I've been seeing Dr Matt Leavitt for a couple years now for my hair loss issues, and they have GREATLY improved. However, both my husband and I recently went to see him regarding a 'bug bite'. He and his team did a great job performing the biopsy and obtaining the results to get us into the infectious disease specialist we needed to get further treatment. Without their help we could not have gotten to where we needed to be with such efficiency. We are very grateful to the Advanced Dermatology team for going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of properly. (we had a flesh eating parasite we got while traveling in Belize and required immediate medical attention!) They even took the time to follow up with us periodically! We are very grateful for their team!

Administrative issues a fail. Hondurus-based call center for trying to make appointment. A fail unless you speak Spanish. Staff said they record incoming calls, illegal in this 2-party state unless consent of both parties. Plus told must show driver license as ID - no other valid form. And: no statement provided, just credit card slip. Insufficient for tax purposes.
