I went to Dr Dayan's office for laser hair removal and currently on my 6th session. The reception staff is very welcoming, the sitting area is very comfortable. Every time I'm there there is no long wait. Stephanie who does my procedure for laser does a great job. She talks through the procedure to make sure that I'm comfortable before, during and after. I did have a lot of questions when I first started getting it but she was very knowledgable and reassured me.

I lived in Chicago for 15 years and moved back to the east coast 2 years ago. I can't tell you how much I miss this doctor and his team. I saw Dr Dayan for more than 10 years and found him to have a creative eye as an artist would have, when looking at procedures that would truly benefit his patient. He is caring, sensitive and very aware of his patients comfort. I had a major cosmetic procedure by the doctor that gave me great results and a new sense of confidence. I also went here for filler and Botox and I consider Michelle Whitehall, the very best in technique and facial sculpting. She is kind, patient and amazing at what she does. I've traveled back to Chicago twice to see her because I haven't found anyone who I trust as much. I had a very bad experience in NY so you can understand why I feel this way. I'd be there in a heartbeat if they'd just open another office in NY. :) Actually, I'm planning another a trip back to Chicago and will be making my appointment very soon. They are the VERY BEST in the field!!!!!!

I am 3 months out of my revision rhinoplasty with Dr Dayan, I initially found him because he came highly recommended from my dermatologist. I had two separate consultations with him personally prior to my surgery to ensure we were on the same page and he knew what I wanted/expected out of the surgery. Thus far, I feel as though he has done a fabulous job. I come from a family of physicians (I am one myself), and we are all extremely satisfied with his work. I can already see a huge difference in the nose-it is straighter, the bump is gone, and the tip has been revised to perfection. I still have a considerable amount of swelling due to the procedure I had done, but if the swelling continues to go down as it has- I have no complaints! In addition to my great results, it most be noted that in the evening following my surgery and the following day I contacted Dr Dayan about several questions and concerns. He personally sat on the phone with me addressing all of my questions. That was a reassuring moment, and I was glad I chose him for the job!

I had rhinoplasty/septoplasty 8 years ago. I’ve never been satisfied with the cosmetic result and went back for a few follow up visits after a year to discuss options. The functional part of my surgery has been great, no more sinus infections since! However, the cosmetic result is not an improvement because my nose looks bigger and it doesn’t fit my face. During this follow up, Dr. Dayan completely made me feel like my concerns were invalid. For example, my nose is crooked. He said it wasn’t. I’ve had two other evaluations with other doctors who confirmed that it is indeed crooked. Light bends when I look down it, there’s no denying it. I mentioned to him that the bulbous tip looked bigger than before. He made a comment that insinuated that it was as good as it’s going to get and if I want a Michael Jackson nose that I can get tons of cortisone injections to make it thinner. So, he injected the tip with cortisone over a course of a few sessions but it never looked different. I left the office pretty upset, he didn’t seem to care about my concerns at all. He seemed insulted that I wasn’t happy and I felt rushed out of there.

Two years ago i had a surgical procedure of fat transfer and laser resurfacing as a treatment for my acne scaring and i was very pleasant with the result. The truth is that was very hard to have patience for waiting to see the final result, but was worth it. After 6 months i start to see improvements in my skin texture and it gave me so much confidence, that i didn't need to cover my face with a lot of make up as i used to do it before the procedure. I am so happy that i did go to Dr. Dayan. He is not just a plastic surgeon, he is an artist with a big heart. Highly recommend.

I am grateful to the staff for reaching out and letting me know these studies existed and that I might qualify to participate in them. Everyone is warm and welcoming and highly professional. They have appointments that fit my work schedule. They checked my health history thoroughly beforehand, and continue to monitor for changes. I would highly recommend checking out some of the other aesthetics studies that are ongoing.

I recently had a Rhinoplasty done with Dr.Dayan and all I can say is....... wow! It's only been 10 days since surgery and I am IN LOVE! He is so gifted at what he does and I'm so glad I chose him to do the procedure! I drove 8 hours from Tennessee for him to do it and it was 100% worth it. I am so glad I didn't let anybody else touch my face. It's been only 3 days without the bandage I wore for 7 days and it looks fantastic already! I can't imagine 2 months down the line..... I'm so happy! ALSO, thanks for Annie, Maggie, and Meaghan for being super sweet and very helpful with my entire surgery. They make you feel like you're the only one in the entire room and it helped me feel more confident. Such a wonderful staff. Would recommend to EVERYBODY! 5 STARS!

