Dr Neal Handel is an outstanding plastic surgeon I have gone to Dr. Handel on several occasions for various procedures including a facelift, nose job, removal of bags around my eyes, and multiple facial filler treatments. He always made terrific suggestions on how to improve my appearance and took the time to explain everything in detail including the non surgical alternatives. He does not just push to operate, he is very honest. Each time Dr. Handel operated on me the results were exceptional and totally natural looking. As a result, most of my friends and acquaintances never knew I had any surgery at all. Needless to say, I have been beyond elated with the outcome of each surgery. I have and will be a repeat patient for life. You really need to check this doctor out for yourself. If you do, you'll never go to anyone else. Dr. Handel is so experienced and an expert plastic surgeon. He took such wonderful care of me each time and always made me feel like my surgery was his top priority.

Found him, Dr. Handel, and through his clever hands, and a bit of alchemy, he created a new breast that made me feel whole again. April 29, 2017 It’s been six months since Dr. Handel performed facial plastic surgery: Mid Facelift with Neck Lift. I am so happy with the results and continue to be so every day. Before surgery, I had questions for Dr. Handel who was always there to provide me with the answers and support. One question that continued to resurface was “Would I look like a better ME? I was fearful of a freaky facelift result like Melanie Griffith and Meg Ryan. This was a major concern. Dr. Handel’s poignant answers calmed my mind, and I was 100% ready to go forward. I recently had surgery with Dr. Handel and am very happy with my results. The entire experience went very well. Dr. Handel and his Patient Care Coordinator Allison listened to my aesthetic desire and my goal was met. The breast augmentation surgery could not have gone better. I had my surgery on a Friday and was back to work on that Monday. I work for a plastic surgeon as a Patient Care Coordinator myself, so I was very critical of the entire experience, however I can not say anything negative about it. Allison was available to me for all of my post operative questions by text or a phone call, even on weekends. I even texted her on my 6 week Victoria's Secrete bra shopping day because I was so excited. Dr. Handel is a very skilled and talented surgeon. He listened and understood what I wanted and then produced the result. I could not be happier. My clothes fit perfectly and I am now proportioned. When I get compliments from friends, I have to tell them that it is thanks to Dr. Handel. I now feel like a lady.

I had breast augmentation and liposuction 2 months ago from Doctor Handel and I couldn't be more happy with my experience and results. I already had saline 350cc implants that were 10 years old and I had Doctor Handel replace them with 500cc silicone implants. They feel and look a lot more real and I'm very happy with the shape and size. I also had liposuction on my abdomen about 4 years ago and wasn't able to tell a big difference, however this time with Doctor Handel the results are wonderful my stomach has always been a problem area no matter how much I worked out until now. Throughout the whole process Doctor Handel and his staff were helpful with any questions I had and made me feel extremely comfortable about the process both before and after surgery. I had a consultation with 3 other doctors and I'm so glad I decided to go with Doctor Handel I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon.

I am so glad my previous plastic surgeon referred me to Dr. Handel. My first breast augmentation (done by my previous doctor) did not go so well. I thought my breasts would be uneven forever! Fortunately, Dr. Handel changed my life and fixed my once bad boob job! I found out that Dr. Handel is THE doctor to go to for bad boob job revisions. Dr. Handel far exceeded my expectations. He absolutely is the best out there. I originally thought liposuction was removing fat out of you. I had no idea what my results would be. Little did I know it completely transformed my body. He contoured me. I feel sculpted and sexy. I have new curves. My new shape feels amazing. I’ve lost 25 pounds so far. It’s been 6 months. I went to Dr. Handel with severe breathing problems and a decent nose that fit my face. I now have a functional, beautiful nose. He is a very talented surgeon and doctor. Several months prior to meeting Dr. Handel I was told by an ENT that I would need to undergo a second turbinectomy as well as additional procedures in order to breathe correctly. After meeting with the ENTs recommended surgeons I was terrified of the barbaric options presented to me. The recommended procedures included rib grafts or cadaver grafts, six or more hours of surgery, and a lengthy recovery. My nose would also look different, which I hadn't thought about. A friend suggested I get a second opinion from a plastic surgeon and recommended Dr. Handel. Katerina at Dr. Handels office was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the next day. Dr. Handel thoroughly assessed my nose and explained the issue in more detail than any previous specialist. The procedures he recommended were all logical. There would be no cadaver grafts or rib grafts and maximum procedure time was estimated at four hours. His surgical fees were reasonable, especially since the procedures are complex and have a high rate of revision. I knew Dr. Handel was the only with the experience and skill to get it right the first time. Katerina made scheduling a surgery day and time as easy as it was to schedule the initial consultation. Surgery went smoothly and took approximately two hours. Dr. Handel was even by my side when I woke up from anaesthesia to reassure me that everything went well. The follow up appointments were quick and the aftercare instructions were easy to follow. I noticed improved breathing as soon as the packing was removed two days after surgery. When the cast was removed a week after surgery I was thrilled to see a beautiful nose that looked better than the original while still looking like part of my face. Breathing and asthetics continue to improve as it heals. People I've known since childhood have commented that I look great without noticing the new nose.
