Endoscopy experience was fine, however they notified me of a celiac diagnosis by *mail* with zero follow up. I thought it was just a copy of my bill and didn’t open it for over a month. When I did open the letter I immediately called them to make a follow up appointment. At that appointment they said they were just surgeons and I would need to see someone else for follow up care. They refuse to give me a referral to a gastroenterologist as they feel it is more appropriate to send me to my primary care doctor and ask them for a referral. Overall I’m glad I got a diagnosis, but their follow up care is horrendous.
