The staff is friendly however it can't compensate for their lack of competence. Went to get rid of some facial hair and unfortunately some scars turned into hyperpigmentation that's not easy to conceal. Granted this could happen anywhere and to anyone except any professional who offers this service should know what to do in the unfortunate case something goes wrong. They essentially put the blame on me saying that I did not follow the aftercare properly which I did and rid themselves of all responsibility. On the flipside they were patient throughout this ordeal, just not helpful; after lots of back and forth it's clear they just don't know what to do. So I paid them to disfigure me and now have spots that might take up to 2 years and a lot more money to heal. Thanks Edit 19 mars: Ça me désole que vous réagissiez ainsi, je n'ai que reporté mon expérience en toute franchise et je comprends que ce sera à moi de régler ce problème. Je ne sais pas si vous le faites par mépris, mais je ne pense pas que ce soit professionnel non plus de me mégenrer alors que vous étiez clairement avisées de mon identité. Que ce soit de ma faute ou non, je vous avais aussi clairement avisé que je serais au soleil 1 mois auparavant, durant la consultation et avant le traitement. J'ai observé tout le protocol d'après soin comme vous l'avez prescrit. Je ne suis donc pas votre explication.

I would say the staff were nice and flexible on dates for the appointment. I was there for “clear and brilliant laser” for pigmentation and wrinkles removal. After one session, I didn’t see a crown result on my face, though they told me it’s usually after 2,3 sessions that you can see the improvements. Anyway it was expensive treatment with not much of satisfaction.

This place is heaven! I was in desperation to get rid of my cystic acne when I found Skins online. With the help of mild medication, Stephanie helped clear my skin and I owe her my confidence! She is soooooo sweet, gives excellent attention to detail and doesn't pressure you into buying their products. She gives me testers every time I go for a facial and we debrief how my skin reacted at my next visit. I highly suggest you visit this place for a facial. (haven't tried anything else)
