Before going to Dr. Ward’s office, I’ve been following Dr. Ward and the spa on Instagram and knew that they are extremely kind and put patient care first. Meeting the staff was great, I had a very positive experience and it all felt just very natural and non judgemental. Meeting Dr Ward was amazing- he is so so kind, smiled a lot, was thorough in his explanations and made me feel very comfortable and I knew that he provides every patient with high quality care. I’m very excited to go back again and test out their spa and other services they offer! Hands down recommend!!

My experience was awful. Billing/insurance person, Annette is a joke. I paid in full 2 weeks prior to surgery. Deena was very kind and asked for my insurance card. She informed me that if my insurance pays for a portion I would be reimbursed for whatever they cover. Conveniently, Deena no longer worked there after my surgery. My insurance ended up sending Dr. Ward large check. Annette said I could not have the reimbursement because Deena forgot to add something to my treatment plan. This lady has an excuse for anything & everything- greedy & zero integrity. I ended up paying for anesthesia as a cash patient and the amount my insurance denied. I was billed for every single recommended post-surgery follow up appointment. I paid far more by giving them my insurance card. I received a free "just right" lip filler as stated on my surgery treatment plan & gift certificate. Two months after I had these services completed, Annette said my gift certificate & filler was not valid. She wanted me to pay for the service. It is way overpriced. I did not get what I paid for. I expected much more. I am not pleased with the end results- it has been 12 months post-surgery. My only positive is Dr. Ward was always kind and friendly. He does have good bedside manner.

My experience at Form Spa as well as with Dr. Ward and his whole team exceeded my expectations. They were all incredibly kind and welcoming and very open about everything and what to expect. Even the days following my surgery I could already see that the results were amazing! As well as I could finally breathe for the first time in forever. Almost 7 months post op now, the results still amaze me. I’ve never been happier both with the medical aspect but the cosmetic too! Dr. Ward is a Botox master! I’ve always been afraid of doing anything cosmetic to my face because I was worried I would end up unable to have any facial expression. After dealing with years of pain from TMJ and trying night guards, muscle relaxers, 18 months of braces and no help...I decided to look into Botox injections. I’m so glad I did! I’m feeling much better and I no longer clench my teeth! Yay!!! While I was at it, I got brave and had him inject my trouble wrinkle areas. I look like myself again!!! Dr. Ward has been my ENT for 6+ years. Previous Dr's left quite a mess of my sinuses, which created E.N.S. and a few other structural/visual issues. Meeting Dr. Ward has been the best thing for my health, he is by far the most talented ENT/Facial surgeon I have personally used. My surgeries can leave the worst bruising, however this is NOT the case with Dr. Ward. It's not just his medical understanding that's impressive, but his creative talent that I consider an art form. This is something I have wanted for several years but, I've always hesitated because I have heard horror stories of people getting their noses done and completly regretting it because of the outcome. What? A consultation fee of $299? I called Dr. Ward to get a consultation on a facelift. I know nobody who has had a face lift by Dr. Ward, and I see no reviews about his face lift capabilities. I would be happy to pay $299 if he gives me a list of 5 patients, prior to the appointment, who have had a face lift performed by him. Otherwise, why would I risk paying $299 and not end up feeling comfortable with his services? A face and chin lift costs $12,000 to $15,000. It is a big investment, and it is very important to see the doctor before making a decision. Paying $299 before meeting the doctor makes me feel obligated. I will get a face lift, but not by Dr. Ward!

This was my first time going in for any type of cosmetic surgery...and I have to say right when it was completed I was a bit nervous on the look. I had Rachael by my side during the process who was my saving grace distracting me. I have contemplated getting my deviated septum fixed for the better part of the past 5 years. I had several deviations resulting from a car accident and a surfing accident. I met with several doctors for consultations in several states trying to find the one I felt the most confident in. Some refused to do the surgery due to the severity of my case. Others felt competent, but were aggressive in pushing me to get it done. As a doctor myself I felt a heightened sense of watching their bedside manners and listening to their explanations of the procedure. I place high value on patient autonomy, a patient’s right to know what is going on with their health. Dr. Ward was just a step above his colleagues in the field, and was very respectful of this being my decision. He took the time to express to me the details of my case; taking care to make it understandable. I loved that they were able to show me at the first visit what they anticipated my nose would look like after the procedure. The office did not hassle me, but rather was there to assist with questions leading up to the procedure. Dr. Ward took time to call me on his cell phone after hours to help answer some last minute questions. He was transparent and available to me. I really appreciated that. I felt very confident I had found the best surgeon I could to fix my nose. The team that worked with me the day of surgery was fantastic. They all were there for one reason, to make me comfortable. There was top-notch communication regarding my post op instructions for my recovery. I don’t know why septoplasty gets such a bad rap regarding the recovery. Was it a joy? No. But it was very manageable. I credit Dr. Ward and his team for that smooth recovery. Post-op visits have been great. I love seeing the changes to my appearance. It just keeps getting; closer and closer to the picture they showed me at that very first visit. I am amazed at how much better I can breath. My only regret is that I did not find Dr. Ward sooner. Lucky for you I did all the legwork for you! I cannot recommend Dr. Ward and his team highly enough. He is passionate about his career, caring, kind, and a superb doctor.

