Very disapointed!!after my first visit and meeting Dr M and paying over$1100 for my botox (never pay that much before !)I was hoping Iam in good hands .But No I was wrong!consultation fee I was told is $75 .My recite show $100 !!!!Dr M said I like to see you for check up in 2cweeks we will fix if we need that's all included.when I go see him again he said that I need filler niwcti see better result of my botox...his staff give me a price over $4000!!!and show me picture of 70 years old lady to show me effects!!!!MONEY GRABBING !I feel so uncomfortable and on the end doctor said today I will not charge you it's free!!!!!WHAT?????FREE???I JUST PAY FOR IT $OVER $1100!!!!!And the second visit except recheck my botox Dr was only recomended filler!!!!!!!I just wonder how much that mini botox Icrecived reply should cost me????guarantee not the amount I did payed. I am currently getting treatment for a very large, vertical abdominal scar from multiple surgeries I have had. So far I have only had 2 (though more like 1.5) kenalog injections from Dr. Banks and I can't believe how much smoother my scar is! It's basically flat at this point so I booked a laser session in a couple weeks. I still don't know how the laser session(s) will go, but I had one session elsewhere on a scar on my throat and it is almost invisible, so I am hoping I don't need many. So basically, if you don't mind paying a bit more, go to MD Esthetics, don't waste your money elsewhere. Trust me, I worked in this industry in the past (laser hair removal) and there are a lot of lies people will tell you to come to their clinic/spa and drop thousands of dollars. These guys are proper doctors and won't lie to you, unlike a large majority of the people I worked for, and I'm very grateful for that. I've already been through enough, I don't need to be conned out of money as well at this point. I will be sure to update when I'm done.. or post a second time, I'm not sure how it works as this is my first review, but as of now 5 stars! **Update! So yeah, it's been a while and I forgot about writing this but I'm long done and am so happy with the results. It's a scar and I fully understand that it won't completely disappear but it looks way better, totally skin coloured so barely noticeable. I don't have a picture of it before but I'll post one of my stomach now, keep in mind that it went from being a very thick, brownish red, keloid scar to this. I did get plastic surgery to have the initial scar removed as it was emergency surgery and you can't expect much after that, but had the 1.5 injections and I believe I never even used all of the laser treatments I purchased. I was lucky in that I survived such a brutal attack, but also that Crime Victim's and MSP covered all of this, but I do still stress, do not try to save money on things like this if you are paying, and speak to your doctor about how much MSP will cover, as it covered the plastic surgery portion. I came with my service dog, who is trained to stay in the waiting room, and I was rather rudely asked to leave. It seemed to have been a personal dislike of dogs by the office manager, she was adamant that he dog had to leave. I have a license that was on file with them, but there was no understanding whatsoever. In the 5 years of having a service dog that changed my life around, this never happened to me before. I left in tears. I have never been so rudely treated in my life.

LOVE LOVE!! I have been to MD Esthetics for 2 treatments so far, IPL and Tattoo removal. Never having has anything done to my face and being a bit of a wimp, I was very nervous, but I was quickly put to ease in the hands of the amazing and friendly team, from the front end girls to the doctors and techs in the back. They are all very caring and attentive to all of my fears and needs. Just one treatment of IPL did WONDERS to the overall tone of my face and I was very pleased that it almost wiped out all the dark spots that I had become self conscious about over the last few years. I have to admit, I was a skeptical about the tattoo removal, and how effective it would be....we've all seen many horror stories about this. Well you know what.....it was sooooo much better than I ever thought!! Minimal pain and so quick!! I was expecting it to take as long as it does to get the tattoo...but nope!! Meer minutes!! And after only a couple treatments, almost totally gone! Now keep in mind my tattoo is small and very basic, so results will very with size and detail. Overall, I am so very happy with the results and care I receive from the MD family....thanks everyone!! :)

Very positive experience. Great location, beautiful offices, great staff -- very friendly and helpful. All my emails were answered in a timely fashion by Lindsay who is so helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Milkovich was great: very friendly, not in a rush, plenty of time for questions, great explanation of my issue, no rush to make a decision on any procedure. The assistants were also very friendly and great at explaining the recommended skin care products. I had a follow-up appointment and Dr. Milkovich did a biopsy and it was revealed that I had Melanoma 1A on a brown spot on my left cheek. I can never thank Dr. Milkovich enough for what he has done for me. I recently returned to MD ESTHETICS to purchase additional skin care product and Lindsay was so helpful in having the product available for me and the staff was just GREAT. You really get the feeling the doctors and the staff genuinely care about your well being, are very accommodating, and always take the time to answer questions and provide information. You never get that feeling of being rushed. I will certainly return to MD ESTHETICS as I need any medical care and skin care products. Excellent in all ways -- my highest recommendation.

