I was referred to riegel by Dr A Sharfenburger. She is my ankle replacement Dr. She is wonderfull. I was under riegels care for almost 4 months. During the third month he did a skin graft to make the existing wound heal. In the third week, on my weekly visit to the Kaye clinic I asked him why the graft was so white. He said it is because of the discharge and it's fine. On his instruction, I was to see the wound Care clinic in stony plain every second day. So two days after I saw him the nurse at the clinic said the skin graft is dead, that's why it's white. She removed the dead skin and said she'd contact riegel. In the mean time I was told I had staph infection. Dr Riegel said " come back in a week" since the day I started to see him. He saw my wound getting worse each week. I would say in my opinion that his heart isn't in his work. I am never going back to him again, which is what I explained to Dr Sharfenburger. I have been referred to another plastic surgeon by my Dr. Riegel is all smiles and seems confident but if you pay attention to the staff around him they look nervous. He was so rough with the anisthetic needle as he prepared for my skin graft I was asked twice by the nurse if I was ok which I said I was because I was too scared to say anything else. Dr Riegel, when you read this know that you should not be doing what your doing today. Do something that your good at. This is my experience with this fake surgeon.