In August I found out I had skin cancer and while at the University of Utah cancer institute they removed the cancer from my nose and thankfully I am cancer free but they also had to take a good part of my nose with it. They recommended Dr Ward as the best for reconstruction plastic surgeon. I was sent immediately Dr Wards office, they literally dropped everything for me, they had s full schedule but Dr Ward ask me to give him a few minutes to figure it out. Within 15 minutes he had all this staff agreeing to come in the next morning at 6 AM (2 hours early) to do my surgery. Everyone was warm and compassionate towards me, making me feel calm and comfortable. I have had a total of 3 procedures at this offices and I have a couple of more to complete this process but every time, even on the weekend they had been responsive and helpful. During this difficult time in my life, I am grateful for Dr Ward and his team they have made this terrible experience pleasant (as pleasant as Cancer can be :)). I highly recommend Dr Ward and his team for any procedure.

The audacity to charge almost three hundred dollars for a conversation is truly mind boggling. What a greedy practice. Shame on you! Dr. Eric Cerrati and his staff have been incredibly easy and kind to work with. I recommend ditching this practice and going with someone who isn’t going to rob you and practically charge you for any word that is spoken.

I’ve had couple procedures from Dr. Ward and had a great experience I am satisfied with the results. My issue is with Botox/filler staff. I’ve gotten Botox/fillets couple times from them usually about 2500-3500 each visit. My issue is not withe charges either. They do injections per area and wants you to come back after two weeks if you need more at no charge. That’s what gets you first I don’t have time to come back to get more when it should have been done in the first sitting. Specially after expressing to them that I am busy and don’t have time to come back. Look at my previous chart and do the job correctly in one sitting. I understand that SOMETIMES it is necessary to come back to fix issues but why every time. I would probably get work done from Dr. Ward again if I need anything in future but will stay far far away from injecting staff. I feel like they purposely do this because not everyone will be back in 2 weeks and they get away from using less product since it’s “per area” ????????‍♂️

I would NOT recommend coming here no matter how great Dr. Ward was. I have had breathing problems for over several years and added bonus got the nose I’ve always wanted. Dr. Ward fixed the problem I had to live with for seven years, but everything I went through wasn’t worth it. I was already embarrassed of my nose and how it made me feel and the process I had to go through wasn’t worth it. Anette who does the billing would NEVER got back to me in a timely matter. I would call and email her constantly, but would get rarely get a reply. When she got back to me she made me feel stupid and was beyond rude. She was a know-it-all over the phone. As long as she is there and I would not recommend anyone to go here who plans on going through insurance, because working with her was a nightmare.

I have not had a procedure done by Dr Ward YET, but I will be having revision rhinoplasty. I discovered Dr Ward in a magazine article showing top doctors around the country. I was so excited to find that the top rhinoplasty surgeon was in the city I just moved to. I think it was a sign! I now follow his Instagram page religiously. His results are always amazing. I love how he post videos detailing everything he does. I had a consultation for a revision rhinoplasty early last year and will be having another soon. There is a consultation fee but it goes towards your procedure cost. This is not uncommon for a surgeon of Dr Ward’s caliber. Their time is not free. My consultation experience was great. I’ve never felt so comfortable with a surgeon. When I had my first rhinoplasty, I felt so uncomfortable telling the doctor what I wanted. It was nothing like that with Dr Ward. He is very professional and down to earth. I will not go to anyone else for this procedure. The staff is also amazing. I’m currently deployed overseas and they’ve been so good about communicating with me through Instagram. I was really surprised to get responses. Thanks!