I found MD Esthetics after a bit or research, I live in Sidney and there are plenty of places closer to me, but I went there because they are the best, in my opinion. This turned out to be more that true! The ladies who work there, both doing the treatments, assisting the doctors and the ladies who are at the desk are absolutely the sweetest. I completely trust Dr. Milkovitch, he is amazing at what he does, and the results are just amazing, and natural. I would never trust anyone else but these fabulous people, I just love going there. I can't recommend them highly enough. I am SO thankful I found them! If you want to look amazing, go see them! (as for cost, as someone mentioned in a review, they are more than worth what they charge, I don't know what other places charge but in my experience in life, you get what you pay for, and I want the best people working on me, and they are the very best)

It took me 8 months to go back after my initial consultation as yes, these kind of services ARE pricey, no way around that. I'm so glad I did, Dr. Banks, Sage, and the rest of the team are simply AMAZING. Warm, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and lighthearted (had some laughs!) I felt immediately at ease prior to my treatment. Everything is explained in full, lots of time for questions. Appointments are on time, and I didn't feel rushed. I notice that some reviewers are a bit nasty about pricing, they do not take into account that these are doctors that have extensive education and training, and yes, while it IS somewhat expensive, it is worth it. Looking young after 50 is an investment... and they do offer payment plans to make it easier. If they were 'cheap', I'd be hesitant...I've booked my next service with MD Esthetics, because I'm worth it. I highly recommend this clinic!

When I first walked through the office door I was right away impressed with how clean and bright the reception area was. I was warmly greeted by the friendly, efficient and knowledegable staff. After having pictures taken the technicians arrived to escort me into a treatment room. Again I was impressed with the cleanliness and professional atmosphere. Needless to say I was a little nervousness since I was about to have a facial treatment (IPL) that I'd never experienced before. The technicians took the time to get to know me, asked about my skin care routine and made friendly suggestions. Each step of the treatment was explained along the way and these ladies made this such a great experience. Would I go back? You bet I will and my next appointment is already booked for early November. I have also started using the Skin Medica products and honestly at my age of 63 my skin has never looked better!

For Mothers Treat I was gifted a wonderful day @ MD. As mothers go , we all are fully aware that we put ourselfs last . Well I finally had 3 treatments offered to me and made my appointment to spoil myself . The reception staff were very welcoming and answered any questions I had. Beverages offered and always an uodate as to when someone would be assisting me. While waiting I looked at the skin care and makeup line they carry, a staff member assisted me with suggestions and information on those products as well as the makeup. I was soon off to my first treatment . the Hydra Facial was great , always informed as to what was being done and what each treatment does for my skin. lastly was the arm and hand treatment , this was very relaxing , i didn't want to leave ! My face felt fantastic . the last two treatments were specific to my skin type and a treatment plan and course of action was presented to me . Again the tech was very informative and during the procedure, she always checked with me on how I was coping.I just want to say that those sponge balls were very helpful and the cold cloths following was fantastic. The whole experience was met with great care and concern on all three of my procedures that day. I was sent home with welcoming ice pack and some small samples of skin care. Thanks to the ladies involved for a Mothers Day gift that put me first for a change. You're all wonderful .

Customer service seems great but I have to reduce stars due to the $100 consultation fee. Just a bummer and seems like a money grab and a bit deceptive if all you want to do is come for the treatment and have no idea what the charge will be until you get there. I understand time is money but if I don't want a consult and to just get the treatment there's no option for me and my time to drive over and be there to possibly find out their prices are too steep isn't really considered. I'm sure they make a lot of money as it is so for them it's fine to continue to charge the $100 consultation fee but personally I wouldn't recommend them to anyone just based on that being a policy. But maybe the more cash sensitive customer who would appreciate an idea on pricing is not necessarily the target market. UPDATE: In response to the reply below I would simply like to say that I respect the reasoning just that the idea that a customer may not have the extra cash to afford the services based on the consult is the issue. Maybe if there was a policy in place that the customer should not be asked to pay the $100 fee if they realize they can't afford the service after they're informed of pricing at the consult then it would be better for the cash conscious buyer.

