I took my daughter for a Holiday treat - a mani and pedi for both of us. We were able to arrange to be together for the entire session, and had a wonderful time, not only to be together, but to have a delightful conversation with our estheticians, Maris and Bree. Their work was first rate, and we felt totally pampered. I had commented earlier about how cold my feet got when drying, so Bree found a heating pad to put under my feet while I was getting my manicure. I hope that this can be a regular addition to the pedicure process! I’m sure you can get similar services elsewhere that are cheaper, but you won’t get the same attention to detail and warm welcome. To add even more to the experience, you can accumulate points to use on future visits. How nice is that?!!

Got a lash lift done with my friend here a couple days ago and i'm super disappointed. It cost around $120 after everything and i literally noticed 0 difference.. Neither did my friend. She got hers done before at another place in Halifax and they looked completely different (ive attached a photo- the first one is the lash lift done at another salon, second picture is lash lift at vitality). It really looks as though my lashes have stayed exactly the same which is weird because I have naturally long eyelashes. Really sad as I was looking forward to returning to this spa :(

Beautiful and conveniently located space but overall my visit was disappointing as I had an inexperienced stylist who made my basic hair requests feels complicated and not possible — I ended up unhappy with both my cut and colour and went to Life Salon a few days later for correction. Won’t be straying from Aveda salons again!

I always have the best experience when I go to Vitality! My most memorable visit was for laser hair removal, and in the best way possible. Bryana is AMAZING. This service is known to be uncomfortable and sometimes painful, and this was not the case with her! She always makes sure I am relaxed and answers every question I have. You can tell she really cares about her clients, and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

To be honest this is really bad spa first, thier price is very very high they just serve people with high income. Second, they add services without leting you know and you will be surprised at the disk when the time that you have to pay. Third they don't set up a clear price for thier services which give them more chance to cheat on people. forth you ask for something but you end with something else for example I went for them twice for facial it was nice but I ask them how much I have to pay they said $120 unfortunately in both visit I end up with $150 and $170 when I ask why she said oh dear I found your skin very dry then I add some thing for you to give you more hydration second time she said because i do little more peel because I think you do not have been for peel long time then if I put the mask for you your skin will not let it to go through your skin I said okay. However, my third and last time with them was this week when I ask Jenny to do a Jasner peel by $191 for me she said okay and we set an appointment. When I went to the salon I found some thing different, she prepared to do needling for me with little Jasner and the price is $534 thanks god I ask about the price and I rejecte her plan I was saying that does not match my budget and I came for Jasner peel, she want to take all the money that I came up with she ask me how much is your budget I said $250 she decided to sell my a crame by 90$ and a Jasner peel by $158 I was happy with that. unfortunately she was laying on me she did not put any Jasner peel she just clean my face and nothing peel out. I went pack to them I ask for solution she offer me a discount 25 for next Jasner peel . I called the manager the day after she said Jenny do what appropreat for your budget and I can't offer some thing else I said why she did not let me know I should add more $30 to rais the amout from $158 to $191and do what we make an aggrement on and she said I do not have anything to do and she close the line on my face when I was still talking.I was very upset worst money I have ever spent. I would not recommende this to ANTONE!. Unfortunately, very very very bad attitude and services and people I will never ever go back to them. I found anthor salons with appreciate price, really excellent services and they are very clear they set the price on a nice small folded as a note they will not cheat on you rather than thier extra service for free when you go back which is amazing.

I see Shawn McGowan for my hair and I must say he is the best I have ever been to. He takes great interest and listens to what your likes and dislikes are for your hair type. He has an excellent knowledge base of colour and styles on all levels...take it from some one who has been every colour of the rainbow almost. My hair is in excellent shape for the processing I go through. I have fallen in love with my hair again. Trust me, Shawn is the best...he makes you feel very comfortable not to mention has a great sense of humour and style.The whole salon experience to check in to paying for your service is excellent.