At first I was uncomfortable about going into a plastic surgeons office, fearful that I’d be walked into the ultimate ugly duckling situation. I always pictured that it would be full of rich beautiful people. Although the office itself was very posh, the employees immediately made you feel not just welcome, but like you were seeing old friends. I'm now in my first week of recovery for my rhinoplasty and septoplasty performed by Dr. Ward and I could not be happier with my experience. From the point of my initial consultation Dr. Ward and his team have been nothing short of exceptional in both their quality of service and professionalism. Their facility is clean/updated and from day one they made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of- which was extremely important to me. My consultation was very informative and gave me a full understanding of the surgery I was considering. I did my due diligence and had consultations with other surgeons, but very quickly I could tell Dr. Ward was going to be the surgeon for me. He didn't promise me a nose from some random celebrity's picture nor did he just flat out tell me what he wanted me to do. He listened to my initial concerns with my nose and from there built off of those concerns by working with the features of my own face in order to give me the most natural looking results. An in office photo morph was also performed during my consultation to give a visual of my possible results- which was perfect for me being the visual person that I am. After booking the surgery everything up to the point of the surgery went very smoothly, in addition to my pre-op appointment I scheduled another appointment with Dr. Ward to talk through some pre-surgery jitters I was having. He easily set my expectations and was able to put my mind at ease which just further proved to me that I had made the right choice in chosing him as my surgeon. Surgery went flawlessly and into my first week of recovery I have had minimal swelling, zero bruising, and though I'm still very early in healing I can already feel a difference in my breathing! I definitely recommend this amazing team if you are considering rhinoplasty- a procedure this important requires a significant amount of trust, and their team has truly earned mine.

I was curious about Botox and I read that Dr. Ward is the best. I’m all about self care and treating myself but I have a fear of needles. I had my consult today and injection and Dr. Ward is the best! Not only did I not feel anything but he was super patient and answered ALL of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at ALL. The second I walked through the front doors I was greeted and welcomed with smiles. Will be returning back!

I am perplexed as to why Dr. Ward has so many positive reviews on google and on every platform. I should have taken that as my first red flag (I fell victim to the positive reviews forgetting that reviews can be fabricated and purchased). Long story short I set up an appointment with Dr. Ward knowing that there is a $300 consultation fee. He had amazing reviews and I was committed to moving forward with surgery so I didn’t think twice. After meeting Dr. Ward and his staff I had an unsettling feeling. Sure he was knowledgeable about everything related to the procedure, and I had no doubt that he could perform the surgery just like any other plastic surgeon. I even allowed them to give me feedback on other areas that could be improved with my nose and facial structure while they were in fixing a deviated septum. Why not right? When I saw the itemized quote I realized something just wasn’t right. They wanted to charge a total of $19,567 for the deviated septum surgery which they would also run through insurance. I have done a lot of research on this type of surgery and his costs were triple the cost. He was also receiving a sizable paycheck from my insurance company once they processed his claim. I didn’t think too much of it, but just wasn’t feeling good enough to schedule my surgery. At the time of my consultation (in June) Dr. Ward was “so booked” that he didn’t have any openings until late December, but miraculously had a couple of cancellations in August if I was willing to book right away. This was another red flag. I told his assistant that I wasn’t yet ready to book as I still needed some time to process the information. After the consultation I was charged the $300 and received daily, sometimes twice daily, calls from his assistant checking in to see when I could schedule the surgery. SUDDENLY Dr. Wards schedule cleared and there was a lot more availability. The hair immediately stood up on the back of my neck. The waitlist and reviews were a facade of an entrepreneur, and I was just taken for a fool. I decided at that moment I was ok with losing my consultation money and moving on with my life. That changed when I received a bill in the mail 2 months after the consultation from Dr. Wards office. The charge was for a “new outpatient” visit and for a “nasal endoscopy” which is part of the consultation. The office processed these charges through my insurance for over $800 leaving me a balance due of $413.70. This is on top of the non refundable $300 consultation fee. The 30 minute consultation with Dr. ward cost me/my insurance company over $1,200. This is insurance fraud and is illegal.

Okay I got a septoplasty (Nose job) because I couldn’t breath and I was so nervous to have surgery on my face! But Dr. Ward and his staff made it so easy! Easiest surgery I’ve ever had. The recovery was manageable and Dr. Ward and the nurses made sure I was set up with all the medications I needed and medicines to help with uncomfortable side effects of those pain medications. They thought of EVERYTHING and made my experience as comforting as you possible. On top of that I can actually breath now! My nose before was keeping me up at night and made it difficult to exercise and even hard to get walk to class. It was ridiculous I would be out of breath by doing everyday things. Now my nose is perfect and I sleep like a baby! I even love the shape of my nose better because of the way Dr. Ward repaired my septum. So now I look good and feel good. Dr. Ward and his team did an amazing job fixing my deviated septum and helping re-align my nose. His team was super responsive in helping fit me in last minute as well to perform my surgery. Recovery was pretty quick and I can definitely notice a HUGE difference in my breathing now. Honestly I knew I was always a mouth breather before and snored at night, but never really knew how much of a problem it was for me until my first consultation with Dr. Ward.