Called in to ask about prices and they were unable to give me even a ballpark price of what they charge for the procedure. I've got my lips done before when I live in a different city. I know exactly what I want and how much product needs to be used. Even with knowing what I wanted they said I have to come in for a consultation. They sign you up for the consultation then mention at the end there's a $75 charge. Why would I pay an extra $75 for them to tell me what I already know and how much product will be needed. Plus you go in completely blind about their pricing. They could charge you something ridiculous and you have no idea until after you already give them $75. No clue if theyre charging $500 or $1000 per syringe? Sounds like a money grab to me. If you're honestly as good as you say you are and your prices are fair you wouldn't need to charge people to come when they already know what they want. Or at least be able to give a round about price when I know the amount of product I want to use. No thanks. I'll go elsewhere.

I have been there many times there. The staff is nice. The doctor will keep telling how pretty you are. Unless you know what precise treatment they want you. They will push you to consider voluma and pay around $4,000 . They will try to put you as much filler as possible you can pay. Your face will be overfilled, they will all smile and will keep telling how beautiful you look. Last time, I had voluma, I had pains, my face was overfilled and one side bigger than other. They did nothing. I just had to live with an uneven face for a couple of years. It is best to go to a serious dermatologist than a money making scheme that at first seem cheaper than other places.

My experience here was wonderful! You can tell it was a great place from the moment you entered the office. Everyone that I had contact with were so professional, helpful, relaxed (in a good way!) they didn't appear to be stressed out or have any noticeable tension and all of the girls had a great smiles! There was no high pressure sales to have any of the suggested procedures done or purchasing of their product line. That in itself made the visit all the more pleasurable instead of being a turn off and not wanting to go back. This was the first time I had gone for a consult and was able to get the procedure I wanted the very next day. I was so pleased with my 1st Botox procedure that was done several months ago that I went back to have a follow up treatment. Dr. Banks is wonderful, we had a great talk about how I felt about my first Botox treatment and he made the necessary injection for me to obtain a natural, less stressed out and youthful look again. I only wish I could afford to have a little more work done and try out some of the other services they offer.

From friendly phone conversations with reception, a warm welcoming upon arrival and professional service during and after my treatment. I've only had 2 laser hair removal sessions so far to get rid of the remaining stubborn hair from my Brazilian IPL a few years back. They have proper job segregation of duties and are definitely professional and have top notch customer service. I walked in to inquire the first time and they directed me to one of the laser technicians. After explaining my needs and talking about price, she suggested that I do my first session 2 weeks later as I was still pretty tanned (too much swimming in the lake in summer!) so too much pigmentation on the surface of skin. I appreciated her professional feedback and was nervous but looking forward to my first treatment. I came back 2 weeks later and unfortunately did not have a good experience. Due to the weird location of the area I was having treatment on, I felt that I could have been placed in a better position to enable more accessibility. The treatment was quick and sloppy, without ensuring that she did a clean sweep of the random hairs in the area. I went back and realize there were random strands of hair remaining that she could have helped to shave off (that i couldn't reach) and so obviously did not get treated. The location also had uneven area which I felt the technician could have moved the skin a little to ensure the laser was targeting those stubborn spots. I did see some hair shedding the first few days which was excellent but one side seemed to lose more hair than the other.. I believe it was the angle at which she did the treatment due to the awkward position of the area. It was also pretty painful as I did not apply any numbing cream. Fast forward to 6 weeks later which I applied the numbing cream and had cling wrap on it. Excellent customer service as always by the concierge. This time the technician was already waiting inside the room for me. I sounded out my concerns to her regarding my last treatment. She was extremely patient and accommodating to my needs and nervousness. This time round she ensured that I was placed in a proper position for easy accessibility, and did a thorough sweep to make sure she didn't leave any random hair out. She even took the initiative to turn me 180 deg after finishing the treatment on the right side and moving to the left side. This is to ensure the angle of the arm she is using allows for easy accessibility and able to target the areas easily. I was very happy and satisfied after that as I felt that the 2nd session was much more professional and detailed, and left feeling that all the hair needed to be gone were lasered. The numbing cream made a huge difference and I would recommend anyone doing it to invest in it!! I booked my 3rd appointment 6 weeks later and have chosen my 2nd session's technician caitlin as I know she will be able to do a good job! Overall I would still recommend the place and have had positive experiences here with the exception of the first treatment. I am looking forward to the results!
