People putting incorrect infomation in records. Students pretending to be doctors, carrying no ID, cutting patients off from meds same day as lung removal. Housekeeping not doing anything. Not even emptying medical waste from bedside waste baskets. No help getting to bathroom when hooked to 2 large blood drains and IVs. Blaming patient if they have an accident on the floor. No one following doctors orders at night.
