Awful experience my 84 year-old grandmother's appointment was at 3PM we were asked to come in at 2:45PM to fill out paperwork as a new patient. We showed up at 2:45PM and waited for 2 hours we never even saw the doctor because we were so fed up. We finally got to the room where we were hoping to see the doctor and it was so dirty my grandma asked if there was a broom so we could clean it. There was no sanitizer anywhere for patients and visitors not covid safe at all. The people behind the desk are rude and we had to sign so much paperwork my grandma asked if she was signing her life away. Stay far far away from this place it is not safe or clean and I hate that I brought my elderly grandma to this disgusting office during a pandemic. Horrible experience!

I was originally referred to Dr Schwartzwald by my Internist. Dr. Schwartzwald is in very high demand and very busy. The office staff go out of their way to accommodate everybody. I recently had a personal concern and they got me right in. My wait time was very reasonable. As usual, the staff and doctor were highly professional and knowledgeable. If you are in a rush, don’t go to Dr. Schwartzwald. If you want the most professional, experienced, and knowledgable Urologist team in Boca Raton and South Florida, make an appointment with the best (Dr. Schwartzwald). I just left the doctors office. I had a 3:30 appointment and was seen at 5:15. No one apologized for making me wait an hour and 45 minutes. The procedure I was there for took less than 90 seconds. I will never go back.

Beware of this doctor and the facilities they do their outpatient procedures at. I had kidney stones, made an appointment to see the doctor and he said that I have a stone and they were going to have to go in and extract it to determine what was causing the stones. I had the procedure done over on glades outpatient center. I went back 2 weeks after to get the results of what was causing this Stone and was told by the doctor's office that the stone was lost and there was nothing they could do.

Over several years I have been a totally satisfied patient of Dr.Schwartzwald. in addition to routine visits, Dr S. recently performed surgery on me. For the life of me, I can't understand the negative reviews. I've always found this doctor to be a highly professional individual who takes the time to truly listen and care. In addition his staff is highly professional and personable. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr Schwartzwald.

Dr. Schwartzwald is the most amazing Doctor I have being a watchful eye on my behalf. Have been under his care for about 20 years now. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Professional, Caring and Knowledgeable physician with a human touch in his bedside manner. Have been at the hospital for something not related to his field and he has personally gone in to visit me to make sure I am doing well. A true Gem!

A lot of you giving this man low ratings on wait times. I’d like to know which doctor that you all go to where you’re taken on the dot? Dr. Swartzwald is fantastic at what he does, being a 27 year old that has to use a urologist was really embarrassing let alone intimidating. I couldn’t have asked for better care in all the times I’ve seen him. He knows his stuff and is wonderful. The MA staff and his female PA is also great. I’d wait an hour if I had too, with full confidence that he isn’t making mistakes. Thanks Doc and staff for all you do!!!!

Too much paperwork is my only complaint. The staff is competent and friendly. The doctor is extremely competent, experienced and kind, a rare trifecta.

Beware... Dr. Schwartzwald is nice guy and he said the Vasectomy would only take 2 days for recovery. The next day I was in the ER with the worst pain ever. An infection and a scrotal Hematoma is what he gave me. He then prescribed the wrong antibiotic which made the pain and infection last a week. Thank God I went to the ER the second time. My husband (74) years old went to have a biopsy to start at 10:30 at Hospital. We got up at 7:00 to put Solution up his butt. In the hospital paid Fees. He was just about to go under the doctor runs out and cancels the surgery because MRI and Biopsy machine can’t match the small spot. Surgery cancelled! Went home get a call 2 days later to have it done again 1 Mo later. I asked her what the difference will be she didnt know and was nasty started screaming at me. I DO Not recommend this Dr. Very Bad experience!

My Dad (84) had a terrible experience with this doctor and the staff. My Dad's English not being great, got treated like if he was scum. From the other reviews, its obvious they don't care about the patients. This was the first visit to this doctor and immediately recommended surgery. Thank goodness he didn't go through with the surgery! All I'm reading is horror stories. Also, he is listed as a spanish speaking doctor on all the websites online, which is not true. This guy has about 25 words in his spanish vocabulary.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. HE SHOULD NOT BE IN PRACTICE. DR SCHWARTZWALD PERFORMED SURGERY ON MY FATHER IN LAW.. HE HAS BEEN IN SEVER PAIN SINCE THEN.. HE WENT BACK COUNTLESS TIMES IN HOPES FOR A SOLUTION AND THE DOCTOR DID NOT OFFER ANY HELP.. HE THEN WAS SENT BILLS FOR ALL MY FOLLOW UPS. AND IN THE END HE IS SWITCHING DOCTORS AND WILL HAVE TO PERFORM ANOTHER SURGERY WITH ANOTHER UROLOGIST TO FIX THE MISTAKES OF DR SCHWARTZWALD ALSO KNOWN AS DR. BUTCHER!

Dr helped me get my PSA from 14.3 14.0 in Apr 2019, 14.9 in May 2019, doen to 5.3 in Sep Oct 2019 - I used 4 supplements, and still do, since the nutrients we expect in our fruits and vegetables are no longer there - everything is pre-picked 6-8-10 days before ripe - including tomatoes. .

I have gone to Dr Schwartzwald for 17 years. He and his staff have always been friendly and caring. He always asks about my son who he had taken care of a kidney stone that he couldn't pass. I have seen some bad reviews on this site and I can't believe that they are posting about the same person. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. David Schwartzwald! I am knowledgeable and I usually do not recommend anyone!

My father was not treated appropriately and his cancer came back without proper follow up. We took him to U Miami where he received excellent treatment. Stay far away from this doctor. He can prescribe viagra but is completely unqualified to treat cancer patients.

I had a CTScan of my abdomen and pelvic area..I only have one Kidney and I got the results back and read them myself. When I called the Drs. Office I spoke to his assistant and she told me I had a mass on my right and only kidney, I told her that's not what the test shows, she proceeded to give me another drs. Name to see him about the mass.. i was upset, cause the report did not say that and i wanted to talk to the Dr. She called me back later and told me she had looked in the wrong file. I was flabbergasted, was she covering for the dr. Who put the wrong notes in my file or she is grossly incompetent. I thought about it and called her back and told her i could not trust or see this dr Again for such a gross error. The dr. Never even called back. I highly recommend to be very careful if you see this dr. I do not recommend him!
