hotel experience because of the fantastic service I received, from the moment I walked in the friendly and efficient way the centre is run is perfect, I then had a perfectly executed surgery and the nurses that looked after me from there on were exceptional, I'm an Irishman and I've only lived in Canada for 6 months but the way this place is run is brilliant. I would not get this standard back home, this place is a credit to the country of Canada, I'd prefer not to have any more surgeries but if I ever need one I hope it's here, special mention to Nancy who was one of the nicest people I've met, took care of my every need and made a beautiful sandwich, even made one for my girlfriend too ????

Staff here are fabulous. Before surgery,I was introduced to all staff attending my surgery. Follow up was equally impressive. If you have the opportunity to have your surgery here,I highly recommend it.

May all medical procedures be as pleasant as my surgery here. Amazing team took great care to make me feel comfortable, before during and after. I received caring follow up calls the day after and 10 days after. Every single team member I came in contact with gave me the impression that they genuinely cared about my well being. 10 days after surgery I feel as good as new, had zero negative effects. While I hope to never need surgery again, if I do, I sure hope to come back here.

When you’re 15 and having surgery, it’s scary! Everyone here was so nice and personable to my son. He was introduced to everyone who was going to be involved with his surgery. Pain management was clearly explained to us before and after surgery. Wound care was explained to us before we went home also. They phoned to check up with him the next morning too! This centre is very clean. As far as surgery goes, having it done at the New West Surgical Centre was a great experience. Thanks to all of you!