I had a fantastic experience at Vitality MediSpa. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, efficient, and courteous. I went to this medispa to have my first chemical peel. I was a little apprehensive as I had never had a chemical peel before. My esthetician, Maris Mills, took the time to answer all of my skin care related questions/concerns. I was very impressed with Maris' skin care related knowledge/training. She also very kindly gave me her social media profile and told me to reach out to her in case I had any problems or questions after I left the medispa. The customer service was phenomenal. The medispa itself is brightly lit, esthetically beautiful, and warm/welcoming. I will definitely be back to see Maris again! There is paid public parking located downstairs in the Doyle which is super convenient too. Keep up the great work! ????

Great Find!. Recently I was looking for a place to rejuvinate my tired looking skin and hair. Working in the sales industry, keeping myself looking youthful is important. I made an appointment, had a consult with Jess who gave me a consultation giving me a couple of her ideas on what would regain some of my youthful appearance. I truely felt as if she gave me an honest assesment of what would be the best procedure. I did get her reccomendation and couldnt have been any happier with it! My hair is full after doing the hair treatment they have there and my skin looks great. Any guys looking for a good medi-spa, this would be the one!!! Thx again!

My experience was pretty subpar of what I was expecting from Vitality. I booked in for a women's cut because this place is next to my apartment, and the website says a women's cut/style is $36-64, which is pretty average for downtown. My hair stylist was Don, who was not that friendly. The whole wash/cut/blow-dry took about 35 minutes. When I proceeded to pay, the front desk had said my total came to $79. I asked if this was correct because I did not even get my hair styled. She replied that this is a standard price for a haircut without styling. To sum up my experience, I paid $80 for some very lacking customer service, and I still had to go home and style my hair. Please update your website information.

I am on month four and have 2 appointments at Vitalilty. My new way of eating is going to stay for the rest of my life. After week 2, my hubby joined me since he saw my progress and results. I only lost a few pounds but I know the toxins are leaving my body. I like this feeling and have so much energy and feel so much stronger. Before I needed at least 9 hours of sleep and still woke up groggy. Now I get up on my own and ready for the day. I don't need that coffee to get me going either, detox tea is all I need. My house has never been so clean, laundry is always done, fantastic dinner each day, and I can still have energy to get more done, on top of my full-time job in my home office.

I have been a royal customer at this place for hair but i have to say their SPA is so DISAPPOINTING and terrible. I paid $140(including tip in cash) for the signature facial and all I received is a quick facial cleansing + gel mask. Then i was left alone in the room for a long long time and my mask got super dried out and it started hurting my face. There was NO arm massage or lip&eye therapy as advertised. Everything is done in a hurry and the person didn’t care about customer at all. Another time I paid $220 for lash extension which fell apart in 2 days. UNBELIEVABLE!

I am very happy that I gave it a try to blue light laser therapy at Vitality Medi Spa. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning because I have been dealing with acne for almost 10 years and nothing seems to be working. Fortunately, it had worked after 5-6 sessions and it even helped with my rosacea and overall skin quality. Jenny is very knowledgeable and explains all the procedure , products very well. She is also available through phone or email when you have questions relating your products or treatment. Most importantly, all the staff are very nice and kind, I will definitely recommend this place and Blue light laser therapy to those who are suffering with acne. Thanks to Jenny , I do not have to apply make up on to cover acne everyday :)

I went to the spa to change my hair color the color was not bad ,but unfortunately not the color that I want and I loss much hair, I feel my hair burned I think they use very strong brand cause damaged for my hair. Rather than waiting for more than Twenty minutes even if I came on exacte time.

Really unhappy with this service. i was so unhappy that i told the stylist (don) after i left (even though i felt super uncomfortable doing so), as i asked for ombre not highlights...(i even had a picture from pintrest) and he continues to go on and on saying it would've taken 3 times as long and would've cost $350 even with 50% off? super disappointed and certainly not worth the cost. UPDATE: Still haven't heard from the Salon Leader...

The prices are exaggerated compared to the service provided. They recommended me to use retinol after the peel but I felt my skin became worse and worse when I went to the dermatologist he said it is not appropriate to use retinol with peel at the same time because retnail will make your skin very sensitive (how about the peel) and you must not use it in the summer because retinal make the skin very very sensitive to the sun. Unfortunately, all her information are not correct. I will not trust them again. my advise is go to your doctor and ask before you do anything to your skin.