I see Maggie for my Botox injections. I have tried a couple of places and Maggie has exceeded my expectations. I told her that I felt that one of my eyebrows sat higher than the other and asked her to focus on evening them out while adding an arch. Before my appointment I had a phone conversation with the researcher which was very informative and a first opportunity to ask questions. When I met him in person during our appointment, he was very pleasant and communicative, and the enthusiasm for his work showed plainly. I have visited Dr. Dayan's office previous times for other reasons (consultation for scar revision, had a mole examined) and was always treated very well and kept informed of options. I’ve been receiving PRP hair treatments here and it’s incredible. I came with thinning hair along my hairline and around my head. After only four treatments, I started noticing significant improvement. All of my hair now matches in fullness and thickness. I highly recommend the PRP program for everyone. Wonderful care! This was my second, corrective rhinoplasty and Dr. Dayan was willing to see me for as many consultations as I wanted until I as comfortable. The deviation was worse than he thought and I woke up from surgery with grafts needed to be taken from both of my ears for my nose. Still, he listened to all of my needs - for no grafts from my rib and for no splits inside my nose. The second fear for me was the removal of the splits, stitches, etc. I could NOT have had better care! I felt as though each Nurse Practitioner and person helping me was my own mother! They would help me breathe to calm me down, let me take my time, rub my arms, and go as slow as necessary to make each step a painless procedure. Dr. Dayan's team is also extremely communicative and is also answering any emails I have from abroad in my recovery almost immediately. You could really not find a more caring, determined team of doctors, nurses, and help to guide you through the journey of your surgery. For any procedures at all - I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Dayan!

Was referred to Dr. Dayan by another plastic surgeon I highly respect. He and his assistant, Kim, were excellent. His office staff is INCOMPETENT. Took 5 phone calls (hung up on once, left on terminal hold once, 3 other calls to re-explain everything. Final call to get a prescription called into Costco, no one knew anything, had any information from my previous 4 calls. POOR customer experience with his office staff - beware...

Highly recommend Michelle for botox, fillers as she's given me a very natural, smooth look without looking like a crazed "housewife". I've been seeing Michelle for years and have always felt heard heard, valued and cared for. The girls at the front dest are friendly and warm. I make appointments online which is easy and efficient. I have tried the M sculpt with shockingly good results. Their Morpheus treatment is amazing. I was skeptical yet the results speak for themselves. Smoother overall look, tightened jawline, absolutely no downtime. Cannot recommend Morpheus more!

This Dr who I trusted went in for consultation for my Jowls lower face and fat that had been put in my face He gave me 5 min and no idea what he was talking about I thought I trusted him he put Kybella injections in my face thus is for neck only !!! Lied to me it’s approved for the face it’s not FDA neck only unsafe for use in face has ruined my skin broke all my blood vessels red every where from injections gave me half my money back I’m going to report this to the FDA it never goes in face talked to now 4 prominent plastic surgeons shocked he put this in my face Never would they put in face !!! I received 8 separate rounds of kybella on my face and neck. The kybella did not work on me at all. He kept applying more and more each time. At one point I blood vessel was broken on my face. Kybella is not FDA approved to be used on the face. I was not offered any compensation, only to move forward with a more invasive surgery at no discount. I couldn’t be more disappointed with the overall service of Dr Dayan. Thousands of dollars later I look the exact same.

I had a rhinoplasty in Costa Rica that went totally wrong. For a year I had to avoid mirrors because I felt depressed about the way I looked. So I did my research and found Dr Dayan, and was impressed about the articles and advance techniques he uses. Finally I had my revision rhinoplasty a year ago and the result is amazing. My procedure was easier than I ever could have expected and this was an open revision rhinoplasty with ear cartilage grafts (sounds complicated). I finally feel good and it is all thanks to Dr Dayan. I could not have asked for a better doctor and his staff members are amazing too.

Dr Dayan, Dr Roy and my nurse were absolutely amazing!! I had gotten lip injections done by an inexperienced dermatologist, exactly a year ago. I ended up with 2 very large lumps under my upper lip. Throughout the year, I have had them injected with cortisone and attempted to have them dissolved 3 times, with no result at all. I have also consulted 2 additional plastic surgeons, who both suggested cutting into my lip. Needless to say I was extremely nervous about seeing Dr. Dayan. I shouldn't have been. I had done a good amount of research online and Dr. Dayan's suggestion was right in line with what I had read. I was still nervous but everyone did all they could to put me at ease. I am honestly touched by their kindness and patience with me! I feel terrible I don't remember the nurse's name. She stayed with me the entire time and made sure I was comfortable at all times. A day later the lumps already feel smaller. A huge thank you to everyone at SDMD!

Dr. Dayan’s staff is very well trained and educated. If you want to get some treatments, like injectables, lasers or even surgery but still look like you. Then you should choose SDMD. Terrible communication, rude doctor and staff. Dayan did my nose March of 2020, very unhappy with the results. Haven’t seen or heard from him since, but I do see him heavily advertising for new patients. His assistant took my cast off after repeatedly requesting to see the doctor. No follow ups or calls since. Refused to provide my surgical report, I’ve only been asking since June. Left messages, emails, waited on hold... staff actually blamed it on protesters at one point. The doctor who was forced to preform my revision without a previous surgical report due to the incompetence of Dayan and his staff, said it appears my nose wasn’t even broken. Not sure what I paid all that money for? He spent twice as long as anticipated in the surgical center, didn’t show up before the surgery nor did he wait until I was out of anesthesia to leave the building. He did not have the decency to let my family member how it went... (But every other doctor did) We like to joke that we don’t even know if he did my nose lol, but trust me it’s not been a fun experience. DO NOT recommend.
